2 times in a row my order has been wrong. Tonight while they messed up my second order in a row another guy brought his bag in because his order was wrong, then a third guy was given the wrong bag and had to come back in. They messed up 3 orders almost in a row. Then I open the wings and look at the sauce. These people want $15/hr? Laughable. It’s actually insulting to anyone with a work ethic.

Building is very big, a lot of seating options and tons of tvs for games. Parking lot is a little spread out. Food has always been good when I've been here and enjoy it. Staff has always been on top of things when I come in. Enjoy Thursdays because of bogo boneless wings. Go between 3-6 and it's also happy hour so you get double specials.

This location is terribly managed. The staff are rude, short, non-enthusiastic. Carryout orders are a nightmare. You can order online, it tells you an estimated time for pickup....and I ALWAYS have to give myself at LEAST 30 minutes more before heading to the restaurant. I've given it several tries, and am disappointed in the process each and every time, without fail. This last time, I placed an order online for 15 wings, a side of wedges and dipping sauces. I called at the time I was told to go in, and asked if my order was ready. They said they needed about 5 more minutes. I went 10 minutes later, instead, food still wasn't ready and I waited almost 20 minutes more at the restaurant. Additionally, the wedges dropped off my order. They were not in my order (and I verified my online order confirmation again which definitely showed them on there). I didn't pay for wedges, but I knew trying to correct it and get it added at the restaurant, when they were already so far behind would have added to my wait time and the young lady working the carryout counter was very cold. She would not have taken kindly to my trying to get my order corrected, that much was clear. Everyone in there waiting for food was disgruntled. Communication to customers was poor. This was my last attempt at this restaurant. I will be taking my business elsewhere in the future.

My husband and I decided to go get the best wings, drinks and burger. We had a great server, kiddos to Angelo for giving us the best experience and recommendation on the drinks and food. He was friendly and knowledgeable when it came to the menu. We will definitely return and ask for Angeli when you visit the St. Clair Shores location. Thanks Angelo for a great first experience with my husband!😊😋

UPDATE: still ripping you off on your beer here and they're getting one star for it now and I'm actually going to have to contact somebody. This is ridiculous I've never seen cheapness thrown in your face so boldly. Posted a pic of the Guinness. Came here ordered a beer It was almost 3 inches from the top of the damn glass. We'll also never come back I feel bad because Wes is cool, but the company he works for isn't. All right so it's been quite a while since we have been to B-Dubs and nothing has really changed. They are still doing the two finger rule, 2 fingers down from the top of the glass on your tall beers which, I don't like, buuuuut apparently has been mandated by Inspire Brands the company that acquired them in 2018. I just feel that if you pay for a 20 oz or a 22 oz tall beer it should be that amount not an inch and a half from the top which the server said she's sorry but the company requires 2 fingers from the top. My beer was more like 2 inches from the top of the glass minus the foam after it had went down. Other than that the spicy garlic sauce is great and the wings were good and the buffalo chicken wrap was on point. They have great tater tots but I just don't know about the new truffle buffalo sauce they call truffalo, it was good on tater tots and not so great on boneless wings, the server said they don't have many people get it. Other then that there was a super sticky spot under my right shoe we were three booths from the wall on the right when you walk in. Our server was fantastic! Oh yeah the queso and tortilla chips is great just get it without the chili and just the pico I recommend. There was a fish fly shell on the projector next to us, from, awhile ago. So idk how well they're cleaning.

Never ordering delivery, and at this point just not going there ever again. Ordered over a month ago, was delivered missing half of my items, they offered me a gift card, never was mailed to me. Ordered again tonight. A chicken wrap, celery/carrots, and pretzel bites. Only thing I got was the pretzel bites, and for some reason some tiny container of shredded chicken. For 34 dollars! Extremely inconvenient and cannot believe this happened twice in a row! I do not recommend. The only positive is the manager was nice.

Great food however 3 people stood in the lunch line and ordered when I had one order of fries and prepaid. Why wouldn't she ask my name and get me out of there? I stood there and watched my fries go from nice and warm to that soggy cold. I understand I'm not the only person or the most important person to walk thru their doors, however, a simple "I'll be with you in a second, are you here to dine in or have you placed your order with us already?" It was NOT busy and after about 10 minutes of their uncertainty and questioning what is good and what isn't 3 people walked thru the door behind me. I feel bad for the woman doing their order but there was one order on the shelf behind her. I Love me some B DUBS. It was good don't get me wrong but had it been hot when I got to stuff my face, this review wouldn't even be here. Besides that it was clean, TVs were all on, tables were ready. A great place to eat if you just lost a girlfriend or boyfriend. The atmosphere is unmatchable. The fries were great with no condiments, which shows you where the level of their food is at... the top.

If you’re looking to takeout at this place I wouldn’t even bother placing an order. I placed an order for pickup on a Thursday night and they took OVER AN HOUR AND A HALF to prepare my order. I could not believe how long I had to wait for a takeout order. I spoke with two separate people about my order, both of which didn’t care and fed me the excuse that the kitchen is busy. I fully believe they forgot about my order and didn’t even start it until I made a fuss. Awful customer service and wait time, definitely do NOT recommend.

Our server was Megan and she was pretty good. Myself and my son went and he had Boneless Wings, mozzarella sticks and Tots. I had the traditional wings. Everything was good.

Decent wings.

Our last two experiences were enough to not return. Yesterday the initial takeout timeframe was approximately an hour and a half and I arrived a few minutes earlier and didn't even end up being helped for about a half an hour afterward and my food the whole time was sitting on what looked to be a bar table with approximately 20 other orders getting cold. I live less than 10 minutes away and our food was soggy and room temperature when we got home. We asked for the sauce on the side for 20 boneless wings and received a half a portion cup of bbq and one half portion cup of garlic parmesan. The ranch was forgotten which was the most important sauce. $40 worth of food trashed. Due to the exoerience in the restaurant I was already upset by the way we were treated I chose to take it as a loss.

Our waitress was amazing. She deserves a 5 star but honestly the food was horrible and the place is dirty. $10 for 6 overcooked boneless chucks they weren't even wings is a disgrace. The chaotic madness trying to be seated for dine in I'm sure is due to COVID but seriously other restaurants are experiencing the same thing and I haven't seen this kind of madness at other places I have been since COVID started. I usually don't like to leave bad reviews as I was raised if you don't have anything nice to say ..don't say anything at all! BUT in this case, sorry Mom.. RUN avoid this place at all cost!! Save your money and eat off the dollar menu at McDonald's!!!

Was there for a birthday party. I've personally had really bad experiences with the Buffalo Wild wings franchises. With that being said, I didn't want to go. But in support of my wife, we went. It was a large party and our server was on point. He actually made my experience a lot better

The worst food order I ever had. The boneless wings are ok, but the traditional are inedible. The Cheese sticks are like minimally melted string cheese with dried out breading like it's been under a heat lamp. Also I'd like to add that I got the notification in the parking lot the order was ready and went in right away, only to be told they are putting it in now, only for the traditional wings and cheese sticks to be dried out.

Ordered 20pc boneless wings (basically popcorn chicken) half of them were literally half the size of what is "normal" overall food was good and service was ok.. Prices going up is one thing, the quality should not be going down.

Honestly this was the first time ever at a B-Dubs that everything was 5 star. I'm not a picky person by any means but usually something is cold or takes forever. Food was fast and so damn hot I had to wait to eat it lol. I'm very impressed with this location. My server was very nice and professional (Jessica). Thank you for the good experience!!!

This place is horribly managed. We recieved bad service everytime we gave this place a chance. When they say you can sit where you want, you really can't. If you're a part of four and you sit somewhere with more than 4 seats they tell you to move. The waitress wasted water all over the table and my fiancé and never came back to clean it up. We sat for 25 mins and didn't get our orders taken because the waitress was overworked, working all tables and the bar. This establishment needs more employees or someone else should pitch in to help the hourly employees. We requested for a manager and another guy posed as a manager and then when we voiced our concerns, he sent out the REAL manager. Do not dine in here. Beware! Maybe curbside will work better for you. Eat at home.

This place was awful. Only went because it was something nearby when I was in the area. Service was slow and awful. Chicken was crusty and dusty. Mac and cheese was horrid. Mind you I get the same thing everywhere I go, so I know how it tastes and how it is supposed to be made. They messed up my order and had to remake it, the server comes over with some fabricated story of how it doesn’t let her take things off so she had to put items on there to make up for the price. She brings over a bill that had nothing of what we ordered and told us that it was cheaper than our original bill. I did the math today because it was still on my mind and came to realize we were overcharged! Now I have to call when they open and go through the hassle of getting my money back which I’m sure won’t be made easily. Never go there. Full of lazy con artists who don’t know how to do their job.

After placing my order online and showing up after the time communicated via phone, I showed up and waiting an additional 10 minutes just for someone to make it to the front task and acknowledge me. After paying for my meal, the employee let me know that my food was not ready. A little surprised, but hungry, I had no option but to wait…and I wanted an additional half an hour - meaning I waited 1 full hour after placing my carry out order when it should have been 10/15 minutes. Finally making it home with my food, assuming that I had the freshest batch because of the delay, I get disappointed that my food was cold and the wings were virtually inedible. Very disappointed with this experience and I would not recommend it. P.S. I know that there is a shortage of staff all around - just communicate that over the phone! Don’t make me wait longer than I need to when you can just be honest with me and I can come later when my food is actually ready.

Maybe 7 tables with a few servers. Honestly that's the only thing I could say was "bad". Food was great. Drinks fantastic. Amazing atmosphere. 🥰

Not sure why I have given this company my money but there are some football games that we can't get on TV. Let me start off by saying our server, Aryn, was awesome. Very attentive and quick. But the food? Just awful!!! I ordered the buffalo chicken salad. Had no blue cheese crumbles, no sauce on the chicken and was the size of a quarter!! Not worth $13 so I sent it back. My son ate his burger not impressed because he was hungry and doesn't like to complain. There were maybe 4 tables in the whole restaurant and the manager didn't come to to see what was wrong. Our server asked if we wanted to speak with the manager but at that point it just wasn't worth it. If he/she didn't want to talk to us when we sent back food why would he/she want to talk to us when we paid the bill. When leaving the hostess was on her phone. Last time I will patronize BBW. Again, service was great. Everything else not so much.

Unfortunately I can't remember the server's name but she was so patient with us! She provided helpful feedback on food options/choices; she talked to the kids so kindly... she was great! Even when we had to get another order of chicken she was there right away for us!!! We never had to search for her; she was there just in time each time!!! The atmosphere was the typical for BWW: various games playing on the TVs; perfect lighting... The food and drinks were delicious, too! The price was a little bit out of my range because I'm so used to going on Tuesdays for the wing special... but it was worth it!

went with my mom for dinner and we had a wonderful time! our table was clean and our waitress even let us switch tables for comfier seating. ordered the sampler and it was very good, enough food for both of us to split. pamela was our waitress and she even went out of her way to brew a fresh pot of coffee late at night :) drinks were delicious and the food came out fast. i was surprised to see so many people in the reviews throw up the morning after “from the food” when in every review they mention the bar service was great ;) great experience from bdubs, keep it up!!

I normally just do a carry out when they have the special on wings. But we actually sat down to eat here one night. The atmosphere was what you expect from B Dubs but For the money we spent I was disappointed to discover it was just thrown together bar food. The servers acted like they were annoyed to be dealing with us and I won't be returning anytime soon. I guess if I was drinking, it wouldn't have been as bad LOL but I'd rather have dinner elsewhere.

I used DoorDash for my order. When it arrived, I didn’t have the appropriate amount of wings and the potato wedges were burned. I took the order back to the location and was given the same burnt potato wedges with my supposedly remade order. I had to ask for a manager to get finally get the issue resolved. Front of the house staff are rude! When I walked up to the counter one girl was on the computer but never looked up to address me. All she had to say was, I will be with you in a moment but no! I told her my issue and she said they would remake the order. I stood there waiting for my order and the phone was ringing off the hook. One girl walked by, hung up the phone and proceeded to do absolutely nothing. This is not the first time I experienced issues with this location but it is surely the last time they will receive my business. The customer service was terrible especially considering I spent more money going through DoorDash in an effort not to leave my home. At the end of the day, I still had to go to the location because my order was wrong and ill prepared!

I went there Wednesday & at the end when I was cashing out, my debit card declined & I realized I didn’t have no money. So when that happened, the bartender started being rude to me thinking I was going to leave without paying & she took my card away from me so that I wouldn’t do that. When I told her I wasn’t trying to leave without playing, she said I was being aggressive towards her which I was not trying to do & she said she was going to throw me out. Food was ok though

Ordered To-Go. Picked a time that wasn't ASAP. The food was still late, the order was wrong, and the staff was... You know what I can't blame the staff, I would be disengaged if I worked here as well. Atmospherically, the whole interior feels like it's covered in a sticky film. Becoming par for the course at most B-Dubs I've been to in recent years.

I always go for lunch because I like when there isn't a lot of people. Service is always great, food comes out fast. It's bdubs the food is good, it's close to my location and not pricey. I absolutely LOVE the fried pickles. That's what really brings me in! Lol!!

Fast friendly service for my carryout. My order was not ready when I arrived and one of the girls promptly went to the back to check on it. I waited less than 2 minutes before she personally handed me my bag in the lobby.

I hate being the person who craps on places, but I've only picked up from here a couple of times and both were the same. Both times it's been "your order will be ready for pickup by 7pm" while I stand in the lobby for 30+ (45 tonight) minutes after the time. The front counter girl was nice and polite, and the food was good enough, but definitely not worth just standing there waiting for so long. Swapping to DWC or another local spot.

Ordered take out. One item was the Buffalo chicken salad … I asked for it grilled not fried, but with the sauce. No problem. Went to pick it up, it was the entirely wrong salad. I was told I had to wait 20 minutes while they remade the salad! My grandson’s food was hot so we sat down. We were not offered a drink, water - nothing. Waited the full 20 min for my salad and it was still not right … missing some of the ingredients. I’ve worked in the food industry for many years and mistakes are made, but offer a drink, offer to take money off, offer something for the inconvenience- we got nothing and had already paid and tipped! Poor customer service.

3 stars because everytime we eat in the restaurant it's great service and great food. But with the pandemic everytime we order takeout, our ranch cups ALWAYS spill open in the bag. If we didn't have to pay for ranch I wouldn't care, but on Thursdays when they charge, it's irritating that 2 of 3 of my ranch cups are spilled open.

The food was okay. The place was dirty from the floor to the table. One of our drink glass had what looked to be old food stuck to the inside of it the table was sticky and the menu had a big ring of old ketchup/sauce stuck on it. Also the salsa was worse than the cheap stuff at the grocery store.

We thoroughly enjoy going to Buffalo wild wings on Thursdays for their buy one get one boneless wings and on Saturdays & Sundays to watch the football games!! 🏈🏈 The food is delicious and they do have some gluten-free options available!!!✅✅ The wait staff, bar staff and managers are all fantastic!! ✨✨ We always have a good time at BDubs!!🌟💯🌟

Always wanted to try the food and experience Buffalo Wild Wings. Now that I have, I know I wasn't missing much. My ears are still ringing from at least five or six different televisions, all blaring at the same time. My honey bbq wings were alright, but some of the other flavors weren't that tasty. We asked our waitress for extra napkins, and she never brought them. Had to ask a different waitress, and she brought them right away while our waitress was just standing around talking doing nothing. The same thing happened when we asked our waitress for a plate of celery and baby carrots. She never bought them. We had to ask her a second time, and she had someone else bring it out to us while she was standing around talking. Needless to say, we had bad service from our waittress, but she was quick to bring us our bill. She sure wanted a tip because now she came back every two minutes to see if we needed anything else and if we had the money out for her! If loud noise, higher-priced average food, and bad service are what you're looking for, then this is the place for you. We don't go out to eat every weekend, but when we do, all we are asking for is good food and service when we spend our hard earned money on higher priced restaurants.

My girlfriend and I came in for the Michigan game. Ashley was our waitress. It was very busy but she was consistent with checking on us and making sure our stay was the best. She offered us a great beer selection along with you guys new sauces for our wings which we really liked! The bullet bbq and the hotbbq. Great job to this location and my wonderful server.

Great food and cool environment. Our waitress was sweet. I loved the Tuesday night special - buy 10 traditional wings, get 10 more. Yum! However, it seems to take a long time for the food to come every time we eat there. Also, the parking lot is weird (not a lot of close spaces) which makes it a cold and windy walk at night.

Called for take out on a Thursday (6:00 pm) was told no longer taking take out orders. In a COVID ridden world this is unacceptable. It’s a shame when you do go, you have to wait 3 hours for an order of wings. Just to have it screwed up.

Carry out is extremely slow and lacks customer service. I placed the order online and waited 40 minutes for the pick up time. Once I arrived, I had to wait an additional 30 more minutes for an INCOMPLETE order. 2 stars because I was able to spot the manager who was able to help.

Place an online order, expect to actually get your food an hour or so after the time it says to arrive. You'll have company with a lobby full of people who had to do the same exact thing.
