The service was very slow and the waitress was terrible. She gave attitude when we asked for plates and utensils for our cold appetizer. At a table of of 4 with one child and 2 adults. The child food was brought last. Parents and skilled servers know this is a big NO NO! One meal was brought 20 minutes before the others. Meaning our party watched one person eat, then the one person watched the rest of us eat. They also charged for an adult meat for a little child. Lastly they put on the gratuity automatically for a party of 4.

Love Taco Tuesday! It's a great place to gather with your friends. Great variety of Sharkey's specialties on the menu, daily specials, full-service bar, pool tables and TVs everywhere!

Food was good, but the Customer Service was terrible and unacceptable! Especially on a special days as Mother’s day i could not believe how the waitress/ Manager treated me and my son’s Girlfriend & mother on Mother’s day. They had one waitress serving and handling the register which was also the Manager. She was so busy doing everything and it is understandably but the waiter spoke to us with a annoyed, rude attitude and like we was troubling her when asked for something as simple as “Where to go for the refill or asking for the bill because we was ready to go”. The waitress didn’t even have to clean up after us because we cleaned up our own mess but she took her stress out on my family and turned what supposed to be a beautiful day into a disgusting experience. i don’t recommend this place as a family gathering or any type of hang out. Very disappointed! You guys need more help and a this Manger needs to go or have another role because her attitude was Nasty and Cranky!

I was there with my boyfriend on 8/25, the waitress was extremely rude, we decided not to order anything and leave.

Horrible horrible horrible… they are super super super slow. You sit there for half an hour no body comes to your table. I had to go to the bar to order. I had to go to pick up my food. Then, they ask me to carry the food to my table in a server hostess restaurant. When I ask how long will it take, the bartender gives attitude. You are better off staying home or grabbing a bite from gas station, then going there.

I’m not sure if the place was understaff but it appeared to be only one server for the entire place. We almost left because it took forever to receive service. I ordered the shrimp plate with curly fries. My food was fresh and tasty. I would definitely recommend the place hopefully next time it will be fully staffed.

I use to come here all the time, sometimes they do a decent job now. I usually get the tacos or the taco salad these days. You won’t find anything fancy here, so it that’s what you’re looking for this isn’t the location for you. Pool tables, drinks and decent prices. Service does need to improve though.

1/3/24 the service is so bad tried to eat here twice both times could not get the bartender or waitress to get off there phone long enough to take my drink order

Nothing special but they have pool tables. Bartenders can be ok or terribly rude for no good reason. Pretty sure the bartender didn't want us there before saying a word.

Great service and really good food. Relaxing atomsphere with 90's music playing and TVs with sport channels. We enjoyed our lunch while visiting St. Croix, VI

Nice location for a drink and a meal, cold air-conditioning and nice and dark inside. Pool tables and TV's at every corner, this place definitely picks up after 5pm. Good basic food, that arrives hot and decent portions, like most restaurants here it's best to watch for the daily specials. We like the Wednesday pasta night, we default to the spagetti and meatballs with garlic bread, plus we added Ceasar salads. Definitely get alot of pasta and meatballs for the price. The only downside is we usually remember pasta the day after 😢

We’ve been here many times and enjoy ourselves every time we go. Things run a little slow but that’s island time. The staff is always kind and patient and the food is simple, basic goodness.

Best place on the island 🏝️ for NFL games. They have the NFL Sunday ticket and will try to accommodate the big screen in front of you for your game. I think I counted 13 big screens. Service is on “island time” and very slow paced and relaxed. 😎 Settle in and enjoy…..you will be there for a few hours anyways. I had the calamari appetizer and the mahi bites which were fresh and excellent. Pro tip: if you are super thirsty, go to the bar to order while waiting on your server to get to your table. 😃

Sharkey’s is my go to when I don’t want to cook. Love the family meals. Portions are generous and food is consistently great. Chicken wings are always a favorite.

Decent sports bar. Slow service. Good drinks. Best part about it is that it's open late. Hard to find that on the island

Went here 2 nights in a row and dropped over $150 each time. Service and food were great with the male server. Went again a 3rd night and it wasn’t any busier but the female server was useless. Sat at the table for 30 minutes and she never even walked over. Finally left, we had wasted enough time here.

I would like to rate it more stars as I love supporting local businesses. However, we placed an online order that said 30 min to complete. I went to the restaurant and proceeded to wait 90 minutes for our order. I tried to be nice and order a beer and even tip extra but to no avail. At one point one of the customers said something in the local langauge to the bartender/manager which wasn’t too nice but to be fair he said he was waiting an hour for chicken fingers. There was also someone else who was eating in the restaurant and was waiting more than a hour for chicken fingers and French fries. Once we got our order they forgot one of the entrees. When I called the restaurant they said oh it’s in the window you can come and get it. Unfortunately I was 10 min away at that point and the terrible mahi I ordered told me it wasn’t worth the trip back for the extra food. Chefs are terrible and lack any sense of urgency. Avoid at all costs, we definitely will not be going back. Especially after no legitimate apology from staff for the wait.

Waitress had a very nasty attitude claims she is the boss and she runs the place will not spend my money here again when I’m in. St.croix !!

Watched the NFL playoffs here. Food was great, loads of TVs, drinks full and service also good. Much nicer than I expected from the a sports bar in a strip mall. I'll be back ☺️

I wish I could give zero. They don’t care about the crowd. 1 server serves the whole place. They mix orders and when you complain, they embarrass you as if you are the problem not their service. Don’t go there specially if you are from the states. They hate non-black people.

Football season hang out spot! Lots of space in this place and the food is pretty good. We like the ability to watch sports here with other fans. Actually a great spot to meet people too! Staff is super nice as well and they have good prices on brews.

Taco Tuesday was great. This will be our place to watch some football too.

Worst service I’ve ever gotten at a restaurant. The server absolutely trash. I always tip 20% this time. She got ZERO. The server was so bad I just couldn’t tip her.

My salad was not cleaned🤢. Full of dirt and the hidden tomatoes at the bottom were a surprise after telling the server I had an allergy. Burnt chicken. Hour and a half wait watching everyone who came in after you get their food first. Maybe they thought we weren't locals. 🤷

Came to Sharkey's for a late night bite to eat while on my birthday vacation. Our server was Izzahsha. Ordered salmon burger with fries and calamari as an appetizer. Food taste fresh, served hot, and with great customer service. Nice size portions.
