The rooms were clean, they welcomed our pup, and are very family friendly! My kids loved both pools! Breakfast was great for a hotel breakfast. We will definitely be staying here again on our next stop!

Loved our stay here. My Fiancé and I really loved the fact they had a heated indoor pool. We stayed in the suite with the hot tub and it was relaxing to have that in the room. Staff was friendly and check in was fast and easy. Breakfast was great for the most part, not so much a fan of microwaveable breakfast sandwiches. I’m not saying that’s all they served, don’t get me wrong. It was only one breakfast morning of our stay. Every day other than that one day was bacon, eggs, waffles you can make yourself. Would love to stay here again, and would recommend it! Indoor heated

I honestly was not expecting this hotel to be so nice since I've stayed at a Best Western before and had a horrible experience. The staff was super friendly, the rooms were nice and clean and there was an inside and outside pool and 2 Jacuzzis. The location also was very convenient.

My daughter and I loved staying here. The rooms are a little bigger and having an indoor pool and an outdoor pool was a major plus since it was raining half the time we were there. The beds were very comfortable and the breakfast every morning was great! It's an older hotel and you can definitely tell from the old scratched up bathtub and the grout that was coming out of the tile, but we didn't mind too much. We will definitely stay here again.

Amazing staff! from front desk to the talented breakfast staff to housekeeping. You can tell they take pride in doing a good job. Pools were clean and pretty big. Rooms were spacious with a few nicks here and there but clean. Walking distant to “downtown” where we found really great food and drinks.

Excellent stay. For the price, this hotel is a great value. Yes, it is semi-dated, but in all other regards, they execute well. We found our room (and the entire hotel) to be clean, they have good pools, the breakfast was vast and generous and it is in a great location. You can tell the owners/managers work hard on creating a good experience for guests. My only suggestion is they find a better location to serve breakfast.

I was there for the Huntsman Senior Games. Very clean hotel. (Not just the rooms, halls, etc.) Two pools. (Inside and out. Also extremely clean) Reasonably priced. But the best….was the breakfasts. Not just your regular fare. Quite the variety. And if your lucky enough to be there when ‘Heather’ is cooking the special eggs she makes (different kinds while I was there) you’re in for a treat. “Give that girl a raise!!” Incredible !! Also it’s in a great spot in the city. I recommend this motel highly. Rich Owens. WilkesBarre, Pa.

I was blown away by this hotel. We got it at a much lower price than we usually pay, so I was expecting it to be just ok. From my first encounter at the front desk to the attendant at the breakfast buffet, I was treated with more respect and friendliness than any other hotel I've stayed at. The rooms were nice, the beds were comfortable and the breakfast was over the top! Oh, and the outdoor pool and hot tub were very nice! I'll go out of my way to stay here again the future when I travel through St George.

The Coral Hills Best Western is a great hotel to stay in! It is right on St George Blvd and is priced right. They have pride in customer service and our rooms have been updated and are super clean. Haley is always extra helpful and takes care of your needs. Their have pet friendly rooms and complimentary breakfasts. We plan to stay here whenever we pass through St. George!

This place is great in every way. We just left and already want to go back! The service and staff, the pools and location is all incredible, Such a nice stop it's almost like a vacation getaway in itself. Upon arrival we had a slight inconvenience with the location of our room, and immediately we were offered help and new accommodations that were even better than we expected, especially with the kids! We were helped from a very kind gentleman, who we came to find out was named Shane and I belive he is actually the CEO, he does his job VERY well. The gal at reception was sweet, and the girl in the breakfast room named Heather, was exceptional, attentive and very kind as well! Such a pleasant morning experience with the best complimentary breakfast bar i have ever seen at a hotel. They had little toys/treats for kids, and She even let us take a bag of fruit and things for the trip. Overall a wonderful experience. We will make this our regular stop as we travel this route often. Thank you for your kindness and professionalism!

The pools here, 1 outdoor with waterfall and hot tub and 1 indoor with hot tub are just the best around! Kids won't get out of the outdoor pool for sure! Walking distance to good restaurants. The views are awesome, good real breakfast, awesome staff at check-in and checkout! A must stay at! You won't be disappointed! My grandson 2 1/2 years old just loves the place! 👍🙂

Wonderful staff, very kind and friendly. The breakfast was the best, hands down. They had a special Mother's Day breakfast complete with beautiful tarts and flowers for moms. 🥰 The pools were a huge hit with the kids. The location is amazing as well. Great experience overall, thank you for taking great care of our family! 😊

This hotel was terrible. At check in the front desk told us our room was top floor had entrance at the end stairs right by our room which you could exit , however could not enter, so after lugging our bags up cement stairs we had to go back down because could not enter. Our room was small and had a sour smell, actually had to go buy febreeze at store. Requested light housekeeping for the weekend, just towels and vacuuming, which we did not receive. The room was on the very end and we could hear traffic all night . The carpet looked dirty and the upholstery on the bed frames were stained. It was yuck. We immediately looked for another hotel to stay at and could not find anything because it was a big weekend there for girls drill teams and dance competitions. The pool was nice. We had plenty of towels available to us from the pool area which is what we took up to our room since housekeeping didn’t do their job. The girl at the front desk actually dropped the “f”bomb on my husband when he complained about putting his credit card down to prepay for the room .The bathroom was clean but the lights were so dim there was no way you could put your makeup on. The lights themselves were orange. Very dissatisfied. Never go back. This Hotel/Motel advertising 90% remodeled?! I walked by other rooms and didn’t see any.

I am surprised this has such high reviews. The room had an AC that was almost broken as it did not cool down our room. I am guessing our room temperature was somewhere between 78-85. The AC made a noise every few second that did not allow us to sleep the whole night. We ended up turning it off around 5 am to be able to sleep for a bit. For breakfast, the hot water was just lower temperature than warm, and same for the coffee. I then asked for hot water and hot coffee in which case the lady told me:”here is a microwave!”. Alright so I should use microwave for coffee and water? The sausage quality was absurd. I am never gonna choose BW again!

The place would be great if they actually cleaned the room. We had one lady who did a fantastic job 1 day. Unfortunately, she was not there the rest of our stay, and the room was never cleaned again worth a hoot. The ladies that did the breakfast were excellent, and so was the food. You don't want to miss the breakfast! The pool was also cool 😎. I believe the manager cares about running a nice establishment. It's unfortunate that not all the employees were up to par.

Great price, front desk clerk very helpful. We have a big truck and she helped me figure out an alternative way into the parking lot. The room is spacious, clean, has a small fridge and microwave and the beds are very comfortable. Two pools, indoor and outdoor, each has a hot tub! We would definitely stay here again!

We stayed the Weekend of August 19th for my Husband's Birthday in the Honeymoon Suite. I told the front desk when I booked the reservation the it was my husband's Birthday and asked if they could do something special. They said that they would put two wine glasses and apple drink in the room before we got there. Not only did they do that but added a Birthday Cupcake, Birthday Balloon and a Happy Birthday Note. It made my husband's Birthday so special! Also, the room was clean, the bed was comfortable and the view of St. George was beautiful. Breakfast was great with eggs with chili and Heather does a great job and was very friendly, she gave my husband a little hostess birthday cake. We also loved the outdoor and indoor pool. Everything was perfect. The Front desk was friendly and polite. It was an absolutely perfect weekend we will always remember and we will be back. Thank you to the staff for going the extra mile!

I’m giving them five stars for their category- because they have such amazing, friendly people at the front desk and clean rooms. Stayed here prior to heading out on a wild land trek adventure and this hotel was better than expected. Nice outdoor pool and hot tub I did use on arrival. There is an indoor one as well but never went to see it. Water was clean and area nicely maintained. Left our car here while we were on our adventure and they were very helpful with that. Would definitely stay again. There is noise from a restaurant next door and the road, but it is what it is. It’s not their fault. Nice family owned place that deserves the business.

This is an old motel that has been wonderfully updated and cared for. It's in a great location---walking distance to lovely restaurants and shops in downtown St. George. The room was clean and comfortable. The breakfast was the best of our three week road trip---including homemade cinnamon rolls! And as a tea drinker, I greatly appreciated that there was a nice variety of tea beyond Lipton! Thank you.

We loved our stay here. We would love to stay here again. It was price well. Might be an older hotel that is very well maintained. Generous with supplies and food, Not cutting corners. The breakfast stands out above the rest. Heather is a true chef. The food selections were very various and Outstanding. The room was very clean. Good water pressure. There are a few little buildings that are not attached, So you will probably walk to breakfast outside. There is no elevator, not needed for us. So make sure you stay on the first floor if you cannot do steps. I think the water is hard and they use a water softener.

The rooms were clean and comfortable. I received fresh towels daily. The staff here was so friendly, always going above and beyond! The breakfasts were prepared by a chef. So good... things like quiche eggs, pesto eggs, green chili eggs, and always bacon or sausage. There was different kinds of mousse for waffles or just eating my favorite was the lemon ginger. The hot tubs here are salt water and so good on a sore, achy, body. They have cornhole, and a BBQ that I and my coworkers really enjoyed. I look forward to staying here again in the future.

Very pleased with the cleanliness of the room and facility. For an older hotel I didn’t have high hopes but this place is super clean and well maintained. The breakfast ladies Heather and Amy and the others do a fantastic job. The pool was exceptionally clean and has a waterfall with a 3-6’ pool, a 1’ foot for littles and hot tub.

Wish I could give Best Western Coral Hills 4.5 stars! It wasn't perfect but it was overall a great hotel for a quick stay in St. George and we'd stay here again. The staff at reception was very friendly and we especially appreciated the little treasure chest of toys they let our toddler choose from. The rooms seem a bit outdated but are clean and comfortable - which is most important to me! There was plenty of parking. We didn't use the outdoor pool but the indoor pool was a hit with our 3 year old. Breakfast was good, albeit a bit crowded at times. We loved the location and availability of nearby restaurants.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this pet-friendly property even though the building we stayed in was obviously one of the original ones in the complex . The desk clerk , Bella, was outstanding - friendly,, welcoming & enthusiastic about having us & our dog choose this venue. It's obvious both pets & people are valued here! Our room was dated but clean & there was no pet odor. Indoor heated pool was great. We'd stay here again.

We have stayed here a couple times. This time it didn’t disappoint. Nice clean rooms, great price and great location. Right in the middle of the city with lots to do. If ever I am staying in St George, coral hills BW is where I am staying!

Our family loved our experience here. The rooms were clean and beds were comfy. The AC worked great. Lots of parking near our room. Both the indoor and outdoor pools were lots of fun. And breakfast was delicious. Every member of staff we talked to was delightful. Loved that we could walk to Main Street and local shops/restaurants. We can’t wait to come back!

The room was clean and neat as was the exterior of the building and grounds. Well taken care of. EVERYONE we encountered was friendly and helpful. The center city location was perfect for the outings we planned in and out of the city. St. George itself is a lovely and growing town with several sites to explore. Best of all at the hotel was the breakfast service. Heather prepared the best hotel buffet breakfast we have encountered in all our travels. Something unique each day such as homemade cinnamon rolls and Monte Cristo sandwiches. And the daily cheesy scrambled eggs were REAL eggs! We would absolutely stay here again!

The breakfast is incredible, delicious. The spread is impeccable, something for the whole family. Great snacks for all. The pool is gorgeous, especially at night. The rooms are beautiful. The ambiance has a fun and relaxing and romantic atmosphere. It's upscale without the upscale price making it affordable for the struggling market and bringing back affordable pleasure to the individual and family members of today.

Amazing pool, friendly staff, easy check in check out, and very clean! The last place I stayed in St.George was more affordable (Days Inn), but was filthy and I was cringing having to sleep there. At the Best Western Coral Hills, I would have loved to stay another night and plan to make this my place to stop in the future. I would have given 5 stars, except I need to travel with my cat and dog at times, and although Best Western advertises on their corporate website that most locations do accept “pets,” this specific location is exclusive to “dogs only.”. It would be great if they would be more accommodating regarding this to allow “pets,” not just “dogs” and this may be the deal breaker when it comes to staying there. I drive alone between L.A. and Denver to visit and this is a great mid-point stop. I really would like if they would allow cats so that I can definitely plan on coming back, and not have to worry about finding actual “pet friendly lodging.” It is very tome consuming calling many places in St.George and elsewhere that advertise “pet friendly,” but they really just mean “dog friendly.”

We definitely enjoyed our experience!! We were unexpectedly delivered popsicles poolside, it was such a simple gesture but made a big impact! The breakfast was well set up and had a good variety! The room was clean and well maintain. The front desk staff was nothing but kind and helpful! I would have appreciated a map in my room to the indoor pool or more signs to indicate where it was. We will definitely stay here again!

  • 5/5 Cami F. 1 year ago on Google
Loved our stay here. Room was clean and well maintained. No outside noise that we noticed. The ac/heater in the room had a nice consistent noise that doesn’t wake you up all night long. Pool was awesome. Hot tub jets didn’t work. Breakfast was so so delicious and fun. They have tons of options and even toppings for the waffles such as nuts and sprinkles. Very family friendly.

  • 5/5 Andrea C. 1 year ago on Google
Awesome breakfast!! So many options and well maintained. Best I’ve seen ever as far as variety goes. Nice late hrs too. Awesome pool! We loved the spacious 1ft kiddie area, the waterfall feature, and the hot tub area was unique! They had cool chairs too. Our room was right next to the pool, which was awesome! The only suggestion I would make would be to install another towel hook or two in the bathroom. We stayed with our 3 kids, so we needed to hang up 5 towels.

Very beautiful building with outdoor and indoor pool with spa. Beautiful landscaping with mature cacti. Room nice and large. However the soundproofing was deficient between rooms and to the outside and I didn't like the extra soft bed. Cooked food at breakfast was potatoes or waffles

  • 4/5 Emily Y. 2 years ago on Google
The room was clean, location was great, staff was friendly, but the best part of all was the complimentary breakfast in the morning. Heather runs the kitchen or breakfast buffet and it was top notch. She even goes as far as to create the most delicious mousse to go on top of the Belgian waffles (or anything else you want to top with it). We happened to be their for her Cinnamon Eggnog Mousse. She was so fun and friendly, when we inquired she told us some of the other fun flavors she has served recently and even shared how to make it...next time we pass through, we will want to see what other fun food she has to sample! Best Western...Heather at Coral Hills is incredible! Keep her!

The hotel is centrally located, very kind staff and has a lot of great amenities. We enjoyed both the outdoor and indoor pool, the gym, the red rocks that were just behind the hotel. Our room was spacious, very clean and the beds were very comfortable. Big shout out to Star and Heather, the breakfast team! They were so friendly, helpful and professional. The breakfast was great with so many warm and cold options-no wonder it was so popular with the guests. Thanks again for a great stay!

The place was more than I expected. They have both indoor and outdoor pools, both of which are very nice. The outdoor one has nice rock features. Everyone was extremely friendly. We booked a King Suite with a Jacuzzi tub. The room was exceptionally clean and way nicer than anything we expected. Probably the nicest room we've stayed in all year. We will definently stay here the next time we are going through St. George.

Customer Service was good, rooms were very nice. Everything was clean and rooms were easy to find. Beds were quite comfortable, everything worked, and for breakfast they have quite a variety of options to choose from! Overall this is a place I highly would recommend for it's price and their quality

  • 5/5 Sue D. 1 year ago on Google
This was our first time staying at this location. We always stay at Best Western. The pool looked really nice-I wish I would have brought my swimsuit! There is also an indoor pool and hot tub available. Staff at checking in and out were very friendly and welcoming. Lots of food choices within walking distance. Iceberg Diner opened since the 1960’s was across the way. We didn’t try it, however was very busy in the evening! A must try for next time.
