    I was pleasantly surprised at how cheery, relaxed and calm the staff were today during my first visit here. There were 4 staff people at the windows and the line moved quickly. We just moved here and our old post office never had 4 people at the front windows!!! Plus each staff person was smiling and being nice to everyone in line ahead of me. I purchased my supplies and was pleased they’re now selling packing tape here because there have been so many times I’ve needed it at the post office. I loved their selection of decorated postal-appropriate packing materials and greeting cards.

    I've been in the area since March 2020 and I must say, I have a problem at least 2-3 times a week with my mail being delivered to the wrong address. Not just regular mail.. Packages that I have paid good money for. This is ridiculous. Something has to be done. I have to file a complaint often just to get my packages. Please stop hiring friends and start hiring competent people that will take their job seriously. Update: moved to Harmony this year(2023) This location service the area. Had my mail forwarded to the new address. So far, 2 packages tracking stated that they were forwarded. It's been over 2 months and they never arrived. Filed complaint for lost mail. They never called or followed up. I HATE THIS POST OFFICE.

    This locations Kiosk cost me $400 in stamps!!!! One of their employees moved me from the line to their kiosk and I needed 300 stamps. I placed the order and the lions printed large stamps. I was then told there was nothing they could do. A huge mistake on their end. That caused me to have to go to Walgreens and purchase another $200 in stamps!!! Unbelievable. Never using them again.

    Well they don't answer the phone. Went in the morning and a sign said cash only computer down. It happens. Went back in the afternoon. Still down. I'm in IT and if the computer is down all day, then someone gets sacrificed. With the power of government support they are down all day??

    Second time coming here. First time the gentleman Manny was very nice and helped me tape up my package. This time around I got Helen and she immediately told me she couldn’t tape up my box. I look to my right and see tape sitting there. She said that’s a “different type of tape” and if I wanted the man to help me like before then I must wait for him. She denied me service. I was finally able to speak with Manny and he told me he can’t use priority mail tape because they don’t know if my package is priority mail. THEY HAVENT EVEN SCANNED MY QR CODE YET. So I advised him to pls scan my QR code first and come to find out I INDEED have priority mail package and they CAN use that tape. So I advised him that HELEN should verify if someone has priority mail or not before denying them service over TAPE. Please do better!!!

    I’ve never had problems with the actual mailing, but this one specific gentleman every time I come trough always has such big attitude and is straight up disrespectful will roll your eyes at u if u ask a question and make u feel stupid for asking anything. That makes me hate going here id rather drive an hour to go to another one just to avoid him. I wish I had gotten his name because he needs to be fired ASAP!

    I could not control to rate the USPS. I placed an order and it started in New Jersey. It went to Pennsylvania, then to Orlando, of course Central Florida and finally to the USPS in St. Cloud, Fl which is only 9.5 miles from home. You would think, since it was so close to home, it would had been delivered the next day. NO, an idiot, yes an USPS idiot, sent it to Boyton Beach, Fl at about 150+ miles away from home, then at the USPS at Boyton Beach, FL another not so much of an USPS idiot most of realized it went too south and placed it back northbound to Orlando, Fl and now is heading back to St. Cloud, Fl. I’m hoping they don’t send it to Jacksonville, Fl, because if that happens then it could potentially do a round trip around Florida. YES, it has been aggravating, but having a blast looking at the tracking system awaiting the next turn!!! WAY TO GO USPS!!!!’

    Sometimes the staff seems upset or maybe they're busy. Bring your pens and tape cause they dont provide these.

    my mail did not show up for whole month after changing my address and then confirmed change at post office, 2 weeks ago, now it is month from change and week ago I received confirmation of successful change,still no mail,asking in person today and employees can't help, calling for me supervisor because supposedly he can, after 10 plus minutes waiting for him I left (employees called him multiple times) at least Im not wondering about my mail when I SEE how things working here on spot, seems my mail will eventually will show up once some people like that supervisor will start work again

    My package was sent to my old address, Alex Supervisor proactively intercepted the package and deliver it to my new address the very next day. That is customer service. Thank you Alex!
