This
store
has
great
soup
and
other
various
items
that
I
enjoy.
I
was
telling
my
mom
about
it
and
decided
to
bring
her
with
me
so
she
can
experience
shopping
here
for
the
first
time.
On
Saturday
December
2nd,
2023
around
330pm
we
visited
Nino’s
and
was
excited
about
it
especially
for
it
to
be
my
mom’s
first
time
until
we
experienced
POOR
CUSTOMER
SERVICE!
I
took
my
mom
to
my
favorite
spot
the
soups
and
she
was
excited
to
get
a
couple
to
try.
As
we
were
talking
there
was
a
store
associate
(Caucasian
lady)
stocking
the
soups
and
she
had
the
audacity
to
talk
down
to
my
senior
citizen
mother
when
my
mom
asked
ME
not
her
if
the
Cajun
gumbo
soup
was
too
spicy.
The
store
associate
aggressively
and
sarcastically
said
well
it
SAYS
Cajun
on
it
so
it
tells
you
it’s
spicy
and
she
continued
to
go
on
as
if
my
mom’s
question
was
dumb.
She
is
very
lucky
we
just
left
church
because
my
response
to
her
would
have
not
been
nice
at
all
because
excuse
me!
She
wasn’t
talking
to
YOU.
You
don’t
know
what
she
meant
nor
do
you
know
her
medical
condition
of
how
much
spice
she
can
take!!!!
My
mother
and
I
didn’t
even
go
low
to
her
stupidity
HOWEVER
I’m
still
pissed
at
her
disrespect.
So
Ninos
store
manager
please
speak
to
your
store
associates
about
customer
service
and
how
to
be
respectful
to
elderly
customers!!!!!
