Understaffed, never stocked up on bagels, and needs help. They got my order wrong and I usually let it go but it was so wrong I couldn’t. Then what I got was so skimped on what should of been on the sandwich. Not worth the money. Iced coffee was warm so I had to ask for extra cup of ice to fix it. Staff activity were complaining to customers that there were only 5 employees for the whole store 7 days a week and 1/2 the times they close early because of staffing or supply issues. Store was visibly dirty on the walls. They used expo markers to make hiring signs that are pretty despite in wording. Someone either close the store and put the staff out of their misery or invest in it to make it better. No one deserves this. Someone either invest in this store to fix it or close it. No one deserves

It might be hard to tell, but most of our bagels were burnt. They also run out several hours before closing, the picture in my review is about 1.5 be hours before closing at 3pm. They exchanged our bagels, but there were no good flavors left. I could barely understand the kid working the cash register, he was mumbling so bad. Suddenly the guy behind us was paying, the cashier high fives his friend, oh man how are you! Like night and day. Need to work on customer service.

Always out of bagels, they prioritize online orders over the customers in front of them, slow service, fountain drink station only has coke, Diet Coke and sprite. The rest are broken. This place has really gone downhill over the last 5 years.

I like einsteins as a rule, but this is the 3rd or 4th time in a row this location has messed up my order. 30 minutes waiting, just to get the wrong thing. I'm hungry, I'm not going to wait through the line and then wait for them to make it again. I'm just not going to go any more, which is a shame because I like their bagels. Check your order at the counter when they hand it to you is all I can really say. Which is rude but.. not much else for it. 1 time, and only 1 time have I received what I ordered.

We had breakfast at Einstein’s in Saint George this morning. Our sandwiches were delicious. The service was fast and efficient. We enjoyed our experience.

One of the worst experiences I’ve had at any food place by far, I went to Einstein’s this morning around 11 the store and online says they close at 2. When I walked up to the doors they were locked, I looked around inside and saw multiple employees standing around, I knocked several times trying to get someone’s attention but when I finally did, all the employees did was laugh and point. I’m disgusted with their behavior and will be sharing this experience with many, since by the looks of this review page I’m not the only one who has this experience. If management/owner is okay with the way they acted there’s a lot bigger problems. They honestly need to fire every single one of their employees, they are childish, ignorant, and self absorbed. I am very displeased with the experience and rude staff. I will be contacting your HR because obviously the owner is not making any changes.

I’m not a fan of bagging on places I like, but I can’t help but leave a 1 star because of the decline in service over the last 2 months. The older dark haired woman is always so miserable and arguing with staff, complaining, barking orders, telling them to “stop being slobs”, all in front of customers. The wait time used to be 5 mins or so with a long line, now you can expect 10+ mins to get your order taken, and when it’s her, it’s always attitude. The food is great, the service sucks.

Should’ve just went in and ordered would’ve been way faster. we put in an online order, I went to pick it up and bagels were out that we ordered. I decided for refund and the worker just keep making drinks. I finally got my refund but after the whole line was pretty much cleared. Don’t skip breakfast, skip this place.

We are visiting the city for Zion park, and wanted to try the Einstein Bros. bagels as we used to get our breakfast from it on the weekends. This place is really nice, excellent customer service and wonderful bagels. I highly recommend this place for a good breakfast

I was excited to have a bagel this morning from the famous Einstein Bagels. At the counter I ordered a Sesame bagel with cream cheese & Lox. She asked me if I wanted it Toasted in which I replied yes. I was in a bit of a hurry so I did not check my order when I left. When I got to my destination I was disappointed to find a plain bagel untoasted. For paying almost $9, I was not pleased. They need to double check their order entries. I will have to think twice before going back. Sorry I was so looking forward in giving a better review & enjoying my Toasted Sesame bagel.

This place is 10x better then Starbucks. Better coffee, better service and omg the food… Best bagel I’ve had in w very long time. (There’s a a bagel house in Hudson MA, with a jalapeño bagel to die for) but other than that, nothing I’ve had beat this. Congratulations on whoever runs this ship, as it’s a very well oiled machine. 👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼 Respect!!!

Even though we like their bagels, always double check your order. We ordered half a dozen but only got 5. Unfortunately, we only realized when we were already on the highway again. In addition, they were out of most bagels and the staff could have been more welcoming.

Nothing like being treated like a moron first thing in the morning. Young lady with a chip on her shoulder just can't believe you have the audacity to be here, right now. Some advice, the music is loud, and you talk about as clearly as a mouse: We are customers, we pay your paycheck, drop the attitude

As a native New Yorker it's better than the almost rans. Wish we had authentic small business competition. Maybe. Eventually. Clean facility. Good natured staff. Quick moving process.

Staff is always incredibly rude. Third visit in row they were out of the most basic bagels. Unfortunate because I used to love taking my daughter here. Will not be returning.

I ordered online and 2 of the 6 items were to correct. The staff member informed me after I said my order was wrong that when they are out of an item they simply substitute.😵‍💫 My latte was wrong not out. My bagel sandwich could have been out but was substituted for the most delicious turkey avocado on an asiago bagel I've ever had so happy mishap there. Now I know about the substitute thing and knowing is half the battle. Great latte also, thank you for fixing the error so nicely.

Very poor slow service. We ordered and waited so long. When we heard name called went up only to find our food not there! The worker just left it on counter and someone took it. She then implied it was our fault. I was mad at this point and said she shouldn't have just left it there. I demanded a refund which she gave me. Never going there again!

Sadly this will probably the last time that I order from Einstein Bros Bagel over all. My go to order since 2012 has always been the Lox sandwich (usually get it on either an everything or sesame bagel). I have noticed that over the years the filling has gotten less & less. Well today I order it, and I have to say it was a really pitiful sandwich, wish I had taken pictures (had a pet emergency & was starving after I took care of my pup). Here is what the sandwich consisted of: 1 very thin slice of loc, 4 thin slices of tomatoes, 4 slices of thin onions & a few capers. Needless to say, for the price of the sandwich, it's totally not worth it. The sesame bagel itself was good, hence the 2*.

Young girl working the cash drawer had a real attitude. She needs to figure out other employment. She had gloves on while trying to count back cash... She was having a hard time counting back the cash due to the gloves... Her response was-"i cannot be washing my hands all day" she is in the food service business she needs to figure out the hand washing thing. Watched this same employees be rude to several other costumers too.

This store is one of my favorites for breakfast with their signature egg and cheese sandwiches. Love the fact you can pick your bagel from a large selection such as the Power Protein, Green Chile or Six Cheese Bagel. They have a good selection of coffee, cappuccino or cold drinks. The shop including the bathrooms are clean and there is seating inside or out. Plenty of parking.

I get Einstein Bagels all the time at other locations, but this St. George store is the worst. I placed an order in the app and arrived to a very busy store. There were several people waiting for orders. Our order was not there so I figured I'd wait since they were calling out orders and people were getting them. After 30 minutes (all of the people there waiting were gone) I finally asked about my order and the person said he'd check. He never came back. I stopped him again and asked and he said I don't know what's going on, she was supposed to come talk to you. I asked another worker about my order and she said "We made that order a while ago". I told her it wasn't here and nobody called it out. She shrugged her shoulders and walked off. Normally I'm pretty chill with workers because I know they aren't paid well and most issues are not caused by them but I was tired of not getting an answer. I walked over to where all of them were working and asked if they were re-making my order. One of them turned to me and said they couldn't re-make my order, that I would have to cancel my order, then get in the back of the line behind everyone (which was very long) and place a new order. I told her I'd just dispute the charge and I left.

We order bagels to go from here quite a bit and there is always something incorrect but we live so far that we don’t bother coming back. Today I ordered a Swiss and egg bagel, got home and it was piled with ham. I am a vegetarian. Called the store and they didn’t answer. $6 down the drain.

I got a bagel and a coffee, about 13 bucks, and they charged me 1.69 for a tiny cup of cream cheese. What in the world is happening? The bagel doesn't even have a lot of flavor. I'm so disappointed.

Driving through St. George on our way to Vegas from Colorado. (Yes, driving.) The only highlight was the worker, Emily, who made sure we were taken care of. Absolutely sweet. Everyone else was questionable. 10/10 for Emily. The rest? I can only imagine how horrible management is.

It's Enstein so I expected a little bit of a wait, it's covid so I expected a little bit short on supplies, but we order and they are literally out of everything we wanted. Then the bagel I ordered didn't have everything I ordered. The tables were not wiped off and the inside a little dirty. Not a total turn off of the place. I'll be back to try again but just hope next time things are better.

I've been an Einstein regular across the US for years & was happy to see you open in St George. Came in from Mesquite on Monday @ 1:30. Chairs were all up on tables. Manager (?) Was sitting chatting, 3 girls behind counter- 1 cleaning, 2 playing with phones. Took so long to even acknowledge us that lady behind us left. Counter girl somewhat rude & seemed put out to wait on us. My mocha cap had no mocha, friends bagel burned tho not toasted. Creamer had been put away & gee, girl had to put her phone down to get it out for us. Found a table edge to place my food/coffee so I could remove chairs from table. Manager too busy?Employee asked us to leave - said they closed 15 minutes ago. I apologized, thought they closed at 4. She huffed, said at least 3 mths it had been 2. Said we could sit outside. While outside, 3 sets of customers came. None knew about the hours either. One said the website didn't say 2?? Einstein used to be a go to for me. No more. I paid $30 to be treated lousy & the 1/2 dz I brought home - not so good either

i have had horrible experiences here. the staff has been so rude to me for no reason every time i come in. there was a misunderstanding and i was accused of stealing a while back and ever since then i feel attacked every time i order. i ate a bagel i was allergic to because they gave me the wrong bagels. this has happened before. i understand if you’re out of the kind i requested, but when i use doordash you have the option to call me and tell me that. or at least do plain bagels to be safe. i will never order from here again. 0/10 experience
