I
ordered
a
ring
online
in
March
2023.
I
received
it
at
the
end
of
March.
I
had
the
ring
for
almost
4
weeks,
and
then
the
stone
in
the
middle
of
the
ring
fell
out.
As
soon
as
I
noticed
I
brought
the
ring
into
the
store.
The
man
who
dealt
with
me
was
very
nice.
I
was
told
it
would
take
5
weeks
to
get
the
ring
back,
which
was
fine.
However,
5
weeks
later,
I
got
a
phone
call
from
an
employee
saying
that
my
ring
was
sent
to
the
wrong
jeweler
and
that
it
was
being
sent
back
to
the
store
to
be
sent
out
to
the
correct
jeweler.
Ok,
mistakes
happen,
I
wasn't
happy,
but
I
dealt
with
it.
So
now
it
was
the
end
of
June,
and
I
haven't
received
a
phone
call
about
my
ring
yet,
so
I
called
the
mic
Mac
mall
location
and
I
was
told
my
ring
was
still
in
the
store
and
wasn't
sent
out
to
be
fixed
yet.
So,
from
the
end
of
April
to
the
end
of
June,
when
I
finally
called,
my
ring
could
have
been
sent
off
to
get
fixed
and
back
to
me.
I
dont
know
why
management
is
not
reviewing
orders
and
making
sure
everything
is
sent
off
where
it's
supposed
to
go.
I
called
back
the
store
2
days
later
since
no
one
bothered
to
call
me
back,
I
was
told
3
weeks,
and
I
got
the
phone
call
yesterday
that
my
ring
was
therecustomer,
and
I
will
be
thinking
twice
before
ordering
from
peoples
again.
I'm
not
a
happy
customer.
