My daughter just ordered 2 California burgers and fries to be delivered by food dudes..Burgers were so burnt we can't even eat them!! I tried calling Cowboy Jacks and their answering machine said the mailbox is full!!! I did take pictures! Oh one of these pictures are the bottom of the burger..Totally disgusting!!!!

Decent food, nothing special. Drink selection is unexciting. Going on Tuesdays for wings is a good deal in terms of price and quantity. Service can be pretty slow. They seem to run out of particular menu items a lot.

Really cool place to eat. Great atmosphere. Service was attentive and frendly . Drinks were great..

Been here a handful of times. The food is pretty good, decent pricing, good happy hour, and there cowboy jacks IPA is delicious.

Food was tasty and the restaurant theme was charming. Waiter was very attentive and prices were affordable. Parking was a bit of a challenge, but I'm coming from a small town and not used to walking too far to get to where I want to go. My main complaint is that the restaurant did not meet my cleanliness standards. The floor was sticky and bathrooms were not up to par. In their defense, they seemed to be undergoing an internal remodel. I would give them another try, but my husband would not.

Overall good experience. My food was good so I'd go back. My wife's sweet potato fries came out cold, so they gladly brought her another batch. Those were overcooked to her preference, but not mine. Food is tough to judge since everyone's expectations are different. I'd go back for the bar atmosphere and a bite!

This place is nice, the atmosphere is amazing. I've been here multiple times and can honestly say I wasn't let down for any of it. The bartenders were very polite, and right there to serve you as soon as you sat down or were out of a drink. I have not had any of the food here as of yet, however I can only expect it to be amazing.

Just had a great experience! We went during happy hour for their $5 bucket of wings which is a GREAT deal and very good. My kids enjoyed the free popcorn and our waitress Miranda went above and beyond with making sure we were taken care of along with other staff checking in to make sure everything was good. Will for sure be back!
