Overall I had a good experience, the food was good, the waitress was kind and helpful !

BEWARE: BUGS IN THE FOOD/DRINK VERY RUDE WAITRESS- NOT FRIENDLY TO BLACK PEOPLE. The waitress served my child an apple juice with a BUG FLOATING at the top (See attached picture). So, my family and I walk into the location and the host seats us. The waitress takes our order and didn’t seem too friendly. The waitress comes back with our drinks and my son says “ There’s a BUG in my drink”. I called the manager over and said the waitress served my child an Apple Juice with a BUG FLOATING in it. The manager frowned at the glass and said EWW and she walked away with it, she didn’t even apologize at this point. So we decided that we probably shouldn’t be eating here, and we started to walk out. On the way out the waitress was walking by and I told her politely that she served my child a drink with a ROACH in it, the waitress replied VERY RUDLY ( It’s not a ROACH it’s just a LARGE FRUIT FLY), the waitress said that as if it’s ok to have a LARGE FRUIT FLY floating in your drink. I told the waitress instead of telling me which type of bug it was you could have just apologized so I don’t want to talk to you, I’ll just talk to the Manager. Then the waitress tried to lie to the manager saying I was trying to get upset with her when she was the one who was actually getting upset. The waitress was basically was Gaslighting Me. The Manager finally came back to the front and apologized but she actually showed me the BUG she took out the glass saying it’s not a ROACH it’s just a FRUIT FLY but I apologize and I will talk to the waitress about this. IHOP regardless If you have Roaches, Fruit Flys or Grasshoppers. I hope that you see this review and understand that you could have handled this way better. I really feel that I was treated like this because I’m Black. I don’t like drinking or eating out of things that have BUGS in it, and for your establishment to think I would be ok with any type of BUG in my food or drink is absurd. I do not reccomment (I gave 0 STARS, but the system doesn't let you post a review unless you select 1 star)

If I had the option of no stars, that is exactly what I would give. My server Alissa was such a sweet girl, and she made a couple of mistakes but nothing extreme. Seems that someone complained about her, and the manager decided that it would be a great idea to transfer her checks to another server and send her home. Poor girl was still training and in tears. Ms. Manager that was on Sunday around noon, you should be ashamed of yourself. That my dear is called STEALING. I found out what happened, and I made the manager void the check and transfer the check back to Alissa's name. Like, really, how dare you! I really hope that it wasn't because Alissa was the ONLY African American server there. I definitely will NOT spend my money there anymore.

It's incredible how far the quality has fallen for these once good american chains. First impression is the smell when you enter the place. Immediately has that freshly used bathroom smell and we're seated right in front of them. But ok, after you a while you get used to it. Then your food comes and your medium T-bone is actually well done and looks suspiciously like a pork chop; and your soggy toast doesn't even come until you only have two bites left of your eggs. Just awful - and for context, this place was EMPTY. The server lady was nice and it's really not her fault - it's the fault of terrible terrible management not staffing correctly (I mean, a new chef, on his own, and a single server doing everything?) To upper management: clean. up. this. place.

I got take out and ordered my kid mac and cheese I paid over 7 dollars for it and they gave me such a small amount for the money spent. It’s insane that they gave such small portions I should have just spent my money elsewhere and got him something better.

Delicious food and friendly service. Victoria was awesome!

This location is great. My family and I were seated right away. Our food was great and hot. Our server keep our drinks full without us having to ask. She also made my order special as I love stuffed french toast with strawberries, which is no longer offered at IHOP 😡, she recommended french toast with strawberries and bananas, and provided me with sweet cream cheese.🤩😁. It was great.

I was here for a. Morning coffee, but I ended up getting biscuits and gravy 😋 👌 delicious really fresh. I had my electric scooter, and it was about to die bit thanks yo the hosts she let me bring it in and charge it, so I definitely give a 5 🌟 restaurant. Not just the food but the good-hearted ppl. Ty
