I've been a patient of Dr Palk's for a few years now and always appreciate the time he takes to explain the results of my assessment. This was the first time I needed prescription glasses and the whole experience was great. Jeff made choosing glasses that suited me a fun and successful experience. Ordered two pairs, both didn't set well with reading and seeing. Reorder, no call to come for fitting. When I called to inquire, found out that they are in, decided to pick up, was giving the two pairs of glasses without a bag or an apology. Not too happy

Dr. Palk is extremely professional, informative and thorough. Their equipment is top-notch. The pricing almost double than the insurance coverage provides. This is my year 13 visiting their facilities.

My kid had eye infection, I called and they had a appointment for the same day. Nice administration, good doctors. Didn't have to wait a lot of time. Very good experience.

Seems like a well oiled machine. Administrative staff were very friendly and efficient. Doctor Wiley was professional and thorough. I was able to get an urgent same-day appointment even though I had no prior history with this clinic. Keep up the great work, Spectrum!

This review is only for the Fredericton location as I have no experience with the other...my family has been long time customers of Spectrum but I recently had an issue with their glasses and was treated with disrespect to say the least by one of their technicians who attempted to shame and belittle me. Dr. Lane has always been great however, the level of customer service I received was unacceptable to say the least. Maybe she was having a bad day or maybe she is simply a terrible person...either way I wanted people to know.

Had a horrible customer service experience yesterday. Them so-called professional optometrist gave my wife her prescription without the PD when she went back inside she was told that they're too busy come back some still be additional fee for that after paying $150. We came home watched 30 second YouTube video and got it done in 10 seconds.. what an extortion & waste of people's time.

Over the years, I have visited 5 optometrist clinics due to relocation. Spectrum and Dr.Palk have been by far my favourite. I found everyone friendly, helpful, and professional. Dr.Palk took time to explain to me tests and results that no one ever had previously. We have recently relocated again, and I am so sad to have to leave This clinic.

Dr. Brown does a great job, our whole family goes to her. She's very knowledgable, explains everything very well. Gives you your options and not pushy at all. What more could you ask from your EYE DOC!

Great service and fast turn around on my new glasses! I've been going here and the previous location on Rockwood Ave since 1978. I have had nothing but great experiences with them. Dr. Amanda Brown an excellent replacement for Dr. Harding, well done and keep up the great work. Also, was nice to see Crystal Clowater still there after all these years, way to go!

Lena was fabulous in helping me pick out my new lenses. So happy!
