The young lady that helped me around 11am July 27th, 2023 at the walk up window had the best attitude and personality. It's so awesome to have great in person customer service. It really makes a difference.

Do not go to this Checkers! I have called corporate twice and both times I was told someone would call back from the store and they did not. The food is disgusting. The people working there do not care. It is dirty.

Always had a good service here, fast and fresh food for a good price. Only reason is not a 5 star place is because their food presentation is horrible 😑. Other than that I highly recommend it

Used the drive-thru (new automated teller when ordering). A bite frustrating at first but it was very accurate. My husband hated when it would ask if you wanted bacon after every burger item that we ordered.

Ordered a Cheeseburger, chicken tenders and the nugget and fry box. They came out hot only because the cook dumped the fries in hot oil right before we pulled up to reheat them. They smell like straight donuts or funnel cakes leaving a weirdly sweet flavor when you're expecting Cajun fries. The chicken was saturated with oil and had a dark color. No seasoning and flavor like the picture on the menu. They put my fries in the bag upside down spilling them all over and saturating my napkins with grease. Also I asked for BBQ sauce for the terrible chicken and they didn't even put it in the bag. The only redeeming thing was the burger and it was still sub par. Spend an extra $5 and get Culver's. This place isn't it.

If I could give 0 stars-I would. How on earth did you guys actually sell me a baconzilla burger, with no bacon?Just confused as to whether this is the wrong order completely or just an incomplete sandwich. So hungry. So disappointed.

I had the $5 meal deal for lunch today. It includes 6 little chicken bites and their awesome fries. I chose the mushroom and Swiss burger and a Diet Coke. I ate at one of their tables since the weather was so nice. Except for my having to go back to the window to get napkins, I enjoyed my meal very much.

Food was mostly correct. They didn't add any of the sauces or napkins. The drive through is now a robot like you'd hear when calling a customer service number
