    I scheduled a 5:20 appointment online and was told to arrive at 5:05. Upon arrival, I was checked in ASAP and told to have a seat. One full hour later at around 6:10 I was called, along with 3 other patients, and told to wait in the room. I wasnā€™t seen by a NURSE until 7:24. Oh and before we got called in, there were no more chairs for patients to wait in, so those that came in later were all standing or sitting on the floor. As I sat in my room, I could hear the employees outside the door talking about their after-work plans. The conversation went something like this: Female 1 ā€” ā€œGirl what you got tonight? You needa get some wine.ā€ Female 2 ā€” ā€œI already got vodka, some brandy, henny.ā€ A few minutes later I hear a young man chime in. ā€œSmoke tonight?ā€ To say the very least, this establishment is extremely unprofessional and the employees obviously donā€™t care enough to keep private conversations private. So so so so many things need to be worked on here. Professionalism, privacy (at least whisperingā€¦), time management, seating.

    This place has to be the worse urgent care ever. Long waits, attitude at front desk. I've been here an hour for a flu shot. Only one other person here with me. Just terrible. Can't wait till my insurance changes in 2023.

    Excellent experience all round. I had an accident and it was visible. I didn't have an appointment but the staff immediately saw I needed help and took me right back to a room. From the ladies on the front desk, to the staff in the back (sorry I'm unsure if they were nurses), to the Doctor, I received compassionate and friendly care. The staff at this location were absolutely wonderful and I couldn't of asked for any better treatment. I have to go back in two days and if anything changes I will edit my review but I really don't think anything is going to change. Update 1: I had to re-tighten my bandages within an hour of leaving. I understand they didn't want to make them too tight because of the blisters from my burn wounds but I found it difficult to keep the medicated patches in place and re-wrap my bandages by myself (I'm right handed and my burns are on my right hand so it was quite a challenge). The next day the tie (stretchy material with metal clips) broke on my leg bandage so I went back in to ask them for help. Once again the staff were extremely pleasant and gave me new bandages and ties. I have a follow up appointment in the next day or two so I will make another update then.

    Terrible experience. The front desk lady told me the waiting was 3 hours, i said ok (it was 2pm) I asked why 3 hours since it had only one person in the waiting room. She said because people left and they would call them when was their turn. I said it was great and I would like to receive a call as well. She told me if I call you and you are not here in 5 or 10 min, you lose your turn. I told her that I live 5 min away, so no problem at all. She asked if I tried Night Lite Urgent Care, I said no, I am here since it was open and they accept walking in. She told me that it was my best option since I would need to be there at 3:30pm because they lock the door and if my appt would be in 3 hours means 5pm they wouldnā€™t open the door for me. What??? The place closes at 5pm, I had 3 hours wait, putting me to have my appt at 5. But they lock the door at 3:30 and I need to be there because they donā€™t open the door after this time. I notice that she was doing everything to make me go away. I asked my ID back and did what she wants. Itā€™s better to say: we are full today, sorry! Please contact another place because our waiting is 3 hours and we close in 3 hours. I left not only sick but extremely nervous to see how much she was ā€œrejectingā€ me. Terrible experience.

    Carissa is the best and made my experience wonderful. I have never been more satisfied with someoneā€™s kindness, help, positive attitude and motivation to help others who come in. Definitely made my trip pleasant.

    The three girls working in front are the exact description of a disgusting, ignorant, impolite non-human. They refused to give me the service I needed only because I mentioned I needed a note to return to work. I did my original test for influenza at a complete different city (2.5 hours away, where I got sick) and needed a follow up so I could return to work. The lack of human in front of me just said ā€œoh no we canā€™t because you need to pay the $318 fee. You were not seen here originallyā€ā€¦. how do you know I donā€™t have the $318? What makes you think you can deny a service just for that? Worse customer service EVER. I requested to speak to a manager, and they also denied that. Super ghetto. Neeeever coming back here!

    Not sure why they are making appointments available the waiting time is the same as if you walk in (they even called walk ins before my daughter who had an appointment) front desk staff wasnā€™t courteous at all so definitely think twice before coming here, been here for over an hour still have not seen a dr or nurse ā˜¹ļø

    I came for daughter who was very ill. They took back quickly and without hesitation asked all question and did the vitals. Very sweet and made my daughter feel very comfortable. Even the front desk was awesome. Carolyn was awesome. Ournurse practitioner was also great Alexandra. I hope they take car of my whole family in the future. Thank you for all you do.

    Had such a great experience here! Markia got me scheduled and checked in quickly. She made me feel super relaxed and made the process so much easier. Super professional and they got me straight to the back. They didnā€™t make me feel rushed and answered all my questions. The Nurse Practitioner Maria was so gentle with me and got to the root of the problem. So much better than an ER visit! Iā€™ll definitely be back.

    The triage nurse, Carolyn was very efficient, knowledgeable, and just nice overall. It's obvious she cares about her patients and takes pride in serving those who aren't feeling well. Front office staff were kind and professional. So thankful they accept payments since school district employee insurance doesn't cover Centra Care. Alexandra, Nurse Practitioner took time to listen to me and check out my concerns. Very professional staff!

    Do better at trspecting your patients' time. The idea of being seen by a provider over an hour after the scheduled appointment is not okay. If your team is late, the doctors and nurses should at least thank the patients for the time they spent waiting and acknowledge their the petients time is important as well. That is another option to saying sorry for being late. The providers need to be nicer. I am sure you are aware about statistics regarding nice doctors vs. those that or purely businesslike; nice doctors are sued less in the event of a medical miatake. I have nothing bad to say about the medical opinion of the provider. From a business perspective, you have what it takes to go from 3 stars to 5.

    I was looking for a walk in medical consultation, I was no felling wheel I call many places no doctors around on weekends, I call here since they answer the phone they where very helpfully Elizabeth on the main podium treat me wonderful and the nurse Carolyn was very professional and helpful.

    I had a workplace related injury and was sent to this AdvantHealth Central Care, and I'm so glad I was here! I was helped by the sweetest and friendliest staff, who helped me get back to work with a speedy recovery! Even after coming back several times to evaluate my workplace injury, the staff here were so helpful with answering the many questions that I had! They also take such good care to look over my healing progression too, definitely a caring place!

    My name is Karen. I came to Centra care due to pain running down my left leg. I was welcomed with a smile . The staff was very concerned on what I was going through. Not a long wait at all. If your primary doctor can't see you then centra care is the place to go. Thank you to the wonderful staff for taking care of me.

    I donā€™t think I would normally, do a review of a Centra care but it was asked and posted on the back of the exam door. If it was not for Danielle I wouldnā€™t be writing one. Let me just say; in the last 2 years or so, every time I go to Centra care, you pick a location. Even with an appointment the wait is at the least 2 hours. No maā€™am. On this day. My grand baby was sick and I did not want the frustration. Against my better judgment I made the only appointment at 4:20pm they close at 5:00 pm. I figured they would be moving people out that late in the day. I got ready early. Thinking I would be able to chi chat with my daughter while we got the baby ready. Ring ring ā€¦ itā€™s centra care. Danielle called to ask questions about the baby. She asked why I was bringing him so late. I advised of my 2 hour experience. She check and advised they were not packed but steady and I could bring him in earlier. We proceeded to get the baby ready, I left about 30 minutes after the call. I got there I was the only one in the lobby. I made it just in time 2 other children came in at least 5 minutes after I did. Shout out to Danielle and thank you. Dispute the power going out in the area and the wait on the exam test I was basically in and out. They took care of my baby. The doctor was knowledgeable and kind. I had to call my daughter a couple times for approval of medication and questions she had for the doctor. Atmosphere kind and courteous with smiles. Price not applicable Insurance paid. The only picture I took was of my baby.

    I have been coming here for my urgent care needs since I moved to Florida a few years back. Itā€™s the greatest place to come when you have a urgent need and getting into your primary for a visit is a hassle. I always have a amazing experience. My kids and teens have been getting sick more this year and again wanting to avoid the hassle of pediatric wait times for appointments, I take them here. It was my 17 year old first time two days ago and the front staff was hilarious. Mialynd assisted him in checking in as I stepped aside and expressed that heā€™s turning 18 soon and has to learn. She took absolute care of him and My son loved his experience and asked if he can go there instead of his doctors lol. As always it was clean, everyoneā€˜s friendly. Quick online appointment scheduling, you show up, you are in, you are seen, and you are on the way out. My son is already feeling better than he has the last 2 weeks!

    Natasha was great and very professional! Laura was the nurse practitioner who saw my son, she was very professional and caring. All the other staff was nice and also friendly. We had an appointment and didnā€™t wait much at all. Good job ladies.

    In and out quickly. Front desk made check in easy and she was very nice. They got us back quickly. Nurse was very kind and encouraging to my son. The Nurse practitioner was gentle and thorough. She explained everything so my son understood what was happening. Everything was clean, everyone was nice, highly recommend!

    First time at AH Ccntra Care in St. Cloud and would highly recommend this location to everyone. They are the best. They treat you with dignity and respect. Promptly took me in and addressed my problem. Special thanks to Natasha, your kindness would put anyone at ease. Laura Cordiba, APRN, you were fantastic.     Alexandra & Carolyn really helped me through my process. I was in a scary situation and had to get tested & they made my experience great! My anxiety went down as soon as they started helping me. The wait was fairly quickly but I went around 12pm so keep that in mind. I'm thankful for such a great team that helped me !

    Great experience! The front desk attendant Elizabeth R. was very kind and attentive. She went out of her way to call me after my visit to make sure I had the document I needed for work. She deserves a raise šŸ˜‰. Everybody else was great as well. Overall, pleasant experience, would definitely return.

    We made an appointment for our daughter last night as our normal pediatrician wasn't available today. I was nervous to bring her in, but from the front desk, the check in nurse, the doctor, and the last nurse we saw everyone was amazing. They all made my daughter feel comfortable and talked to her instead of around her. Our doctor was quick with her diagnosis and was able to send a prescription to our pharmacy of choice and get us a referral for an ENT. Our appointment was at 8:20, and we were walking out of the office a little after 9. Thank you for being so amazing!

    SLOW!!! It took 1.5 hours to get called in. I was asked to wait in an exam room for a provider. I've been waiting more than 30 min for the provider. Total of two hours. It took 2 hours and 20 min. I was initially upset about the wait time, however, the provider appeared to be very knowledgeable and was super friendly.

    I went for X-rays and had a smooth and easy experience. Alberto was great! He was friendly and worked to get my appointment processed quickly. He even helped me get back to my car because I needed crutches.

    Alexandra the a nurse Practitioner is AMAZING. She is so knowledgeable so patient answering all my questions and taking the time to explain everything thatā€™s going on. Staff were all very kind and I was in and out very quickly. Best care I have ever had in an urgent care. Highly recommend.

    This care center is absolutely amazing. The intake people at the desk are very helpful and courteous. The doctor explained everything I needed to know, do did the ex-ray specialist. All in all, they donā€™t realize how their kindness and gentleness turned my thoughts of being allergic to doctors and nurses to feeling really comfortable with at clinic. Thank you so much.     Really bad service at the front desk today. The receptionist saw that the line of patients to check in was getting long and she kept talking to another person about how her husband wants to take her to vacation to Colombia and not Maracaibo. And then after 15 minutes, she said that it is a two hours waiting time if you don't have an appointment. She was not professional at all. I went to another place.

    Had an appointment today at advent health in Saint Cloud . My nurse Carolyn was very attentive though out my appointment. My doctor Jaime made me very comfortable and helped me with the pain in my arm.
