Customer service from the manager was at a zero. He was mopping an entrance way at 9:00 a.m. in the morning while you have a high volume of customers coming into the store. This is slip and fall waiting. Also I had to use the restroom and the restroom looks nasty at 9am in the morning. I advised the manager . He turned his back to me and walked away.

Today I found some really awesome pieces, yayyy! A so cute blue sequined blouse, a sexy pair of tights to match up with the blue sequins and a die for black studded leather Jackie! Can you believe I got ALL of this for UNDER $50 bucks???? Ross is Boss!

Our Ross usually has a pretty good selection of items. When entering the store it looked like the store had not been straightened out in a while. The checkout line was almost to the back of the store, so the 1 item I managed to find stayed on the shelf.

Found what I needed for surprise 20th anniversary dinner and didnt bust my pockets. Table runner, candles, candle holders. Helpful staff.

Great bargains, but this store needs a good manager to keep up with the stock and the cleanliness. Always a long line with only 2 cashiers.

I shopped there, during the Christmas 🎄 Holiday and it was crazy. The line was so long it ended in the back of the store.

My first time visiting this particular location and I was appalled at the behavior of one of the associates that was working there. She was on her cell phone talking very loudly and using all kinds of profanity. It was very inappropriate and unprofessional for someone representing your company. No regards for the customers and children that was in the store. This was after 7pm on Sunday October 29th. I will not be visiting this location in the future

A budget store whose employees go above & beyond to serve you. However like most retail locations appear to not have enough employees to serve, replenish and clean the facility. Good service but cleanliness could be better!

I love Ross! I am always able to find cute affordable things for myself and my home! I was at this location a few hours ago. There was no line and two cashiers. Neither cashier acted like they wanted to ring me up. I had 12 items 6 pillows which appeared to be a lot, but that should not matter! If you don’t want to do your job or want to be there then you should quit!

I love the Ross in Waldorf, Md. Most times the cashiers are pleasant and helpful. This particular morning 7.28.23 I encountered an unfriendly, no personality cashier. I would recommend customer service training.
