The old receptionist looks mean and she gets irritated quick. I heard her talk to a few patient over the phone and no costumer service at all, she sounded nasty towards them. The nurse assistance didn't even introduced herself and looks unprofessional, chewing gum and I've never seen her wash her hands. The only good thing about this place is the NP and the female doctor, they're nice and professional. I only came to this place because it's easy to get an appointment, you don't have to wait for few weeks or months, now I know why!!!

This place is ridiculous. My first visit a doctor never came to see me. It was a NP the whole time, and he kept making jokes and didn’t take any of my concerns seriously. I had blood work done that day and have not been able to check my results. When I try to sign in to the portal it says I must verify my identity using a phone number that I have never had before in the past. They must have put another patients contact information into my patient portal. The only way to fix this is to call the office and they never answer the phone. The line for test results constantly goes to voice mail everyday. I will be calling my insurance company and getting a new provider appointed to me immediately.

Wonderful, been there for years. Barnett visited me in hospital unexpectedly. Alan is my guy .... He's awesome. Andy before him left n I was worried about the news she was leaving because he was so great, but Alan fills the shoe just right. I'm not gonna go on as long as I can, they deserve a raise, all of them including the girls who all rock!! They called the police today on me for dozing of waiting a half hour after my appointment for the referrals I needed. They didn't give me the right referrals for a second time and thought I was drunk. I don't drink, I didn't drive, and they never said a word to me. They stated me on the referrals to wait on police... I am very disappointed to say the least..

I rate 0 stars. Never get answers. Update: They sent my husband home with a fully compressed left Lung. Heart rate 133 and ox levels under 85. Told him to go home and relax till he felt better. That was after they did a chest x-ray and ekg. 3 days later he was in hospital under emergency surgery. Plus beside f',ing up my husband, Takes forever. Meds get mixed up. Computers always down. Run from here.. This place had gotten worse since new owners and management. They almost took my husband life!!!

Everyone was so polite and professional the entire visit. I was done with my full yearly checkup in less than an hour. When Price took my blood she did an absolutely wonderful job. She didn't even need to fish around like some other people have done elsewhere.

I've been coming here for maybe six or so years now and have never had a negative experience. I've probably seen almost all of the doctors and NPs here and always had good experiences that when I call for an appointment and they ask who I want to see I tell them it doesn't matter. Whenever I need to make an appointment and I call in, they are always very kind and accommodating and I'm usually always able to get an appointment in a couple days. The front desk receptionists, medical assistants, phlebotomists, everyone I've came in contact with has always been kind and helpful.

All staff are professional, kind, and compassionate. I have never had an unpleasant experience. A special shout out to Price, who draws labs. She is absolutely the best out there, efficient and zero pain. I don't look forward to any doctor's visit, but she actually makes it enjoyable! ❤ Price.

I can never seem to talk to my doctor. Whenever I have a question I am directed to someone I can barely understand. It is extremely hard to hear them as well do to the dogs continuously barking in the background. I really like my dr. Unfortunately I am not happy with epics client service.
