This is a great little store for anything that has to do with arts and crafts.Has little nik nacs and basically anything you would need for crafts and such.Some prices are a little high but most are bang on.I buy all my acrylic paints and canvases here for doing my paintings.Once again the price for the paint is a little bit high compared to buying online but canvas prices are bang on.Sometimes they do little promos where you will get a free item for spending a certain amount of money or a percentage off your purchase.Great store.

I hope if i can complaint somewhere. Went there few times, the staff is really rude never greets you., always have a frown, never treats you nicely. I always ignored, even when they told me no to use the 30%off. But this time was the worst. Hopefully they can treat everyone equally. Or management can do something in this.

I have to say this is the best Michael’s store I have been in. Anna was such a wonderful help to us - patient, efficient, knowledgeable and has great customer skills. We had been looking for “something” to hang up a piece of stained glass and she did an amazing job helping us find a solution. Thank you so much! Just to mention - Michael’s has beautiful Fall decor!

Staff needs better training on issuing purolator packages. First, I was told I required my "delivery slip" in order to pick up my package. This is not true and is documented on the purolator website that I only need 1 piece of government ID if it matches the name and address of the package. I returned again with not the slip but the tracking number on my phone. They told me it wasn't there and they returned it to sender so I left again. After checking my tracking information again, it said it was still at the micheals. I asked them to look again as it said it was still there. Eventually, they found it. I get mistakes happen, but this is the 3rd time I've been told my package wasn't there when it, in fact, it was. Please do better. Whether it be more training or creating a more organized system.

Has almost everything I could need for all my crafts. Organization in the yarn section could be a bit better, though.

We had a special picture painted of our late fur baby. Of course she needed a custom frame. We are so happy with how it turned out! Only downside was I was told I would be contacted, and never was. My husband stopped in and picked it up

Myrna completed our checkout process today and she was wonderful. Very kind, and seemingly as excited about our finds as we were! Improved my overall rating from a 4 to a 5 based on our positive interaction with her. So great.
