I ordered 4 sausage patty crunch wraps and they all had little to no sausage ,no sauce , made with small tortillas and was completely dry. I come here at least 3/4 times a week for breakfast & I’m so disappointed to the point that I will never spend another dollar here again .

The number 6 I ordered was refrigerator cold, I asked for Diablo sauce and received no sauce at all or napkins for that matter. The chili cheese burrito was literally a folded tortilla with a sprinkle of cold cheese.. the pictures reflect. Sad, so sad I will never return.

Ordered over $50 in food for the family, ordered a steak quesadilla there were 3 small pieces of steak it was like just eating a tortilla. 3 soft taco supreme one was ok but the other two just had beef and a couple of chunks of tomato. Never again!!

Would give 0 stars if I could I sit in the drive thru as I type this review one care in front of me and it has been 22 minutes to even order my food. There is a car behind me so I’m stuck sitting here. Finally get to ordering and the girl keeps saying she can’t hear me I’m screaming so loud pretty sure McDonald’s across the street got my order… next time I’ll just go there. Overall a terrible experience. Nothing fast about this fast food place.. ordered cheesy roll ups for my screaming toddlers that made this experience that much more painful since they screamed the whole time

I’d give it 0/5 if I could, rude staff, takes them 15+ minutes on multiple occasions to make a $3 meal. Throws my food at the counter, missed, and then said “well guess we gotta start over”. Refund process takes far too long. I seriously doubt the competence of any employee in this building, the managers, and the owner of the building. By far the worst fast food place in the area. Not to mention they get orders wrong almost every time I visit. I’ve tried to be cordial and polite but they have not shown the same respect, it’s fast food but this place still being open is atrocious. Updated a month later - decided to try again, they refused to serve me due to me trying to pay with a $50, the man working the till explicitly said he had the change, he just didn’t wanna have to give it to me. Pathetic.

my roommate and i ordered doordash from here. the first time, the dasher didnt deliver our food so we ordered again. the second time, they told our new dasher that they refuse to make our order. awful service, from the looks of other reviews this place is junk. dont order from this location

This place is great! Good staff. Very friendly people working here. It's good for a quick bite to eat for lunch. I would recommend.

Super friendly and easygoing staff! They are always energetic, uplifting and delighting to socialize with! I come here usually as a carpool or delivery driver and the service is always super fast, I am told the quality is very fresh and the people really make sure you have a decent experience. In comparison to the TBell in st cloud, this one is a winner!!! Def worth driving the extra mile for. Keep up the amazing energy, guys! :)

6/4/22 Arrived at 8:30 to locked doors and no one answering the drive through. Daily window hours say open at 7am. No temporary signs explaining why they are not open yet. Another person pulled in working for door dash was there to pick up an order and couldn't get in. A women entered the first set of doors and turned around, leaving the doors locked still. I could understand if they didn't have enough staff or something, but a sign to at least say why.

Our food that we ordered was correct, but we had to go back through the drive thru for straws, silverware, sauce and napkins.

Lobby closed during lunch time. Don't stop if traveling with a trailer. Understand labor market but put a big sign up lobby closed don't stop here.

Very commonly get orders wrong. How can you get stuff on the screen correct but still get the order wrong? They'll forget to remove or add toppings, or forget stuff all together. The experience was rushed and was repeatedly asked "is that all?" while I was trying to order each item.

best taco bell in the st. cloud area. sometimes can be awfully slow or the staff are rude but honestly other than that i haven’t ran into any issues.

Was trying to find something to eat here at 11 o’clock just got out of the hospital from visiting my fiancé who is stuck in the hospital for another 11 weeks. Because of construction I had to drive all the way to the Sauk Rapids Budweiser bridge to come all the way back to find the drive-through, not working pop foamy as hell and soggy tacos with nothing in them don’t even go there. There’s a quick trip down the road. Complete waste of like $12. Drive-through not working as well.

I never doordash taco bell at night but i really wanted tb tonight. every time i order at night everything is either super sloppy or completely wrong ! NIGHT WORKERS SUCK EVERY TIME!!

We got the right amount of items, labeled all the same, because why label the products properly...? Anyways, my wife swapped out her beef for chicken in a beefy 5 layer, and they took it up on themselves to give everything upgrades. All our ground beef with the exception of 1 beefy 5 layer, had been swapped out for chicken. My nacho cheese gordita crunch was swapped for a plain steak gordita. I would have complained but since we put our order in through the app, and the messed it up this badly, that meant they clearly did not know how to read. I just didn't feel like confusing the poor illiterate soul working last night and didn't want to make their night any worse. Plus, if they can't read, I did not trust that they could leave a note for management to get back to me. It is super nice that they are giving illiterate workers jobs, but maybe this person needs to move somewhere with less reading.

I've literally never had them get my order correct here. Today was no exception. Expect that you will be taking two trips through the drive-thru! 😉✌️

I usually love going to this taco bell however recently within the last month or so. Every single time I order a bean and cheese burrito and ask them to add sour cream and every single time now my burritos come with no sour cream even though I get charged the 0.39 cents for the sour cream per burrito and its not just night crew I ordered around 11 am and still no sour cream. Seriously they stolen money at this point from me. I'll just go to the one on 3311 2nd St S, St Cloud, MN 56301 at least they have there priorities straight and I get what I order everytime!

We like Taco Bell. This one, on the East side of St Cloud,Mn,,,well they messed up 4 of 5 orders, one being ours, while we were there. 5-7 employees were "working", but actually only 3-4 were. Others were standing around, chatting. The manager did literally yell at them while we were in restaurant "to get it together". Oh, and side note, they messed up my order last week, but not those with me.

Stopped in tonight with intentions of ordering food. Went inside to find about 15 people sitting around staring at the counter area. Noticed not a single employee in sight. After waiting around for 5 minutes we saw a total of 2 employees for less then 5 seconds and neither of them bothered to start on food or ask if anyone wanted to order. After waiting a couple more minutes we decided to leave. This isnt the first disappointing experience at this location.

Overall I give 4 stars. The food is what u expect from any taco bell but the people were so friendly making it a great experience. The construction makes it a bit difficult but only for now !

I recently visited Taco Bell in St. Cloud, MN for a late-night drive through order. Overall, my experience was average, with some pros and cons to consider. I appreciate that the food was inexpensive, which is always a plus. In terms of the food itself, it was average. It satisfied my hunger, but it didn't wow me either. The taste was decent, considering the price point, but there was nothing remarkable about it. If you're looking for a quick and cheap meal, Taco Bell delivers on that front. One major downside to this Taco Bell location is the difficulty in accessing it due to extensive road construction at the intersection. In 2023, navigating to the restaurant becomes a bit of a challenge. The ongoing construction makes the usual route inconvenient and time-consuming. I hope this issue gets resolved soon because it can be frustrating for customers. Despite the difficulties in getting to the restaurant, I would consider eating here again if I'm in the area and craving a quick, affordable meal. Hopefully, by that time, the road construction will be completed, making it easier for customers to access the restaurant. Overall, my experience at Taco Bell in St. Cloud, MN was average. While the food was nothing exceptional, it did the job, and the drive-through attendant was friendly. Just be prepared for the inconvenience caused by the ongoing road construction when trying to reach the restaurant.

This Taco Bell is okay… I have had times where it is super delicious but today my Crunchwrap tasted like it had chemicals in it. Like a super disgusting bitter tastes. It tasted like someone was cleaning with chemicals then started making food with the same gloves. My burrito was delicious but the Crunchwrap was horrid. Very disappointed with this Taco Bell location.

I ordered a combo meal on the kiosk and then went to the register to get my pop. After waiting a few minutes and all staff were busy I grabbed a cup next to the register. The store manager rudly told me I was stealing! I asked her for her name and she ignored me. I asked two other employees and they both said I couldn't have it. She is described as a short heavy set black women.

Bad food. Bad service. They need to shut it down or get a new manager. There was Zero quality check. Hopefully they change when they see this. It’s all I can do I guess. Have a blessed day.

This is by far the worst fast food place I've ever been to. Staff should be immediately fired or new management. Definitely need some changes badly.
