Front desk young ladies are phenomenal & I was able to be seen immediately after rescheduling 1 week prior. When I could clearly hear Dr. Jackson rudely scolding her staff, that's when I should have left. Tried answering the questions she was asking me but was constantly interrupted by her loudly saying "tell me about YOUR experience"...although I was. Will be looking for another physician as I didn't feel respected or heard by Dr. Jackson.

I would give zero stars if I could. Dr Jackson is incredibly rude and condescending. I have only been to her office twice, on both occasions she was verbally abusive to her staff and I had not been there in over a year. She gave me bad medical advise about needing more fiber that made me more sick. I called to ask for blood work to be done before I schedule an appointment and I tried to ask a question but she just kept talking over me. This Doctor sucks! Don't believe her comment below, listening is a two way street and she doesn't listen so much so that she talks over you while you have a question. I have never met a doctor so rude!

I would give her a zero if I could. I saw her in person one time and her only concern was for me to give her 5 stars. She hounded me until she actually asked to see my phone to make sure I did. This was less than a year ago. I am now about to go out of the country for a period of time and called to ask that my blood pressure medicine she prescribed and was told she no longer takes my insurance. I asked why wasn’t i notified and was told it was my insurance company’s responsibility. I then said I human, don’t you care about your patients and their well being or just about the insurance dollars. I will be out of the country with no bp pills nor the time to get another primary dr, schedule an exam to get my refill. Shame on Dr. Jackson!!!

Today I visited Dr.Jackson as a new patient and I am so pleased with her attention to her patients. I have never experienced a one on one conversation/sit down with a doctor who made sure I was comfortable and informed of my health. Instead of feeling like another person for a quick visit, I was able to be cared for and treated as a person whose healthcare is important to the the physician. I recommend her!

Dr. Jackson saved my life. She always encourages me to take better care of myself. I have been coming to her for over 20 years. She helped me quit smoking. Helped me thru Angina. I am now healthier and happier. Gained weight. God Bless her and her staff.

Dr. Jackson is wonderful! She has a great bedside manners. She listens and educates you about your health and how to take control of it. Dr. Jackson is a woman of faith and it shows! I’m a forever patient!❤️

One of the best doctors in the area!. Dr. Jackson is direct but informative. She always leaves you with a wealth of knowledge for your overall well-being. The staff is very pleasant & professional.

She is a very nice doctor and my whole family is a patient here have been for years and we will continue to come here
