Best specialty coffee on island!! The Extreme Toffee Coffee is the best. Always a perfect choice for breakfast in the mornings. Specialty wraps, specialty sandwiches and bagels, great fruit smoothies, soups and lunch specials and finally amazing pastries like the Guava Cheese Quesito. Service always warm and friendly. Love this place!

The barista was very polite and friendly and the decor was quiet and relaxing. Their food is fantastic. This has become a regular place for me to have lunch.

Absolutely one of the best places for breakfast and lunch sandwiches and salads. Pastries are fresh and delicious and the coffees are excellent! Oh and the homemade potato chips Rock!! 5 stars!

Food is good. They should fix their takeout system. Apparently, you can't pay over the phone. If you call ahead you still wait in the very slow line.

Great location with patio dining. The build your own breakfast sandwich and the guava turnover were perfection and made for a great breakfast to split for two.

I placed my order ahead of time so that it would be ready. I was told 15min arrived after 20min and still had to wait for an extra 10min before getting my food. My chips were burnt couldn't eat the bag my wrap was ok but I'm oretty sure I remember the chicken ceaser wrap having croutons.

Their sandwiches are really nice. Convenient location for me. Staff is always friendly. My favorites are the Chicken Pesto Press & Miss Anna’s.

They were very busy and service was a tad on the slow side, but the coffee and food was delicious!

We contacted Trey about catering our wedding On Valentine's Day. From first contact, I knew he was the right choice. He designed the menu with a variety of options fit for our group of 19. On the day of, he arrived and set up an amazing buffet. We didn't have to lift a finger. From start to finish, everything was amazing. My kids have declared it the best meal they have ever eaten! My 16 year old even requested a picture with Trey to commemorate the moment! Thank you Trey and crew for making our day so special! The Weiler Family

Had a great breakfast experience at the Bistro. The young lady that took my order was cordial and considerate of my request. I spent the morning reading the news paper, and enjoyed a wonderful breakfast wrap that tasted really good. The coffee was also great. They have a variety of natural juices that were very tasty. I had the sorrell juice. Looking fwd to another breakfast there.

Wow!! Am not sure what happened here, but we decided stop by the Bistro to have some coffee! Bad choice for coffee! I order a latte and is had too much milk, and I asked the young lady by the coffee area if she had extra coffee to add, since the coffee is watered and tasted too much milk- she took the cup with a face! Putout our regular coffee, cold and made it taste like worst than what it was- literally I walk the store and look for a garbage can! Decided to go Seaside! However, the scone, tuna sandwich and fries where very good!!! PS: change your coffee staff and clean your outdoor tables. Thanks

Trey catered our wedding and it was phenomenal. Sorry no pictures since it was a busy day but here is a review for those who search by keywords. The full experience catering was definitely worth it and I'm glad my wife convinced me not to try to do it myself lol. Trey setup the whole experience and broke it down while saving us the leftovers and we really appreciate it. Onto the food. Appetizers were pork mini tacos that just hit the spot they were so juicy and the sauce on top was just right with the lettuce mix the only thing I would have liked on top was some of the pico but yes I know it would have overdone it The highlight of the meal was the ceviche 3 ways with mahi mahi. Everyone agrees that it was the best ceviche we have ever had and it was good enough we got our anti fish friend to try and agree 👍 The habanero passion fruit ceviche was the best it was just a little fruit taste followed by a little heat that if you kept eating a lot would grow into a explosion of wonderful flavor. We also received the sesame ceviche which was delicious and really unique never had any before that and we all enjoyed it. The traditional was perfectly made it We were pleasently surprised being told when the fish was harvested and where it was a unique aspect that we were not expecting and we are happy :) The last entree we had was a chicken taco station and it was exactly what we were imagining guests loved the flour and corn options both made beautifully. The chicken was very moist and perfectly seasoned with a blend of spices that did not overpower the chicken. The rice and beans were cooked great and trey did a fantastic job and will be recommended to anyone we meet Thank you again we really appreciated your time and effort

Update 2/3/23: chicken salad is so good! Homemade chips delicious and crunchy! Update 10/9/22: Just had a catered event by The Bistro. Did a phenomenal job. All the food selections were delicious. From crab cakes and shrimp shewers to the French toast sticks and mini quiche, it was enjoyed by all. Thank you again! Delicious Coconut Mocha Frappe. So yummy!

Nice new upgrade but shouldn’t own a espresso machine. Watched the girl pull espresso shots and put them in small pitchers so she can make quick lattes. Needless to say worse latte in the Virgin islands. Barista training needed.
