    Edit: The Cheddar Bay biscuits that I grew up loving are back and the experience was 100% better. Thank you! Yesterday was a sad day. We went to my favorite restaurant where all of my favorite comfort food and drinks are all in one place. Let's start with the Cheddar Bay Biscuits - all of the butter and yummy garlic- gone! They were plain. Normally the basket is empty by the time the drinks come, I couldn't even choke down one. Then I always look forward to the strawberry lemonade. Before it came in a tall glass with real strawberries, it was incredible, now it is just okay. Then you can see the difference in the other $9.49 drink where are the berries? Maybe add the berries and reduce the amount of ice. All meals used to come with Cesar or Garden salad- nope not anymore. The really sad part was this was always my absolute favorite treat place that I always looked forward to. Now I don't have any reason to pay $120 for food and drinks that no longer taste good. Whoever changed the Cheddar Bay Biscuits, I really hope you know you will lose a lot of business. I don't care that I got to take a bag of them home with me. My dog didn't even like them. The wait staff was the best part of the meal, very friendly as always!

    Always great food. As we often do we ordered more than we could eat, shared everything and brought lots home. The crispy dragon shrimp were okay at best. Lots of breading and covered in onions. The clam chowder was mainly broth with very little potatoes or clams. Broth had great flavor though. Shrimp fettuccine was my favorite. Great sauce and perfectly cooked shrimp. Second was the shrimp skewers. Great grill flavor. Shrimp scampi is exactly how it should be. Great shrimp in butter. My least favorite and I don't know why I even ordered them. The coconut shrimp. I am not a coconut fan unless it is in a drink.

    Super disappointing. We use to love Red Lobster-but service, food & atmosphere is absolutely terrible. -Tonight it wasn’t busy at all-took forever to get our wine and beer-maybe an hour and 15 for food. (Maybe more) The food came out cold-hard to break the crab apart & I am not even sure what the stuffed mushrooms had in them. 🫤 Looked like cat food-did not taste right at all and we have gotten them so many times and these were terrible. Our service was awful. Waiting 20 minutes for drinks and really he never came back. The whole experience was disappointing. I feel terrible writing this review bc I really do love Red Lobster but they have just gone down in everything. I feel like they are a waste of money to be honest. What a bummer!

    We started with mussels that were closed shut. They are supposed to open when steamed. I ordered steamed lobster. It was by far the worst lobster I have had. It was inedible. It was completely overcooked and bone dry. It was a scary orange color. This place used to be good. Don’t waste your money. This place is terrible. I guess it’s tough to get good help these days. I will never go back. The manager even agreed that the lobster was overcooked. What a lousy excuse for being a red lobster restaurant. Do not go to this restaurant. It will ruin your day.

    Food was wonderful, service at bar was also wonderful. When we walked in, the lobby was filled with several families. We were told 20 min wait so we asked about room at bar and were told it was full by waitress who took our name. We then overheard someone say bar was empty, we went in and it was empty. As I glanced I noticed plenty of staff, smiles, movement; but could see 5 empty tables and the empty bar in which a few people could have been made more comfortable. Bar staff was quite busy with cocktails and many staff walked by a man who waited at end of bar 20 min before being acknowledged for his to-go order. Take initiative young workers!

    Had my grandmas 80th birthday party there and the wait staff isn't very good, they barley check on you and don't take your dirty dishes away, and they put the whole bill of 25 people on one tab.

    It was great food, great company. Wasn't sure what to order our waitress Bailey gave us a few ideas. Tried the salmon would definitely recommend getting it. My daughter also enjoyed her food she had the Trio shrimp with pasta. Bailey did an amazing job.

    We just went there tonight. We had a 5pm reservation if 13 and there was a couple other big groups before us and we were sitted before 530. Our waitress was so nice and very friendly and patient with us. She was so friendly and very kind

    My son and I went for our birthday so he can finally try crab and lobster. I haven't been to Red Lobster in years but couldn't wait to have their famous biscuits, while waiting for my ultimate feast. Waiting staff were nice but the food was not what I remember unfortunately. The biscuits had no cheddar. They were not appetizing. My crab legs were borderline cold with barely any meat since they were so little. My lobster tail was dry. My shrimp scampi was soggy with no flavor. Only thing I enjoyed was my caesar salad. My lemonade was mediocre. Sad to say it was a waste of money.

    Yesterday was my younger sister’s 21st birthday and she wanted to have crab legs for dinner. We ordered our food curbside and we’re given a pick up time of 5:48 pm. We arrived at 5:55 pm and were sent a text from red lobster stating the food was ready and coming out. After 5 minutes of waiting we went inside and were told the food was being boxed up. Another 5-10 minutes passed and our food still wasn’t out. Our food didn’t come out until 6:40 pm. After expressing our disappointment, the manger did give us back $100 and said we *might* get a phone call about an additional gift card. However, once we got home our food wasn’t stellar. My sister ordered 1 1/2lbs of crab legs. Her 1/2lb was missing 2 legs. My husband’s steak was burnt beyond repair and very well done when he ordered medium. It was a bit of a disappointing dinner for how much the food cost and such an important birthday.

    WORTH.THE.WAIT!! My boyfriend and I waited 1 hour to be seated, but I was absolutely shocked about how fast our food came after we sat down. Before we knew it, our food arrived quickly AND fresh! Our server was also very nice and attentive considering how busy she was. Our food was cooked perfectly and my mouth was watering after each bite. We’ll be coming back soon!!

    The place was not busy by any standards and the waiter was barely coming over to check on us. They did not take our dirty plates and food took too long and we left before we got two of our dishes and not all the food came when it was ordered together hence not getting some of our food. The food we got was great though. Tonight could have been a bad night for the waiter but when we drove to leave there were waiters outside and a manager as well and they were just talking. They could have been on break but there was about 5 or 6 people outside. I loved going to this place before and the service was amazing but this is the second time this has happened to a family member. I hope in the future this spot will be better.

    Date night for AYCE shrimp 😃 The hostess started the night off on a bad note. We felt like we were bothering her. Once seated, our waiter came right over and took our drink order. We were happy it turned from negative to positive! We ordered an app and our meals all at once. The calamari came out and was delicious! The meals came out right as we finished our app,perfectly timed! I needed a water refill, and my waiter was not around. 10-15 mins went past, and he came over to ask if I wanted more shrimp. I ordered more and asked for more water. A different server brought out my shrimp, and I asked them for a refill. They said they would tell my waiter. Another 10 mins go by before he brings a pitcher of room temp water over to fill mine up. By then I was frustrated and no longer wanted more shrimp or warm water. We paid our bill and don't plan on returning.

    We had a larger group of people. Some of us needed to order sooner than the rest to be able to get to work on time. The food was great. The area we were in was great. It was just a very nice time to visit and eat. Thank for allowing service animal. The kids had a good time too.

    I came into the restaurant on 11/16/2022 with my family to celebrate my daughter’s birthday, the staff was extremely amazing one of the staff let my daughter touch the lobster first then Bailey our server was over the top amazing to us, let the kids see and touch a lobster first, we even got to enjoy my daughters cake that we brought in with some ice cream we got from the staff, keep up the amazing service!

    I had the wild-caught crunch fried flounder with seasoned broccoli and salad. It is delicious and a large portion. Biscuits are always delicious. We split a strawberry vanilla bean cheesecake and it would have been delicious had they not served it frozen

    The food we had was delicious and the biscuits are AMAZING. My only complaint is that prices are high. Even for simple menu items, you're starting at $20/plate. Service was good, restaurant was clean but could have a better atmosphere.

    Four person family birthday meal celebration, we were expecting fine dining based on many years of past experience at this location. Service was horrible. Side dishes were served almost 10 minutes after the main course and arrived lukewarm on two separate plates, making it awkward to eat. Table wasn't large enough for all the plates of food, we were literally juggling plates. No no one cleared our plates or offered us refills, staff pretty much ignored us although they must have heard our complaints as they walked repeatedly past our table. Would have liked a glass of water but there wasn't room on the table, so I didn't bother. Our waiter finally checked on us at the end of our meal and sent the manager to address our issues. Crab was soggy, shrimp scampi didn't seem to have any garlic in it at all, food was overall bland and tasteless. We we had to request and wait for silverware and crab cracking tools after our food was delivered and asked repeatedly for more biscuits (while observing our waiter standing around on the other side of the room) which was the only menu item that met expectations. The manager was apologetic and our bill was resolved satisfactorily regarding our complaints, as we weren't interested in the extra menu items offered to us as compensation and just wanted to leave. The experience was far below what was expected of the brand and of the high menu prices, at roughly $50 per person. Very disappointing.

    Our server was very kind and attentive. She managed all her tables exceptionally while the restaurant was starting to get busy. Food was delicious and promptly made. Would definitely recommend.

    Its been awhile since I last visited a Red Lobster, I do love their food, I decided to treat myself for my recent birthday, and this restaurant had parking for a semi truck very close to the restaurant. My server/waitress was awesome, I told her what I was interested in, and she got me pointed in the right direction with exactly what I wanted and on it was on sale also "JACKPOT" she was fantastic and did an awesome job for me.

    Very disappointed! We have always had good service there. Not today! We had to ask to be waited on after 15 minutes. Our server was so slow bringing us our drinks, salad, etc. Our food was good but barely warm. We were never asked if we wanted refills or anything else after we got our food. #notimpressed

    Called ahead and was told no reservations for mother's day and it was first come first serve. Our family of 5 arrived at 11:50 and were told 25 minute wait...we watched over a dozen other groups walk in and get seated prior to us. After 40 minutes I asked how much longer and how rude it was other people were getting seated ahead of us. The host smiled and said you'll be next, yet continued to seat people after. It's been a few years since we've ate at this location and I can definitely say it's gone down hill. They could learn a lot from the Duluth (canal park) location.

    I ordered coconut shrimp and garlic scampi. It was very good. The restaurant was short staffed and we did not get cloth napkins but got these really cheap thin paper napkins, which were not very good. The waitress did not tell us about any specials, like the endless shrimp, but we heard her tell the table behind us. We would have ordered it had we known. Also, she did not put our order in the first time, so when she came back to let us know, she apologized, several times, and said we could have a free appetizer or free dessert. We chose dessert, but only got one when there was three of us.

    Me and my husband went on 02/26/2022 to have a nice dinner after a long week of work. Yes about 7 pm at night kinda packed 30 minute wait no problem? But once we were at our table we were greeted asked about drinks and were given biscuits the usual. Things change for us as customers when we placed our orders and other customers came after us and placed their orders after us also, basically we’re a black couple that came to this establishment to enjoy our meal to spend good money that we worked for also? We were treated as though by our waiter as if we wasn’t and I filled a complaint that night with the manager and I will be with Red Lobster themselves. We didn’t get our salad in a timely manner as the other customers did? And when as for them the waiter acted as though he didn’t remember? Had the server still bring our entrees before our salad? Then when we spoke on our food being wrong? He goes to the kitchen and I guess? And just request for the food that was wrong? And slide it on the table? And we’re like? What? I had crab legs so I got to wait 10 minutes for the utensils and lemons? To eat my food with? This was just ridiculous and unacceptable? We really felt unwanted and didn’t want the food anymore

    I felt really awkward sitting with no food for a full 15 minutes after the rest of my party had been served. The light over our table was flickering the whole time and gave me a headache. Our meals of salmon, lobster, steak, crab legs, scallops, shrimp and cod were absolutely delicious, and the cocktails were strong and tasty.

    The staff were friendly, the food was delicious. It was a wait on a table and we didn't think to make reservations so it was our fault and only 20 min. Which is excellent for Valentine's day. They text u when your table is ready and they have a bar available it was the best Valentine's day ever for us!

    Our food was absolutely fantastic. It was one of those situations where your full but keep eating because it tastes so good. The bacon wrapped scallops literally melted in my mouth. Our server was super nice, too. I highly recommend this location.

    This was a fantastic restaurant! It was very busy but we only had to wait 10 minutes. Hostesses were very friendly. Our waiter was very friendly and efficient. He checked back frequently to see if we needed anything.. He could answer any questions we had regarding the craft beers and he patiently allowed us to try several before we ordered. The Bloody Mary's were "to die for" and the food was excellent ! We will definitely come back!

    It was a little busy but no wait, waiter didn't know the menu very well and wasn't helpful but was polite and easy to order from with a pleasant attitude. My Scampi and skewered shrimp was very good but my lobster tail was too salty. Time to get food from time to place order was much longer than should have been, drinks were empty by the time food arrived but not filled until plate was 3/4 done. Stuffed mushrooms at appetizer was delicious, complimentary biscuits were perfect. Didn't get a desert.

    Tonight was excellent. Our experience started with the introduction of our waitress named Bailey. She appeared energetic, friendly and ready to provide us with top level service. Her first impression was spot on! She took our drink order and from that moment on we NEVER had to ask for another drink. It was like our glasses would be magically refilled. The Cheddar Bay Biscuits would also just appear like she was reading our minds. Our orders came out perfect and the taste, flavor and amounts were perfect. Once we were just about ready to stop Ms Bailey took the time to stop buy our table and personally thank us for coming in tonight instead of just taking the dirty dishes like most waiters and waitresses do in today's world. Ms Bailey took those few extra moments to check on OUR Experience. Great job Ms Bailey 😉. Before we left we made a point to let the manager know how well Ms Bailey did, because whether she is like this every night or if she was like this tonight she earned it. One more thing about Ms Bailey, as we enjoyed our meal, we saw her performing the same top level service to EVERYONE she came into contact with! Thank you Ms Bailey
