While
I
love
eating
at
Firehouse,
the
employees
at
the
Waldorf
location
demonstrated
horrible
customer
service,
no
customer
engagement,
and
it
appeared
that
they
really
didn't
want
to
be
at
work
today.
The
person
at
the
cash
register
who
had
gloves
on
would
take
an
order
and
proceed
to
make
sandwiches
with
the
same
gloves
on.
He
also
wore
his
pants
down
his
backside
and
would
pull
them
up
with
the
same
gloved
hands
and
then
continue
making
sandwiches.
Another
employee
touched
the
refrigerator
handles
and
again
did
not
change
their
gloves
prior
to
making
sandwiches.
In
a
space
that
handles
food
I
strongly
believe
that
other
people
who
touched
that
refrigerator
did
not
have
clean
hands.
While
there
were
four
employees
in
the
store,
one
person
was
on
the
phone,
and
the
two
making
the
sandwiches
just
really
didn't
care.
It
took
over
20
minutes
for
me
to
get
my
sandwich,
the
store
was
not
busy,
and
after
my
order
they
were
still
backed
up
with
six
breads
accumulating
outside
of
the
toaster.
They
were
absolutely
moving
in
slow
motion
and
streaming
one
sandwich
at
a
time.
I
ordered
the
New
York
steamer
with
the
corned
beef
replaced
by
pastrami.
Unfortunately
I
cannot
add
a
photo
of
this
sandwich
which
contained
over
50%
fat
on
the
pastrami.
The
sandwich
was
thrown
away.
I
would
not
recommend
eating
at
this
location.
