Got a late night dinner. The steak burger 🍔 is always melt in your mouth yummy however this is the first time we received ours that appeared to be over seasoned. My tongue was actually burning from the salt in the burger and my husband who loves salt even commented that someone got a little wild and crazy with the salt even for him. They were also out of Coke Zero ;( bummer but everything else was great and I highly recommend this place over any other fast food as this is my favorite fast food burger joint :)

Hadn't been here in years, a lot has changed, you order and pay through a kiosk 😕 But the food was delicious and my husband truly enjoyed his strawberry shake 💖

I don't normally endulge in decadent desert drinks.... On top of fast food, but this time I did. My daughter and I decided to get mint milkshakes TIS THE SEASON. After all the errands, Christmas shopping, hustle and bustle it was really nice to just sit and slurp a perfect balance of cool creamy mint and whipped cream melted my cares away.

Manager is rude. They just charge you extra and when you ask them about the extra charge they call the police on you. Manager likes to hit doordash workers. Manager is very rude.

Best shakes in town! I love their cookie dough shakes, the cookie dough is always the right consistency, and I drink wayyyyy too many of them! Also, their customer service is amazing. They're always thoughtful and kind and make our orders exactly the way we ask every time. Couldn't be any better! Thanks st. Augustine SnS, y'all are the best!

Milkshakes are definitely good here. Asked for extra whipped cream, and it was definitely extra. Food is consistent and good for fast food. Staff is polite. You don't really go to steak and shake for the atmosphere.

Woman with pink hair which I believe to be. The manager is absolutely rude as all get out, Yelled at us and made rude comments to us Acted like we were inconveniencing Her life because we asked her if she could clean off a table for us. After she told us to leave the table we were at. It was slamming doors to cabinets in a visible anger. The entire time we were dining. We could hear Her in the kitchen Complaining about us the entire time. And do you wanna know the reason why they were complaining about us? Because we sat where they had clean seats. Because all their tables were covered in trash and food debris. And I'm not talking about like. A spot from ketchup or something like that. I'm talking about plates, cups, food trash on every table that has been sitting there for a while and there's only 4 tables available. The rest of the restaurant is roped off. This is a disappointment to the establishment. I had been going to this steak and shake for years. Because it's the closest one to me. I do believe I will take my business elsewhere and I will recommend my peers to do the same.

Dined in. First time in a Steak 'n Shake in a few years. Kiosk ordering... yet prompted for tip before knowing how outcome of order would be - why? This is just like any fast food restaurant now. My husband enjoyed his chili dog, but had to ask for the chili that he had ordered. And, once again, I've learned that no Steak 'n Shake can probably make a grilled cheese sandwich for a grown-up! 🙂
