    Since you decided not to answer a phone call, I'll notify you this way so all eyes can see how lazy every one is at this location. That's all I have to say about this place is lazy. Every time I've been here it's been an issue of some sort. Read the ticket and look at that burger! Heck, 3 happy meals and you screw them all up?! Even picking pickles off of one to try to pass it?! I'm showing the one you can completely see that they didn't follow instructions. Fire the line crew or retrain them and management needs retraining in holding people accountable and to the appropriate standards your franchise and corporation have set. This is ridiculous. We don't ask for no pickles out of convenience or because we want something different, but what if someone is deathly allergic to something? Well, in this case, if my daughter was allergic to pickles or the two kids we watch then someone would be in a hospital because of your failure to do the right thing. Good job McDonald's. Way to keep people happy.

    When you order 4 large meals and pay extra for them but are given half of the correct portion. SMH They had them laying in the bag in a way I wouldn’t notice until I got home and took them out. I gave two stars because the girl at the window was very nice.

    I would give zero stars if possible. I have never not been disappointed after visiting this location. I rarely go inside as the atmosphere is chaotic. The driverhru is like waiting for molasses to pour on a cold day. The food is stale, moldy and cold. They never honor McDonald's sales. Through the whole $0.99 deal for all drinks deal they always stated that they don't do that at their location. So they are cheap! They serve old food! I have got food poisoning from this location before. The staff is either completely clueless or right out rude or both! I don't go to this location anymore even though it's the closer one to my neighborhood. It's a shame because back maybe 25 or more years ago this place was great! I suggest corporate do some surprise visits to see what's really going on here. Or even better, the health department! Just close it down! ZERO STARS!

    Read the feedback these people are telling the truth. This place is terrible. If I could give less than a star, I would. We placed a mobile order for a bacon double quarter pounder on June 7. My food took 20 minutes to get and 1 of the patty’s was raw. No response or action at all from this franchise owner who only cares about profits, does not care about service or his customers. We have not gotten a refund or response from the franchise store. McDonald’s corporate also hasn’t and apparently won’t do anything. It is now Sept 25 and the McDonald’s franchise owner and corporate McDonald’s have never reached out to even provide a refund of our money. McDonald’s has lost a customer for life and I hope others will join me to never eat at a McDonald’s again. We have not been back to a McDonald’s since and never will.

    Very few customers, and tons of staff and still can’t get an order out in 20 minutes. Restaurant smells disgusting, you can see the grime covering every surface. Management should be canned and store should be closed, it’s embarrassing honestly. Pathetic.

    Horrible, Absolutely garbage service and the workers acted like they were both blind and deaf. When I was trying to order my food, over the counter I saw a rat crawl into the deepfrier. I tried asking the manager about this information but no one called him down. So I went to take a seat, but the seat was covered in a sticky, wet substance. Stood for my meal and when it arrived it was half eaten and my fries were missing. I didn't leave until I got a refund or an actual meal, but they still did nothing. they were sitting down drinking soda and eating, it was probably another person's meal. So I left and I will never return to that horrendous place.

    I went through the drive tonight and ordered a Large meal for a friend (nuggets, Lg. Fry, Lg. drink) and a large fry and mcchicken for myself. When i got home and opened my bag there was only 1 Large fry & the fries we received were cold and stale. Okay, not the end of the world. But then i went to eat the only part of my meal that i did received and when i unwrapped the sandwich there was a large BITE taken out of it. Someone had put my food IN THEIR MOUTH. i am disgusted. This is so unsanitary (beside the fact we are still in a pandemic). I am sick to my stomach. I called the store twice and it rang for 5 minutes with no answer. This store usually forgets to include items in the bag but this is absolutely unforgivable.

    This has to be the absolutely very worst McDonald's in existence. I was forced to use kiosk, which didn't really bother me. However the printer was out of paper, and 4 different McDonald's employees were not trained/ could not be bothered to change it. 🙄 Fries were room temperature, not even lukewarm. Burger patties were burnt. The buns on our burgers looked and tasted like cardboard . I would post a picture of my receipt but I never got one. I should have left when I noticed all the flies buzzing around in the middle of November.

    This Sunday evening about 7: 25pm I got in line no one was taking my order so I pulled up to the window and asked if I could place my order now cuz no one's taking it. At first they refused and I for the manager and she took my order. It took more than five minutes to make my order and I just said forget it and just give me a refund and she refused to give me a refund and she threw my order at me and said we don't give refunds here. She has a crew of four or five people and she could not get my order to me within 5 minutes and that's why I said forget it just give me my money back. I am going to make a complaint the corporate office because the way I was treated unheard of. Sorry there was no organization whatsoever at the store. And I said to your army is as good as The general. They did take my receipt from me

    Worst experience I've ever had at a McDonald's. Went the other night, about 4 or 5 cars in line. I was willing to wait, no big deal. After about 30 minutes in line, I finally pulled up to the speaker.... and waited. Nothing. No one said anything. I was trying to be patient so I didn't immediately say anything thinking they were clearly busy, and wanted to give them a moment to catch up. About 5 minutes passed before I said "Hello?" TO the speaker. Nothing. 5 more minutes passes... at this point I didn't want to drive away because I had been in line for 40 minutes already.. the person next to me (there was 2 drive through lines) had kids that kept yelling at the speaker until FINALLY someone responded and told her they were just busy and understaffed. She kindly relayed that to me when I asked her what they said.. so AGAIN, I PATIENTLY waited. After another 10 minutes sitting there at the speaker that Noone ever even spoke to me through, I finally pulled away. I wasted almost AN HOUR waiting in line and at the speaker being as understanding as I possibly could, im a pretty patient person.. NOT a single employee had the respect or professionalism to even SPEAK TO ME. if I hadn't waited so long in the first place, I NEVER would have waited so long at the speaker....because there is NO EXCUSE to not quickly say something to your customers apologizing and asking them to wait because you are understaffed. The 40 minute line didn't bother me HALF as much as the 10 minutes I was blatantly ignored by the incredibly unprofessional staff. Saw about 10 cars pull away that night in the 50 minutes I was there. I will not be returning. Someone should train these employees customer service and what to do when busy. Alot of people will surprise you with kindness and understanding if you'd have the professionalism to show it first, ESPECIALLY considering its your job.

    Went on Father's Day 6-18-2023 with my son for breakfast at 10:25 am. Drive thru full. Ordered.on the app for counter pickup. Doors were locked and couldn't get my food. Charged me $17.57. Store doesn't answer the phone.

    Wish I didn’t even have to leave 1 star! This is by far the WORST fast food location in the country!!!! They are slow slow slow and rude rude rude. Drive through is always wrapped and you only move up a car every 10 minutes (if that). So you go inside and they sit there and stare at you as you stand at the counter waiting to be rung up almost as if they expect you to order yourself at the kiosk. They act annoyed everytime you ask for something and they don’t even bother to say have a good day!! Idk why I keep trying to bother coming back to this location is when it’s a let down every single time. This place is a piece of absolute garbage. They deserve no more slack!

    Waited over 5 minutes for our food. Fries were room temperature and undercooked. Lady that brought the food to the table was rude, sarcastic and just unhappy to be there. The kiosks for ordering were either broke, out of receipt paper, or didn't accept your payment. By far one of the worst experiences I've had at a McDonald's or any restaurant for that matter. Highly recommend you stay away from this location.And the best part is, the manager was in the dining area playing on his phone.

    This place is absolute DISGUSTING. Our fries were rock hard, chicken sandwich was hard and you could tell it had been reheated multiple times. Ie cream machine leaking all over the floor, a huge puddle of water in the dining room no one is cleaning up but at least they put up a caution sign😆

    I have worked as a drive-thru manager before... I don't care how long you're out the window times are, you shouldn't send every car passed the window to wait in the parking lot. It causes more chaos on the shift and customers to end up waiting longer. It also presents the store being much faster than it is. Had I known I was going to have to wait for 10 to 15 minutes. I would have not stopped. But there was no line in the drive-thru so I didn't know.

    This is by far the worst McDonald’s location anywhere, next to the other one this person owns on Mack. I cannot imagine McDonald’s letting this owner get away for complete and utter disregard for its customers. While waiting in line I watched five people including myself get out of line and leave. How many customers per day are you losing to your competitors. I went down the road to Wendy’s and was in and out in five minutes. You have a culture problem here of complete disregard for customer satisfaction. It starts from the owner. Both locations are just terrible.

    I truly wish I could give this location negative stars. I can’t begin to explain how displeased I am with this place. I waited in line for 15 , rushed by cashier to place my order, breakfast menu was still up, young lady accepted my order. When I reached the window to pay she said they was no longer serving breakfast and shut the window. She did not ask if I wanted to place something else after waiting all that time in line. I just drove off. This is the closest location to my home so I typically end up stopping there headed home but it seems whenever that manager that drives the yellow truck is there the energy is off and everyone becomes as rude and nasty as his attitude. The previous time he gave me attitude because they sold me a chicken sandwich with no chicken. I can’t make the foolery up at this location up.

    I Visitied this place of business last week Friday.... And with my order I ask for some condiments some ketchup and mayo packs ... TODAY I went back and ordered Some food and ask for some ketchup and Mayo packs again ... The young lady said ... .75 cent ... I ask for what ... she said per pack of mayo ... (I was in shock) ... I said I was just here Friday and I didn't have to pay ... She told me the supervisors do different stuff and the closing supervisor charge for mayo packs (and the supervisor was acting like ... she was doing me a favor ... By Standing back coaching the young lady at the window on what to say)... and they didn't have any packs of mayo anyway ... I said wow ... then I ask ... Can I Get some on The side ... She said yes ... .75 cent ... I said OK whatever ...and received a small squirt of mayo in a 4pc nuggets box .... THEN my order was a large and this is the large caramel Frappe I Received (pic below) ... I'm thinking to myself... No wonder Why I don't patronize this business often ... I Understand inflation but DAYUM ...

    Stopped in to grab an English McMuffin and a couple of strawberry and creme pies. The McMuffin turned out pretty good, but I have a little gripe about the strawberry and creme pies. I came in around 9:20ish a.m. and receive some pies that expired 9:54pm(took a picture of receipt). It was NOT a printing error, and the pies definitely taste like they were sitting for some time because the strawberry filling pretty much had turned into fruit jerky.

    Not worth the one star this place is garbage, the people that worked 12-04-22 @12am need to be fired, people that get paid from other people hard earned money and don't sale a customer what a person paid for are Thieves. The food that I did receive is for my child, I didn't get mine. Looking at these reviews i tell you if my child gets sick I'm going to file a Lawsuit against this place.

    Employees have no idea how to take a simple drive thru order. Ordered two large coffees, received one, was told to get back in line. Manager and staff had horrible attitude. Makes you really wonder how McDonald’s became the global company it is today.

    Terrible! I don’t like going to this McDonald’s every time I order it’s always something wrong, especially the burgers I had hard buns I couldn’t enjoy it I repeated my order over 5 times to them they get mad if u ask for fresh fries they get mad and they are rude up there. You get some nice employees. Best time to go there is either in the morning or right when lunch is about to start. For the rest of the evening kiss your food good bye and the money you spent.

    AVOID UNLESS YOU LIKE BEING ROBBED!! I ordered 2 McDoubles, and a Big Mac. I used the rewards from the app to pay for the Big Mac. Your employee quoted me $3.17, and without notifying me charged me $8.25, and when I brought it to their attention they refused to correct it. Your employees robbed me for $5.08. Why do you have rewards on your app if you won’t honor them?? I’m going to make sure I post this on google reviews, so other people won’t get robbed like I did!

    any time of day the drive through is an absolute joke. Order one item, and expect to sit in line for at least 20 minutes. Then get to the window and be told to pull forward and wait for your one item. Has been the worst McDonald's in a 50 mile radius for over a year. Complete joke, the employees should be embarrassed

    Anything that isn't fried is pretty good, but fries, nuggets, McChickens, or anything else deep fried is not. The fryer oil isn't changed frequently enough and everything always tastes like old oil to the point of a nauseating experience if you eat enough. This isn't just a one time thing as I come here often due to the proximity to my workplace and the old oil thing is a constant. Other than that, it's pretty decent.

    This McDonald’s has greatly improved. They are much faster and friendlier than ever before. The parking lot is much better maintained, bathrooms are clean, and the dining room was also notably clean.

    This particular McDonald's is the worst we've ever gone to. There are only a few good, nice and respectful people who work there. They rarely get an order correct. Today was no different. I ordered a hash brown, mcmuffin and a COFFEE. I got a Coke. I said I ordered a coke and the worker just pushed the coke in my face and said nothing i can do about it here. I could have easily turned into a "Karen" but im too nice for that. We will NEVER GO BACK AGAIN!
