During
my
recent
visit
to
New
York
Gyro
in
the
South
Side
of
Saint
Cloud,
I
had
the
expectation
of
enjoying
a
cup
of
tea.
However,
my
experience
fell
significantly
short
of
being
satisfactory.
Despite
arriving
before
other
customers,
I
was
surprised
to
learn
that
I
would
not
be
served
tea,
while
others
were
being
attended
to
without
any
issue.
To
exacerbate
the
situation,
I
was
instructed
to
wait
for
approximately
30
minutes,
despite
my
earlier
arrival.
Witnessing
other
customers
being
served
promptly
only
added
to
my
frustration,
as
I
was
left
without
any
reasonable
explanation
for
the
discrepancy
in
service.
The
unequal
treatment
and
lack
of
consideration
for
my
presence
left
me
deeply
dissatisfied.
As
a
customer,
I
believe
in
fair
and
equitable
treatment
regardless
of
the
order
of
arrival.
It
would
have
been
more
acceptable
if
the
staff
had
communicated
any
limitations
or
provided
a
clear
reason
for
their
inability
to
serve
me
tea.
This
experience
has
undoubtedly
tarnished
my
perception
of
New
York
Gyro.
I
urge
the
management
to
address
the
issues
of
unequal
treatment
and
excessive
wait
times
in
order
to
create
a
more
positive
dining
experience
for
all
customers.
Based
on
this
encounter,
I
find
it
difficult
to
recommend
New
York
Gyro
to
others
who
are
seeking
a
satisfactory
dining
experience.
I
sincerely
hope
that
the
feedback
provided
here
will
be
taken
into
serious
consideration,
leading
to
the
necessary
improvements
in
their
service
