Horrible experience. No ice in the fountain soda machine and they got bothered when you asked them to get ice from the drive thru machine. Then I was waiting to use the restroom for 8-9 minutes, heard a flush, heard the sink, then out comes an employee, I walk in and see this disgusting toilet. This is who’s serving you your food disgusting employees!!! And they check the restrooms every 30 mins…… sure 🤨.

I ordered online to avoid my food being made incorrectly, and they still managed to mess it up . I'm completely disgusted on how these employees can give their customers this inedible garbage . The chaplopa shells was stale, tacos had no meat in it, the burrito has not made correctly. My families meal Is ruined because of this incompetent location

Just on my way home and stop to get the same order I get every single time I come here. A Chipotle ranch grilled chicken burrito and mountain dew. Now I literally always get this and it's always at 9am. Maybe a few minutes after but ALWAYS before 10am. I've always been told you can get certain lunch items starting at 9am. Well this is 1 of them considering its my go to order. Drive through decided they don't want to make it out something and tried convincing me they never do lunch before 11.... I come here multiple times a month at the same time and ALWAYS get that. So what's going on?

I ordered a regular taco,and got a nacho cheese shelled one. I also ordered a beef burrito, and got a burrito Supreme with beans,sour cream and lettuce. Very simple order. And found out it was wrong when I got home. And they didn't have any hot sauce... Basically paid for a meal that went into the garbage... Such is life when you go to the drive thru and take it for granted that they get your order right. Learned a little lesson. Thanks Taco Bell...

Workers appeared as they do not want to be working. The cashier was doing her best to serve the customers. Got my order wrong, give them credit they fixed it but with little regard to customer service.

In an out always makes it easy when you need a quick meal after a long day. Always clean an the employee are always friendly

Went thru drive through. Asked for a craving box. Was told they had 3 different ones. I chose the crunch wrap box. Pulled up to window They don't sell a crunch wrap box they gave me just the crunch wrap, then I had to added two extra tacos because they don't make a crunch wrap box. It's not a big deal. Just paying $7 for 2 tacos isn't a deal at all

Says opems at 8 door says 9.came in a taxi...not the same thing.
