Winter, Spring, Summer, or Fall, this place is great. It's always packed, and for a good reason. The selection of local beers on tap is excellent and the atmosphere is just as good. There's a fireplace inside and for the winter, there's a modern fire pit of sorts outside as well. This time I had The Cap. A nice lunch beer. Not too heavy. There’s lots of amazing craft beer in Fredericton, and Graystone is at the top of the list.

Excellent brewery with wide variety of their own brews, as well as carefully selected guest taps. Cool patio. Great service. No food trucks today, but they are okay with outside takeout or snacks - we ordered DoorDash.

Nice spot to chill and have a brew. If you can, snag a spot in the sun in the adarondak chairs.. Did not try the food truck - menu looked limited.

One of my favourite spots in Fredericton. Great patio and great indoor seating. The beer is very good and the selection is great. It’s great in the warmer months when they have food trucks like Avatar as well. Can’t wait to visit again.

Wide selection of beers all brewed on site. Try one of the 'flights' (4 smaller glasses of different beers) before deciding on a favourite. You can choose any 4 from about 10 or12 differing styles, costing CA$8.50. Seating inside or outside.

This is my favourite microbrewery in Fredericton. Their craft beers, especially the newly renamed Graystone IPA & Graystone Pale Ale, are some of the best around. Whatever the season, this is a fun and very cozy spot to meet friends for a brewsky!

Amazing assortment of craft brews and cozy atmosphere with real fireplace. Random board games encouraging social interaction. Highly recommended for any craft brew fan. Didn't notice hard liquor or wine selection so would not be the place if you are more into that.

I really enjoyed spending time here, and the beer was quite good. The venue is small, but it has a good vibe, and the decor is comfortable. I visited in the winter, so there was no access to the patio, but it is set up so that the entire seating area expands out through large rolling doors to take advantage of the deck. This brewery is right downtown, and is conveniently located, there is some parking, but I wouldn't bet on it on a busy evening. While we were there we talked to a Minister, and Engineer and Physiotherapist, so eclectic crowd.

I visit fairly often and am never disappointed! Beer and atmosphere are both great! Took my puppy the last night and the staff brought over a bowl full of water for him as soon as we were settled at a table. Overall great experience, but I do wish the space was a little larger.

Graystone: Clearly the front-runners in the booming craft beer market in the quaint town of Fredericton. The simple truth is these guys just make the best beer of the lot. Add to that their excellent selection, with 8 taps of their own and 8 for visiting craft brews (including frequent rotation and seasonals), a fantastic location with great patio, a now semi-permanent food truck on site in Monk and Jonesie, and excellent staff attitude and knowledge... it's the place to be for a casual catch-up with a friend, groups, dates, or just for the love of really good beer. Cozy atmosphere, patio is amazing and the fire place makes it so welcoming! This is my new favourite spot in Fredericton! Service was amazing! We were there last Saturday. Can’t remember the name of the waiter but he was truly the best!

Amazing beer selection and even better service. The two servers had great recommendations for my trip through the east coast and even made sure I felt safe walking back to my accommodations after my visit. This place is also dog friendly, they even offered to get a water dish for my pup,10/10! ☺️

This is a great place to enjoy a Brew. It has great indoor seating and an outdoor patio. It seems to be a great spot for dogs & babies ( family oriented). It's a very relaxing location (no noise).

There's a lot to like about his place. Good location, great atmosphere and good beer. However, my first and likely only visit was highlighted by staff that seemed like I annoyed them by coming in there. I had a couple of question about the beer that I bought to-go, and it seemed like that didn't go over with the 2 staff members that were there, as they were very unpleasant, and not very helpful or friendly.

Very nice variety of craft beers. Definitely try the sampler, they give 4 or more in small glass cups. I liked the Trad Radler more than the others I tried.
