Had to stay due to our AC unit at home going out and with my family size we needed 2 rooms, We stayed for 1 week, and we had 2 dogs and 2 cats with us as well, The pet area was awesome! The rooms were clean and everyone was super nice! Definitely recommend this place not just for the friendliness or the fact that it was clean but because the rates were great and pets are accepted at no extra cost! Thank you for such a great stay, If I ever need to I'll be coming back for sure!

If I can rate it at a 0 I would! Every room smelled like smoke. The bathroom wasn't even cleaned. There was hair in the sink, tub, & floor & crumbs everywhere. The air conditioning barely worked. The bed spreads were gross & the sheets were filthy! Not just dirty....completely disgusting! There was shoes marks on both sets of sheets. We have never stayed in any Motel 6 because of its bad reputation of being a sub par motel. Now I know to never stay there. We checked out 1/2 later after we looked at 2 other rooms to possibly stay in. All were gross. It's ok if it isn't the Marriott or Hyatt, but why can't they at least clean the rooms & make it smell good. Doesn't take much to do that. I'd rather sleep in my car. The front desk person, Jackie, was very nice and helpful and was genuinely upset that our rooms were so bad.

Well for starters we reserved a room with a microwave and a fridge. Traveling with kiddos means they get hungry at different times. We got the fridge but not the microwave. Then to top it all off, the beds. Let's talk about the beds. They were rock hard and made noise every time we moved. Our necks and backs are suffering from "attempting" to sleep in them for 2 days. The rooms had a funny smell which we discovered a hidden pizza box behind the dresser with a garlic bread package inside. We told them at front desk and they just apologize. The sink and toilets were spray painted with a spackel that was peeling off and the sink was hanging by the corner. The only good thing about our stay was the location. Pay the extra $20-$50 more people and stay somewhere else. NOT at the Motel 6. The comment that the hotel Clerk said and I quote "It's the cheapest place in St. George. Well we definitely got what we paid for. Even though it was still pricey at $80 a night.

For the price it's what you'd expect. Nice staff. Room had no soap at all. Used underwear hanging on the bathroom wall. Thermostat from 1954 only blows heat (this is the desert and it's HOT), table but no chairs. Bed is ok. Mini fridge and microwave a plus. Toilet seat broken.

The owner refused to check me in for over an hour saying there were no clean rooms and sat outside on a curb staring at his phone. Eventually a housekeeper told me happens all the time and checked me in without him knowing. Owner later had friends over that night apparently to drink in the parking lot and one of them sat on my car, so I had to set off the alarm - that was amusing, but overall an incredibly weird place and I would never go near it again unless they get new management - that was really the only issue, but a major one

I usually stay at Motel 6's during my travels and this place ties a place in South Dakota for worst. If you want a smoke-free room, don't stay in room 116 or you will be surely disappointed. The smoke smell in this room will immediately give you a black eye and the woman at the front desk made it her life goal to make it look like she didn't know you were in the room with her. The positives- the shower head was amazing and the pet area was great. Will I stay at this Motel 6 again? Probably, since I like the motels as a whole. But will you want to? If you like creepy neighbors and a punch in the face from the smoke, have at it.

Worst check in, ever. Indian man wouldn’t give me the room I booked. Wouldn’t take the confirmation number I gave. Called me names, wouldn’t give my ID back. I tried to leave but he refused to refund my card. Had to call police and demand to get my receipt from him. Ended up canceling my credit card and traveling through a different city to stay for the night. Would never recommend this hotel ever in my life. The worst Owner ever.

I love motel 6 but after last night I won’t be using a motel 6 ever again. We were passing through and just needed a place to sleep for the night. The room was DISGUSTING. The front desk person when we checked in went through the speech about how if anything was destroyed that we’d be charged for it…..uhhh the entire hotel was destroyed and disgusting. I HIGHLY doubt the sheets were changed from the amount of hair on them.(everyone in my family has a buzzed head besides my blonde daughter…) The blood splatter by the toilet. The disgusting shower 🤮 I literally laid awake anxious all night just grateful my daughter sleeps in a pack n play. We also got a nonsmoking room that smelled heavily of smoke. If you’re traveling with kids STAY AWAY. If you’re looking for a meth room then you found the perfect hotel.

Set our reservation over a week in advance, when we got here we were charged an additional $30.00 to check in early because my wife had her doctors appointment at 3:00p.m. as well and we needed to drop off our dogs. Then we get to our room and it has hair on the bed and shower so I tell the lady up front and she changes our room. We get to the new room and it too has hair in the shower, but the bed was clean thank God because when I said something there was no mention of a refund in price for the inconveniences all they could say is they don't have another smoking room available! Then we get settled in our room and find out that the A/C doesn't work, so I say something to the office and she said I'll get my maintenance guy on it. I see one of the maintenance guys today and all he does is turn it on, doesn't see if it's blowing cold air or anything.

IF I COULD GIVE THIS HOTEL A 1/2 STAR, I WOULD! No heater! The front desk stated that it’s not the time of season for them to turn on “the heating boiler?” to turn on the main heating system in Oct when it was in the 40’s for a low! Seriously!? That’s not even legal! Oh, and add on a non/functional TV, stained walls, 2 lightbulbs out, thin sheets + a weak bed cover! I say, “only stay here if you cannot sleep in your car even”!!!!

We chose motel 6 bc we have stayed in many in the past! We have a dog and they always treat us well and the ones we’ve stayed in have been really nice, considering. We came in for the marathon knowing we were only going to be in the room for a short amount of time due to a super early wake up, so we thought why not use Motel 6 like we always do and save some money! Mistake! We literally had 1 1/2 pillows and when I asked the front desk for more they said they didn’t have any and that they were on back order. Mind you, the ‘pillows’ that were there were so flat you were better off sleeping on your jacket. Walmart sells $3.00 pillows as an FYI. The main light in the main part of the room was burnt out. The TV didn’t work. There was hair on the bed and on the bottom of the shower. My feet literally got dirty from walking barefoot on the floor. It made us feel gross just standing in the room. Needles to say, we booked another hotel in town.

I was greeted with good customer services. The staff was very kind. The room was nice and cool for us since the weather was pretty warm for this time of the year. The beds were very outdated and made noises with every movement. But yet it did get the job done with decent sleep. The room was very clean. But the overall stay was great. We didn't stay much in the room. Only for sleep.

I’m not often prompted to write reviews, good or bad. However our experience last night at Motel 6 at St George UT was too bad not to report. We had to pay an exorbitant rate for a motel room ($130 incl an AARP discount) and for that received a room that smelled of sweat, a noisy air extractor in the bathroom that had its cover dangling, a plastic, prefab shower with a loose water control fitting, and nothing resembling breakfast. Caring about your customer experience is clearly not a concern. This was our first Motel 6 experience and it will certainly be our last. I note a boatload of other complaints from consumers online. Clearly no one in your organization has paid them any attention.

Tami and Joey were EXCELLENT!! They were so friendly, made sure I was comfortable. When the room was warm and the Ac not working great-Tami brought me a fan at 0200 am after I checked in at 0130am. Joey checked in the next day to make sure that I was comfortable. But made sure it was later in the day because he knew I checked in very late and didn't want to wake me. The motel is older, but it was clean and comfy. The accessible room actually had a small ramp to the door, I've never been in an accessible room that I didn't have to fight to get over the threshold. That was brilliant and a very welcome sight. Tami and Joey both offered to help me with bags, etc since I am disabled. I didn't need help, but they offered which meant a lot. They opened doors for me to get into the office without difficulty and did it with a smile and without me asking. The shower had a fold down installed shower chair. I didn't have to call for a chair in an accessible room or drag in the travel shower chair I have in the car. Being an older motel-the door had a small opening around the threshold that let in a little light and an occasional fly or bug, but again an older building, otherwise clean. That could be tighter/have something placed to close up the gap. The door had significant locks so I felt safe even though there was a small gap around the door. People often mistake an older motel=not clean because it looks older, but though this looked older and the appearance of dirty because of age, it was actually clean. The accessible room was on the small side and a bit difficult to maneuver my but I was able to in the end (did run into some things)-but again it's an older motel and the room size reflects that. I will definitely stay there again when in town and hope Tami and Joey are there, and get room 133 if open.

Stopped in about 11:30 at night to catch some sleep. Was quoted about $160 for the night. Decided to keep going. The clerk catches us before leaving and offers a room for @$80 as the TV didn't work. We took it. Stool in bathroom needed flushed and open soap was left. Mattresses felt like the pads put on top of cots. Only stayed a hotel because of no pet fee and tired. Room itself was clean. My dog wasn't tempted to spray once. It was pretty considering all the people and dogs there. Parking lot was full.

The rooms were clean and the people in the office were very nice. The location is very close to a lot of businesses for eating and entertainment. However, the traffic was very noisy and the lights right outside the rooms were very bright and the cutains didn't cover the window enough to keep the light out. It was like daytime all night long.

We checked in on October 9th we were in room 128, and after a very long drive, Yadira and Jacque were amazing. The reservation site had things wrong. We needed a downstairs room due to medical issues and Jacque and Yadira made that happen. They were so understanding and such great customer service skills. When we got to our room we noticed there was no microwave. (I bring my own food when traveling.) Jacque was right on that. She had one brought to our room with no problem at all, and we are so grateful. The customer service we received was absolutely amazing. Those two girls are definitely in the right job. They are great at it. The only thing I thought that was not ok was the floors. The floors were dirty, but I took care of it. Not a huge big deal. Beds are very comfortable, a/c in room was perfect all day and night. I have stayed at many motel 6's in the past and overall this one has been the best. Thank you for all you did.😊 We came back to St George again and picked Motel 6. Oct 27 thru 29th The front desk clerks and property manager Rocky are so nice and very helpful. This was our second time staying here this month due to family illness and death. They went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable and worry free, and to accommodate my disabilities. Even my daughter and grandkids stayed there also and they to were happy. Thank you for your great hospitality.

Never had a problem with this motel 6 until I checked out this morning. I give the lady my drivers license, and I ask for my $100 security deposit. The lady asks for my receipt, and I say I dont have one.. She says I can't have the deposit without receipt. Sir, why dont you have your receipt? I must have thrown it away? She says that wasn't very smart. Seriously? Then she proceeds to show her authority and tells me that next time I need a receipt or I won't get deposit back. I replied well next time I won't stay here.. Her response was that's up to you.. This was a power trip gone bad on her part. In the past, I showed my ID and they gave me my deposit.. It's not my job to keep records. Dont bother leaving me a Paiste and copy response about how sorry the owner is blablabla

While this property is a bit tired, Steve at the front desk made all the difference by helping us to get the exact room type we needed and supplying a couple of small requested items quickly. As a retired General Manager I greatly appreciate a staff member that is willing to go above and beyond, especially one who does it cheerfully and without complaint. He made a huge difference in our stay and we sincerely hope his manager sees this and commends him appropriately.

We weren’t too impressed with our stay at the Motel 6 in St. George. It was the only place that allowed pets, but that is about its sole redeeming quality. We had 3 cats with us, so that very much limited where we could stay. The room was not cleaned properly. It was next to the smoking rooms, and let me tell you, this may as well have been a smoking room it smelled so bad. The gentleman staying next to us was a chain smoker, and I could tell every time he went outside to smoke even with our door and window closed. There were 3 police vehicles and 1 ambulance there upon our arrival, which was a bit unnerving. The bed sheets didn’t look or feel clean (several stains on both and it looked like it had already been slept in), however the bed was somewhat comfortable. Let’s just say I spent as little time in the bathroom as possible. It was filthy. Nevertheless, we lived to tell the tale. In the morning our car was still there, untouched. It was a cheap rate, but I would say paying like $20-30 more per night is a good idea. I wouldn’t completely write off the whole chain, though. I’ve stayed at other Motel 6 locations that were much better and cleaner.

I had booked a reservation for Monday and Tuesday. I show up early Tuesday morning and they inform me there is no room for me and check in isn't until 3 pm. I'm like l understand that but I had a reservation for the two days. Sorry. They said they wouldn't charge my credit card for Monday but of course they did. I got there around 9am and sat around until about 10:30 while they found a room for me. Supposedly 2 or 3 ppl were cleaning a room for me but there was still toothpaste in the sink. I won't be staying here. Double book the rooms and try to make it sound like it is your fault. Not too friendly. Since I was just sitting in the lobby then they all start speaking in whatever language they spoke. They leave the lobby area and other customers came in, after waiting around 10 or 15 minutes they left. The phone kept ringing, no one was answering it. This was a bad mistake on my part to book with this motel to try and save a few bucks. Ended up so far giving them a 109.00 tip since I didn't get the use of my Monday reservation. Hopefully l can get my credit card to reimburse me that expense. Don't stay here, you'll only be disappointed ☹️.

I made my reservations through Motel 6, a month ago. I checked in a bit early and said I would be back later. When we came back and went to our room, it was not ready. I looked around, the bathroom was falling apart and the whole place looked old. They did not have another room for me, so I had to pay more at another Hotel because it was Memorial Day weekend. The people were nice but the overall experience was frustrating. Besides that experience, I would not stay there anyway. There was a police officer there to deal with a man that wouldn't leave. I'm actually very glad we did not end up staying there. Our alternate situation worked out way better!

Our pets felt so welcome! The staff has always been nice interacting with me (including but not limited to; the housekeeping and front desk workers) Kris at the front desk made our stay better, she’s so sweet and personal to people. I genuinely loved the experience!

Great place to stay! Everything thing is clean and well maintained. If you happen to meet the owner it makes sense the kind of culture that is established in the crew who runs this place! Quality, Quality and customer satisfaction. My team and I have stayed here countless times now on business trips. We always look forward to our next stay at Saint George's Motel 6!

I loved being here and all of the extra needs me and my family had, the staff was so accommodating. Everyone one was super kind here and the amenities were amazing. Me and my sister loved swimming at the pool and we loved just taking a walk. It was so nice to have a welcomed pet stay with all of the animals that we had. We will definitely visit again.

First off, towels and comforter had stains all over them, the bed slips constantly, staff tried getting in our room, not realizing they had just gave it to us and we are covered in bug bites...I dont even want to know what was having us for dinner! Can't say we'll stay here again, plus my wife is sensitive to sents and the office and our room smelled of stale cigarettes!

I always use Motel 6 because they always allow pets. Steven at the front desk was incredible. He is one of the few that I have met at the desk that looks and acts like he enjoys his job. As far as the room, it could be better. The smoke alarm is pulled away from the wall and wrapped in plastic. And a stain on the floor that looks like blood. But neither are worth not staying here again if I’m in the area.

  • 4/5 Christopher B. 2 years ago on Google
Was able to easily book a room on short notice thanks to Steve at the front desk. He was incredibly kind, funny, and professional. Had a very nice pool, was dog friendly, and was a clean property. Only complaint is that the towels were not the cleanest. Other than that a nice place to stop and stay!

  • 2/5 Paul A. 2 years ago on Google
Brandon, the young man at the front counter, was nice. The price for the stay was great. However, the condition of my room was lacking. The smoke alarm had been pulled from the wall and was dangling, wrapped in plastic. The room had a table but no chairs. There was an ugly stain on the floor that looked like blood. The clientele here is a mix of decent folks who are traveling and lowlife who just want a room for the night. One couple was screaming and fighting as they walked along the balcony, effectively sharing their drama with the other guests. I was ready to dial 911 if it turned physical. Would I stay here again? Probably not.

  • 2/5 Karla H. 2 years ago on Google
One of the grossest hotels I’ve ever stayed in. It had stains on the coverlet on the bed and looks like something splattered on the dust covering over the box springs. When I turned on the lamp, I had to twist the light bulb back in to get it to turn on. Very worn out and lots of stains. Even the white towels are stained. The worst was the door didn’t shut completely… you could lock it and put a deadbolt on it but the top half had a crack that let the light in from outside. If I wasn’t so tired, I’d ask for my money back and go search for another hotel. I’ll never stay here again.

  • 4/5 Jessica M. 2 years ago on Google
The room definitely could be cleaner but for the price, it worked just fine for us. Plus it was dog friendly which is exactly what we needed. Steven was so kind and warm. 5 stars for him for sure. His kindness meant a lot late at night after a very long drive.
