Says they close at 11. Placed an order and paid for it. Went to pick up at 10:30 and they were closed. There were 3 employees there with all the lights off just hanging out and eating and said that they closed since 8. Why would they be inside Wendy’s for almost 3 hours in the dark. Are they getting paid to sit in the dark and pretend they are working? I don’t know, but I don’t know if I’ll ever get that money back now. Definitely going to file a chargeback if I don’t.

So impressed with this place. The girl manning the drive through was so capable and professional, and the food was good - the frosties were nice and cold so they were still a great consistency by the time we got home.

Of all of the Wendy's I have visited, this is one of the best run. I ordered my usual. A chicken sandwich, fries, sugar free lemonade. I also got a couple of frostys for some others. I am really picky about my chicken sandwich. The breading was crispy. They got the burger build right. My fries were hot and not soggy. They got the order right and it was fast. Not a Michelin star restaurant, but it is a great lunch place. They have new salads on the menu I am looking forward to trying.

Me and my wife just bought some food. We had a JBC only Mayo and Ketchup and baconactor fries. The bacon on both of them were severely undercooked bacon might as well just put uncooked bacon on. We were very disappointed with the fact that we had to pick bacon out of our food when we ordered food that was supposed to have bacon. On top the employees were just goofing around.

Just went through the drive through and managed to drive away without realizing they only gave me 1 of 2 drinks I ordered. Realized as I pulled in my driveway. I turned around and went back for the drink and they were friendly and understanding. Then I just got home and found out the chili cheese fries I ordered have no chili. It's the first word of the dish. How do you miss that?? I'm just confused and not willing to go for a 3rd time in half an hour.

When your hours say you're open—be open. If you don't want to be open, that's totally okay, just update your hours. This way people don't drive across town for dinner and show up to a closed building.

Wendy's on sunset in st George UT. So much for paying for a large chili. Perhaps the staff can be trained by the staff at Wendy's in Washington Ut. They are awesome, clean and friendly. Now I try eating the potatoes. Crisp instead of soft so severely under baked. As a Retired Public Health Worker I am appalled. Into the trash it goes.

Not sure what has changed in the last few months but this location has become phenomenal. Such wonderful kind staff. I really didn’t use to like Wendy’s but this location is amazing.

The man who took our order was so, so friendly and nice. His name starts with an M. I think.. super nice and great service..

I did 2 online orders, and when I went to the window to pick them up, they didn't give me the second one. When i asked about it, they told me I would have to pay for the item. I told them I already had, and then they checked and found it within seconds. It seemed like they were all more interested in screwing around than actually doing their job. There were at least 5 people in the drive up window room just goofing off, with one or 2 possibly trying to clean something, but it was long before closing. There was no priority put on the actual order, and things were wrong or looked as if they'd just been thrown together. My experiences at this particular Wendy's have never been truly stellar, but this one by far was the most disappointing.

Service has been slower than it used to be. It is rare to leave without at least 1 or 2 errors in the order.

For a very cool place to eat, you have to venture to Sunset Blvd location. The lobby temperature was so very nice! And the service was great, watch out for the drive-thru as you would have to double check your food order. Other than that the location is very well staffed with a good atmosphere plus good music playing.

Went to pick up an uber eats order, lobby was closed at 9 pm when the sign on the door says 10 and had to wait 30 minutes for my order. You are quite literally playing with my money. Very disappointing.

We eat here pretty much weekly and have never been disappointed. Love the fries!

The food is always fresh, and the drive thru is super fast.

LG Frosty was full of big air pockets. Ordered 2 taco salads, did not get the salsa that goes with it and the chili was thin and soupy rather than thick and hearty like you want it to be. And I ordered a 10 pc nugget and didn't even receive them. Never had this bad of experience there before. Very disappointed.

The $5 biggie bag is a great deal. Food is always delicious here. Workers always friendly, I haven't had a bad experience.

They always have good food. It had a welcoming atmosphere, and very friendly employees. It was a great place to catch up with family.

Might as well go to a sit down restaurant. This is anything but fast. Should have learned our lesson before. Incredibly slow, walked in and employees just looked at us after waiting for 10 minutes being the only ones in line.

Always have had a decent experience but tonight was exceptional. When they passed out my food through the drive-thru window one of the bags fell. They remade everything in the bag quickly and were so kind and professional about the entire process. The way the girl passing out the food handled the situation was awesome and efficient.

This is a nice Wendy's location. The employees are always friendly and try to remember your name. The food is average and consistent, and it is usually clean in this location. I do hate their new seating layout. They tried making it more like a coffee shop but it just doesn't work and makes for some awkward seating when they are busy. It is in a really good location and is fairly easy to get in and out of, especially if you go around the back. Sometimes the drive-through backs up and makes it really hard to get out of the parking spots though.

I would suggest going somewhere else for lunch they charge you more then what you should pay for didn’t give me all of my stuff I have ordered and DID NOT give me a refund. I went up to the counter to ask for a cup carrier and I stood there for about 3 minutes waiting for someone to help me even when they all saw me standing and kept waking by disappointed in there service need better management!!

I’ve been coming here for years and it’s always a personalized experience that is over the top! Milton who I believe is the manager ALWAYS comes up to me and says hello and is just a HAPPY and FRIENDLY EXPERIENCE! Milton has a HUGE impact on how the customers are treated and NOBODY in St. George does it like him! I’ll continue to come here whenever it’s eating time!

I love Wendy's salads. I had the grilled chicken with apples and pecans. Lots of chicken and apple chunks. There's been a couple of times the staff forgot to put in the salad dressing so check your bag before you pull away!

I’m very disappointed with the service I got today. I went and ordered 2 meals and a frosty. I got both drinks, both orders of nuggets, the frosty, and one order of fries. The girl at the window asked me to pull up, so I did. I waited more than 10 minutes and watched several cars drive by, I was waiting for one order of medium fries.

The service at this Wendy’s is always top of the line. Even in the drive through they make me feel like a valued customer.

Gross hard and burnt chicken sandwich. Forgot cheese and gave me a slice in a different box. I couldn’t even swallowed this nasty sandwich. When I asked for cheese the person on the other end kept saying pees. Yes I will take some peas on my nasty burnt chicken sandwich. Never going back. Uck
