As someone with food service experience, I feel like everywhere you go there's occasionally a problem - it happens - and those customers are unfortunately more likely to write a (negative) review than those who are satisfied. Personally, I've never had a problem here - dine-in and take-out. Staff are polite and attentive. Dining area and bathroom are very clean 👍🏻 Ring the bell! 🔔😃

Food is good. Cheaper to go to a restraunt. The price will make you want to leave. Its not a normal price hike either. So don't let them fool you with inflation stuff. They are gouging. There is a reason why you get in and out of that place.

Second time I have come here and VERY disappointed. Both times the food has been cold and slopped together. The girl at the counter never asked us a size for our fries or drinks. She seemed like it was a bother for her to take our order. We ordered in and waited about 10 minutes for our food. I'm sorry, I spent $45 for two people and that will be the last I spend here. Again, very disappointed with service and food quality.

I live two streets over. First time i went i ordered a beef and cheddar combo with lemonade and mozzarella sticks, and a buffalo chicken sandwich for my friend. I got a brisket sandwich with fries and a plain chicken sandwich with nothing on it. No mozz. Sticks and i got a coke instead of lemonade

This used to be a really friendly, efficient Arby’s, so I hope this is an anomaly. After mobile order found out dining room closed—can’t they update this on the App? Waited for over 30 mins ( !) for a simple order. Only two working—feel bad for them. But also received no apology. If they can’t run a fast food restaurant efficiently, stop taking people’s money and close for the night. Fries undercooked, chicken tenders were oddly thin and hard as pucks. Super disappointing.

The cashier on this day was slightly rude and fast talking. She messed my order up but a new young lady had just started it was her second day and she made up for the other young lady rude behavior. I will still patronize this restaurant. I'm still going to give service 5 stars because I want to recognize the young lady for turning my visit all the way around. I even tipped her 😁

I’ve been here several times and it’s either the food is not warm enough like it’s been sitting for 5 mins or missing items on my sandwiches. They never seem to get it right. Listen people, always check your bag before leaving the drive-thru line! No matter how many cars are behind you waiting. I have convinced myself that I will no longer visit this particular location. More than two disappointments is enough for me.

Ordered 5 piece fish combo. 2 crispy chicken sandwich 4 roast beef sandwiches. Had to pull over because quote they just dropped the fish it'll be 2 minutes. It was 13. By the time I got my food it was cold. Chicken had one tomato no lettuce and a ton of Mayo. Never will I go there again. And their chocolate shakes are bland and taste like a flat tire.. Ugh never ever again, Oh and the roast beef sandwiches, the buns were burnt the squirrels wouldn't eat them. Good job for ruining dinner

Usually good food but you do get times it is not made good at all. The cheese steak option they had came with just the meat and sauce with onions mixed in. I called and asked where the peppers were and I was told they stopped putting peppers on. Would have been nice to be told that as it was nasty.

I ordered a meal from here through Door Dash and for the third straight time, someone at the store screwed up the order. This time I ordered a meal with a strawberry shake and instead received a strawberry lemonade even though the receipt said strawberry shake. I'm done with this store. Three strikes and you're out. I worked in fast food for over a decade and I know people aren't perfect but come on. Start hiring some competent people or you're going to lose more business.

I use to work at this particular Arby's over 20 years ago. Still, whenever I get an urge to have some great roast beef sandwiches with curly fries, this is the place I think of. My daughter took me here cause I got that craving again. STILL, great food with great people giving it and preparing it very well. Completely satisfied and loving it as always. Definitely recommended for everyone. P,S. French dip is my favorite

This Arby's ALWAYS has fresh food and is very clean. Not like white castle. My friend Chad found a long fingernail in his chicken rings / in his mouth last fall. He literally hasn't been the same. He has that 50 yard stare veterans have after combat.

3 separate people ahead of me walked out with no food. I waited NOBODY even acknowledged me at all but definately saw me. I asked if they were taking orders and the lady just yelled with an attitude she was slicing beef. I left like the people before me did. Poor poor poor customer service!

It took almost 10mins before someone took my order, there was 1 person ahead of me. The Dining area was dirty, but the staff was very busy so i get it... i cleaned my area & waited over 10 minutes for my food The staff was nice & my food was hot, so my only issue was the wait

Place really went down hill everytime at the drive threw the girl seems to have an attitude also left the drive threw with cold fries and COULDT turn back around how are the fries cold getting them served like I don’t understand that at all Chicken was solid rock hard and legit all breading no chicken this was the worst experience I’ve had here The 4 for 10 sandwiches were good

Multiple workers just standing around or literally dancing. Place sounded like a rave with loud music playing. Watched a couple walk in, both with phone screens off, stared at the people behind the counter, proceeded to grab what I can assume was a large delivery order, and walk out to their waiting car, parked conveniently in the handicap space and then raced out of the parking lot going the wrong way, then cutting off traffic in the process. At least my food order wasn't messed up or taken by random people just walking in. Also of note, conveniently the receipt machine was "broken" which was stated by the cashier. Didn't look down to me, especially seeing receipts in the trash and on the counter.

Very fast. Accurate and nice staff. Young lady at the window was so nice. Gave me two of all sauces because I'm greedy and I like dipping everything in something. They were fast, food was good, good service. Great job Arby's. It was clean outside too.

fries were not even close to fresh. sandwich inedible. left without refund cause line was so slow it probably would have taken a half hour to get my money back and I was hangry.

Just a quick stop for a sandwich and a Jamoca shake. I'm a bit disappointed that the prices have jumped so much. Over $9 with the medium shake (which is now smaller) being over $4 and the sandwich over $5. If my memory is correct, at least a 75% increase vs pre-covid prices. :(

Got home and realized they didn't put my wife's meal in the bag. Drove back but they only replaced the missing food, so by the time I get back home I have to eat my food cold, only to find out they didn't put in the dip for my French dip. How hard is it to expedite a fast food order?

Incredibly slow drive through. Girl working handed us the wrong order, so we had to go inside and have it corrected. Inside looked like absolute chaos even though it wasn't busy at all. I haven't been to this location in over a year so we decided to give it another try. It's even worse than it was a year ago. The food was mediocre at best. I would've rather spend my $30 somewhere else. I won't be coming back to this location.

I feel like I got the wrong shake, it was made wrong, or they have ingerdients labeled wrong. Shake taste like a chocolate or mocha shake. Did not taste any Carmel at all. And it's nothing like picture. Was suppose to be Carmel cinnamon shake

I knew they wouldn’t get my order right at the drive thru so I went inside, I DONT APPRECIATE being LAUGHED at because I had a special order. After talking to 3 people I got my order the way I wanted. The end result was good but so sad getting there!! It’ll take me a L O N G time to go back!!

The best fast food is, hands down, Arby's. Let's look at the facts; 1. Best variety of sandwiches. From roast beef sandwiches, to sliders, to deli-style, there's something for everyone. 2. Curly fries are amazing, and that's not a word I just toss around. And, as an added bonus, they also have potato cakes. Part tater tot, part hash brown, the potato cake combines two awesome things. Potatoes and cake. 3. The sauces. BBQ, Spicy, Horsey. Horsey? Who has time to say "horseradish"? Arby's is changing the way we think about condiments. 4. Dessert. Apple and cherry turnovers. And they're only $1. Jamaocha shakes. I don't even know what Jamaocha is supposed to taste like, but I know I want one. 5. The bell. They have a bell you ring if the service was great. At other places, you just unload your tray and walk to your car. Not at Arby's. You ring the bell like you're entering the ring. Gets me just as pumped up as the employees. A win-win, if you will.

A pretty solid location. My most recent visit was a little less than perfect but still overall happy. Brisket burger was dry but I have had it before a couple times with better experiences at the same location.

So tonight I worked a 12 hours shift, and was craving Arby's on my way home. Grabbed a beef and cheddar combo w/strawberry lemonade. Get home open my bag. 1. The lemonade was really good. 2. The beef and cheddar sandwich was not hot at all, hardly no beef, hardly any cheddar, and absolutely no Arby's sauce on it or in the bag. It looked as if they put the sandwich in the microwave and threw it in the bag. 3. And The fries were cold. I am highly disappointed. To come home from a hard days work, craving a certain food and get a complete let down. You guys have to do better, take pride in serving others a nice hot meal like you would want. Sad to say this will be my last time at this Arby's in St Clair Shores. PLEASE DO BETTER!!!! P.S the 1 star is only for the strawberry lemonade.

Curly fries had no heat to them at all not even enough for a heat lamp. Chicken nuggets were the smallest nuggets I have ever seen! I read online that they had the best chicken nuggets of all fast food places I would not go back!

This visit I got Rueben Sandwiches for $4 each w/coupon. They've always been YUMMY! But why they took potato cakes off the menu is beyond me! They were GREAT and were one of Arby's classic signature sides that were around forever. IMO, their curly and crinkle fries can't compare to the potato cakes which BTW, no other fast food place offers. Hash browns at other fast food places aren't the same as Arby's potato cakes. Bring back your potato cakes please!

By far the worst Arby's around. Only reason I didn't come back and complain was being short on time. Check your food BEFORE you leave the drive-thru window.
