Finally found an honest family orientated jewelry store. I met the owner and his family and all were very courteous and friendly and even offered me cuban coffee while i waited. The work that was done on my wife's engagement ring was out of this world. I actually got the ring back the next day, not like Jared or other Jewelry stores the take 5- 10 weeks to repair anything. I give this shop 10 stars ...

Wow!! Is what I say when I go for a service at Marrero Jewelers. They cator to the customers “ needs.” I gave them My wedding rings that are close to 20 years old, to polish/clean the gold and diamonds and replace the old prongs with new ones. It looks brand new! They resized my new thumb ring to fit then polished it. It fits like a glove. Then offered to clean my old thumb ring as well. While I waited they offered me a beverage, I felt like family. They are so personable and professional at the same time. They have me for a customer as long as they are in business. Thank you for your service.

My ring was missing 2 small diamonds. I brought it in here on Saturday afternoon and was able to pick it up Saturday evening. They did a fantastic job on the repair at a reasonable price, and they even cleaned it for me at no extra charge! I will definitely use them for all my jewelry needs and recommend them to anyone looking for an honest jeweler.

Took my wedding set in and my husbands cross charm. My wedding set needed some love and a resizing, it looks incredible and fits perfect now. Dropped everything off Saturday and have it all back tonight Wednesday. Super quick turnaround. My husbands cross charm needed to have a new loop put on so he can wear it again. Came back perfect. Will be going back with a necklace to be repaired and definitely more.. staff was very kind and knowledgeable. And peaking in their cases all I can say is WOW they have some beautiful pieces. Thank you Marrero’s for you incredible turnaround time, attention to detail, and kindness.

Every time I come in the entire staff says hi to me with a smile. They are so friendly and so helpful. I was there yesterday and they without hesitation put on a brand new watch band and face for my Apple Watch. I’ve used these folks for years and they have always been five star treatment all the way. ☺️

These people are so nice, my aunt and my friend‘s grandma went in to replace a battery on my friends grandma‘s watch and they were closed which we didn’t realize but they still let us in! And on top of that, they gave us a free battery for the watch! Best jeweler service ever, will definitely be coming back in the future.
