Every single time I order pies they rip the "Eat by time" off & they are old & rubbery. My son really wanted one the other day so I stopped here to get one hoping it would be edible & once again it wasn't. Freaking disgusting. EVERY. SINGLE. TIME.

This is Lynette the General Manager of this store making food with no gloves on. And that’s not even half of what I have on the things they do in this store. 20+ years she has worked at McDonald’s just goes too show they will let anyone be a manager if they can walk. I do believe this is a health code violation.

Just left this McDonald’s and the service in the drive through was horrible. It’s 6pm and cars backed up. I sat at the window forever. Cashier took other car order that came after me. I pulled to the window and boy with locks ran and came back after five minutes and immediately said I can’t take your order you gotta drive back around and get in line again. I didn’t get to say a word. I thought the cashier just accidentally took the other car by mistake but evidently they did not. I asked to speak to the manager and she never came to the window. I then asked for the manager’s name and about two to three employees came to the window and I could hear the manager asking what kind of vehicle I was in while calling the police. I recorded the entire incident. I drove to the second window and everyone ran to the back. Horrible horrible service.

Every Sun. on the way to Church, I leave my house a half hr early just I can pick up my 2 Sausage Egg McMuffins for myself & a friend of mine...& for the past 3 Sun.'s the drive thru has gotten worse & worse...this past Sun.(1/21/24) I waited in line for 45 mins., by the time I finally got to the window to pick up my McMuffins, they gave me the wrong order. Soooo...I was already 15 mins late for Church, & I didn't wanna take someone else's order, so I told the clerk I would wait as long as they got me outta there in 5 mins.! Wellll...she chuckled a little & said Sure....after we get everyone that is parked over by the brick wall gets their orders! 🤦‍♀️ I about passes out when I seen 8-10 cars waiting & I had already been there for an hr. Sooo...my advise to anyone wanting a quick brkfst B4 Church or goin anywhere else, go to Burger King!🤣 Normally the wait on Sun. are no more than 10 mins. but the last few Sun.'s, it was as if it was everyone's one 1st. Day on earth...the employees were like all over the place!! The 13 mile & Harper McDonalds is usually pretty good with their Service, Wait Time, & Food during the wk, so I definitely don't have any complaints there, but their Sun.'s are horrible & I just don't know why!!🤷‍♀️ All I know is that they need to iron that situation out & get it flowing in a timely manner or they're gonna start losing their Sun. customers...& there's a boat load of us that come there!! The Mgr. either needs more training or they need a new Mgr.!!!

I go out of my way to go to this location. (I don’t eat much fast food) BUT I had to write about this location. Its corporate owned. That’s why the parking lot the store and everything is maintained much better. Also, the food always taste better as well. It’s very consistent. I should also mention I feel the manager Gerald Was extremely professional, and very nice. In my opinion, this is the best location in the area. Also, it’s noteworthy that this is one of very few McDonald’s left in the entire country with a single arch sign. I do believe there is less than 15 left in the entire country.

I went up here about 6 pm on Saturday 9/16. Oder my food paid and got told to wait at a number which is all fine. I get my food but I am missing my drink for a happy meal. The guy that ran the food out said he would be right back with it but decided to never come back. I went inside to ask for my milk and I got ignored. He was too busy on his phone taking a picture with his ear buds in to help. The manager told some blonde chick to help and I got an attitude about it. I wasn’t even going to write this review until I opened up my double quarter and the patty is all broke and thrown together all and half missing. Food was also very cold like it has been sitting out.

Went at night and the person at the window just hands you the bag and doesn't say a word. I had a very long wait for a small order. A "Thank you" or "sorry about the wait" would be nice. This is completely opposite of the morning shift.

Out of all the McDonald’s I’ve went to, this one is by far the best. Very nice staff. I accidentally purchased something incorrectly and they had no problem fixing the order for me. One manager I saw was super great at multi tasking, working both drive thru and front counter. I had my food ready to pick up before I even gave her the cash. Great hard working staff. Thank you so much for the amazing service.

Went here again today, and every time I do I have never had a bad experience. The people working the drive-thru I have always been nice, courteous, polite, and appear to enjoy their job. Also it seems that it is cheaper to go to this McDonald's to obtain the same thing I get, then any other McDonald's in the area. I'll never understand how a franchised Corporation has such different prices at all their locations for the same items. It's a little off the path but if I'm hungry for breakfast this is the one I will go to.

Incompetent people work here. Last week I witnessed the lady in front register yell at a kid and call him stupid and to ask him watch what happens if you talk again.very rudley in front of about 10 customers to stop talking on the drive through microphone. I'd def for harassment from an employee if I were him. That girl was absolutely horrible to him!!!! Waited about half hour for my food just for them to get it wrong n had to drive all the way back.... manager fixed my food which was great of him to do. You need new employees whom actually care about their job.

I took my food back because they forgot to put cheese on my burger. When I got to the window I asked for the manager. When she got to the window I explained to her that the cheese was not on my burger. She had the nastiest attitude I’ve ever seen. I actually just pulled off because she didn’t make me feel comfortable that something bad was not going to happen to my food. Today is 1/6/2024 at 11:56pm. Me or my family will never come here ever because of her!!!!!

They advertise as 24 hrs but theyre not. Go here past midnight and then drive through States only DoorDash. I try to order through a app,.... Unavailable or closed. McDonald's States were accepting on our end,..... Seems like someone is lying and doesn't want to do work

this McDonald's is the worst for food quality, The buns are always cold the food is always cold.I tried new crispy chicken sandwich New Year's Eve. It was A very little piece of Rubbery old chicken tender on a bun.I went there yesterday thinking I will give this McDonald's another chance. I ordered a custard pie and apple pie, Both pies were so dried out on the inside,That the filling was hard like a glue ,the apple pie Filling would stretch similar to Taffy. I am starting to believe this McDonald's has employees that could care less about the quality of the food they are serving.

HORRIBLE Experience! I couldn't get a credit card receipt from the kiosk, told it was too busy to assist me, took 15 minutes to get my order because they gave it to the wrong person, remade and then it was wrong 🥺 Will NEVER return to this location

I don't care for their unhealthy food. But I have to say the holiday pie is very tasty. Check your bag because a lot of times they don't put stuff in or you have the wrong order.

My bacon quarter pounder had no bacon at all yet i paid for it, my large coke was a diet coke when I ordered regular, my 6 piece happy meal only had 4 nuggets, my large fry with my quarter pounder meal had less than a half order of fries in it and they were not fresh. Even the bun on my burger was hard like it was not fresh. Worst experience I've ever had with McDonald's. My kid gets nuggets every other week as a treat and this restaurant was terrible. It's the last day of school for the kids and they are getting slammed. Understandable to be tired and frustrated and most of the employees that had decent attitudes considering. However, one manager, who's shift had just started minutes ago, told a frustrated customer "if you can't see were busy" when she was trying to find somebody to take her money to pay for her order. She walked out without her order and this so-called manager said "that's fine". Unacceptable behavior from a manager. She wasn't the one working through the madness to have an attitude like that.

I come out of my way for this location. Passing the location on Gratiot & Masonic. I like the store appearance. Manager often sets fresh flowers on the tables, so kind. I like most morning experience in store, friendly customers sitting down enjoying coffee! I like to people watch in the world <3 Sometimes I’ll surprise my 4yr old son with a late start at school. We come here for breakfast & a bit of play before he starts the day@PreK. It’s a treat I do for him every few months. That’s always my favorite visit, with him & his happy place hahaaaa On top of that, should we have our McDonald’s cravings any other time, this is our store! Whether it’s DriveThru or an order in store visit- the employees have always quick, professional & kind! The food has always been fresh for my orders. Usually I just do my reviews via the receipt but happen to check out google & was so surprised to see some reviews. Never have I had a bad experience …!!! This has been my location preference since 2017! So thanks for the effort & care of this location & these employees!

I never thought I'd give a McDonald's location a five star rating, I drive past I don't know how many McDonald's to eat at this one. This food is always hot and freshly made, the service is fast and friendly and the premises is newly remodeled and is always kept very clean. This location is very well ran, wish there were more like this to chose from closer to home.

Never again. Ordered a quarter pounder meal. Had to wait 20 minutes in the waiting spot only to have the wrong meal brought out four different times. At least 5 other cars were also waiting and experiencing the same issue. I never leave reviews but this was terrible. Avoiding this McDonald's from now on.

Order thru the mobile app to attempt to just have my food and go, every single time I'm waiting for at least 5 minutes. Order at the speaker instead, same thing. I waited a while to review because I thought it might be a temporary thing, but this has gone on for months. Horrible example of how the drive thru our mobile order is supposed to work.

Very very amazing experience came here this morning with my family for a quick breakfast all the workers were very thorough from the window to receiving the food. Very Fast, got everything right, and were all super nice. Very hard workers. 5 stars for me

This is the closest Mc D's to me. So I typically end up here even though they screw up the orders frequently. Could be as little as forgetting a straw all the way to giving me someone else's meal. Most recently (2 weeks ago) I had the girl arguing with me about what I ordered when my receipt stated otherwise. She then dismissed me and said the manager would be with me shortly. The manager (short female who looks like she deadlifts 410 lbs easy) seemed equally irritable with me just wanting the 4 drinks that were on my receipt. Lastly, empty your trash can more than once every few days! That stuff keeps blowing over the wall and into my neighborhood

Went for lunch last week on a Friday , we ordered and ate inside , first time here for me . Overall a nice clean McDonald’s with plenty of parking . The drink station was well stocked with everything needed . Food was good and we used 2 coupons with our order to make the meal price fairly cheap . Only negative was I had a McDonald’s employee , a big young black male , push past me while I was waiting in line , instead of going around me he pushed his way thru me without saying excuse me . All the other employees we had contact with were very friendly .

This is got to be the worst McDonald's hands down there are like 3 people there that are professional, and do their job well.. Everybody else is horrific at their job, the food is not good, they seem to never get your order correct and you have to pull to the side and wait 20 minutes for a sausage McMuffin. They always take people out of order through the 2 drive through stations. Don't go here, you will be disappointed if you do. If I could give negative stars i would.

I ordered a double Quarter pounder with cheese and got a McChicken made to look like a Quarter pounder . The food service is horrible this is not the McDonald’s I know. I will never go her again. I got attitude from the manager to boot.

This location has been bad the last 3 times I have been there. They haven't gotten my order correct each of those times. Today I ordered a sausage egg McMuffin meal with a large coke. I received an egg McMuffin with no sausage and a diet coke (which can cause mento have an asthma attack.)

This location has had no ice for atleast 2 weeks. Not sure if it is fixed by now because I havnt been back. They are slow and often times my order is wrong.

I don't know what it is with McDonald's lately but they're either closed when it's a 24 hour posted store. Had food last night around the same time, went just fine, was even going to give a better review. But now I think I'm going to just take McDonald's off my list of things to eat. Ridiculous. Burger over at 14 and Gratiot however will take you order gladly like they are now at 12am. Thanks for reading my review I hope it helps late night eaters.

Service was good as I was greeted with a smile and a happy person. As I ordered a breakfast combo to only have a cool dead hash brown. Sometimes the Service makes up for the food being cool or wrong. In this case they had made me a fresh one after I had told the man at the drive thru window, without any inconvenience.

This place is always so busy and the staff always keeps the line moving fast. They haven't messed up an order for me even with special requests. You can tell that the employees work hard and try to give everyone good and fast service. Best location I've found in a long time. Thank you to everyone who makes it a good store!

This McDonald's had gone down in the last few years. The wait time for your order is ridiculous. They have messed up my order several times. I usually order by mobile online order and still I have a long wait time. The location is great near a busy intersection. The inside is clean. The pop fountain has had issues and been out of order on more than 1 occasion. No ice at times, no salt, and the ketchup dispenser empty. The front counter staff is never there. Either they are short staffed or the front staff also has kitchen duties. An average wait time for an order off the value menu is more than 10 minutes. Can't imagine what an order more complex would take from start to finish. Food has on occasion has been served cold and burger bun stale or overheated from sitting too long under heated area and has gotten hard and crusty. It's like a hit or miss situation. Sometimes it is great and other times fails miserably.

Mc Donald's is Mc Donald's, some of them forget to put some things on the sandwich.and some put things you don't want ..some can improve on listening. To the order. But it's ok food sometimes can be hotter or freshly made

When biting into my McChicken, the lettuce was brown and the manager stated that she did her rounds on the food. I don’t see how when the batch of lettuce I received was brown. This picture was taken at 12:20pm I ordered my food at 11:28am
