    My family and I was passing through and we order from this location. Food tasted horrible. Someone from Burger King need to do some quality check at this location. fries tasted really bad, like the oil have not been changed for a while. Chicken nuggets not cooked properly and the hamburger meat was still cold in the middle. Fish sandwich was horrible. Very hard and have a very bad taste. From the little bit that I ate, I felt really sick.

    This restaurant should just close it's doors. There is no one in charge of order, accountability for the issues this place has. It's drive thru has so many issues. Then the wait is so bad. I went inside today and although I was given good customer service from the cashier, this other employee just threw my food into a bag and handed it to me with a "you can leave now attitude." The soda machine was out of drinks, the tables were dirty, I just left. The owner needs to either close or place a responsible adult in charge of the business, if they invest on a quality manager with a worthwhile salary I believe it will progress and become the" king" once again. Pictures of the food onion rings, old nasty petrified.

    Served burnt food as part of family bundle. Bacon was over cooked. We ordered burgers to not have certain ingredients and still got them on our burgers. Fries were cold and unseasoned. The burgers themselves were cold. $30 worth of food and almost a popped tire wasn’t worth it.

    I have two BKs closer to my house, but I usually go here because the food is usually fresher and better. Today I went there for takeout and I ordered a Whopper, the Whopper Jr (2 for $5), a cheeseburger and a fry. As we were leaving the employee said everything was "fresh". The sandwiches were cold, the fries old and we did not get one of the sandwiches (I usually check, but did not this time). I don't know what happened to this location, but they should replace the manager as I won't be back. Not only the food, but the soda machine was almost out of everything, the soda counter was dirty and the floor had dirt and grease all over it. Have never seen this place that nasty. Not only that, someone asked if the bathroom was open and he was told that the employees did not have the key for the bathroom.

    cashier was nice but there was communication issues due to subpar English resulting in an incorrect order, the stuff that was ordered correctly wasn't prepared correctly either and it took nearly 15 minutes despite the location being almost empty. similar orders at other locations and competing companies usually take 4 minutes or so for my usual order. workers were lounging about, the person mopping was mopping incorrectly which results in the usual sticky surfaces this location is known for. I've been to this location pretty often over the course of a decade and it's never really been great. it's a shame the owner and workers just really don't seem to care at all about their image or service. I'm generally someone who doesn't care as long as stuff is done correctly, but effectively nothing is done correctly there.

    Cashier said bathroom was out of service. (Can't eat without washing your hands) Requested the Manager she told the Cashier to open the restroom, And it was all clean and fine. Lied to a paying customer.. Just WRONG

    Clean and good customer service...not the best choice of background music..only latin music. I get the pride but what about diversity. And what's up with the $99.99 nuggets?

    The hamburger was cold. I LOVE the burgers from Burger King, but this specific location is horrible in terms of food. Each time I drive by, I see fewer and fewer people, and I think that's the reason why. One time, I went to get a milkshake, and they didn't have it. On several occasions, I've asked for something on the menu, and they don't have. Sometimes the tables are dirty and we have to clean the tables ourselves. I really hope that higher management reads this because I would hate to see Burger King leaving our town. So please, FIX YOUR PROBLEMS!
