Our experience with Askew Jewelers has been excellent. The entire staff is friendly and extremely helpful. We went in looking for a particular style in a wedding set. Cyndi sat with us to help curate the best style that they’d have available in a reasonable time frame and the result was a perfect match to our request; She heard our needs out and fulfilled them while also offering her genuine expertise. No high pressure sales, just good ole’ fashioned customer service! It was great to find Askew Jewelers in the Down Town District and support a small business!

I stopped into Askew Jewelers yesterday for the first time yesterday to ask about engraving services and met Lisa. What a wonderful experience, not only was she able to answer my questions and offer her expertise but I was thrilled with the variety of the pieces they had in the store. I took home a gift I needed but wasn't expecting to find. I could have purchased pieces for anyone on my list because they really do have something for everyone. Amazing customer service! Caleb assisted me in finding a back to fit one of my diamond earrings. He offered to clean my rings as well at no charge and was more than happy to answer my questions about mined vs. lab grown diamonds. Everyone there was so friendly, knowledgeable and I didn’t at all feel pushed to buy anything, which makes me want to visit again to browse. Their jewelry was beautiful!
