Our pizzas were made to order but the toppings were mostly in the middle of one of the pizzas and the extra cheese was not spread evenly. Another didn't seem to have the extra cheese at all, but we were charged for it. One of 3 was good. Pizza Hut has been our go-to pizza place since the early 80's. But with the rising prices, diminishing toppings and poor quality, it might be time for a new place.

Let's see. The entire order was stone cold and greasy. I received a text saying order was on its way. Took 30 min after the text to arrive. I called to speak with a manager. Worker told me they were really busy and put me on hold. I was on hold for so long I was transferred to the call center. I drove out and picked up burgers. I again called the restaurant to speak with a manager. This time I spoke with Rachel (a manager). She was going to send out replacement food. I told her I already picked up take out bc we were leaving early morning. I told her I wanted a refund and the delivery person should come back and pick up this cold horrible food. Rachel put me on hold bc she had to speak with her district manager about a refund bc they don't do that. She had my name, contact information and order information. She put me on hold. I was on hold again for so long I was again transferred to the call center. Rachel did not call me back even tho she had my contact information. I give up. I am demanding a refund or I will deny the credit card charges

They mail out coupons for their store but won't take them. They were also completely dismissive of the complaint that I made online. Lots of other pizza places. Why make the customer experience so difficult?

It saddens me to leave this as I have loved Pizza Hut and their New York Style going back to the 90s. I ordered the New York style pizza with double pepperoni, Sausage, jalapeño and mushroom and got a sausage, mushroom, chicken, jalapeño with no pepperoni. The pizza was also undercooked in addition to being wrong. I also ordered a Buffalo chicken sandwich, I was looking forward to trying it, however they forgot my sandwich. I re ordered it and it had very little sauce on it. I also didn’t receive any seasoning packets and the pizza was very bland. I’m literally ordering Papa John’s New York Style Pizza in its place.

Speedy service, our food came out hot and fresh. We got drink refills quickly. Our server was patient while we decided what to order and we never felt rushed.

Ordered delivery one pizza and one brownie. Paid the delivery fee and a tip. Got my food 20 minutes AFTER THE PROMISED TIME and barely warm. Tried to call them, phone hangs up immediately. Cannot recommend.

Great night out. Wasn't busy and the service and food were great.

There was only two employees working but they gave fantastic service! The dining room was empty when we arrived but soon there were six tables with customers plus carryout, doordash and drive thru. They didn't miss a beat, everyone was served in a timely manner with the best service possible and a smile on their face while doing it! Exceptional evening!

Very friendly, attentive, conscious staff. Clean and welcoming inside. My order was fresh and warm.

If you order something with no meat, you’ll find meat. If you order something with only meat, you’ll find vegetables.Some people are vegetarian and some have religious reasons. Clearly they can’t do their jobs right. I don’t recommend buying from Pizza Hut.

The beer was nice an cold after a long day of fishing. The staff was nice and when we got home to eat our food it was good in the past years it was always to gressey so we have it a they last night and let's just Say I will be ording again.

Rick is a totally delightful and is the best part of the day when I stop in a beer and some pizza. I was born in Wichita so The Hut go way back. (⁠ ⁠◜⁠‿⁠◝⁠ ⁠)⁠♡

Actually, we got it delivered. Fast, efficient, and delicious. Not a bad price. This is our third delivery, From pizza hut. We will keep ordering. Thank you.

Excellent food great service and quick definitely come again!

We had a last minute family gathering with 11 adults and 5 children. The service was wonderful, even though we arrived at 9 pm and didn’t leave until almost closing time. The waitress made us feel welcome and gave us prompt friendly service. The food was very good too. It was a large order and everything was served promptly. Thank you for accommodating our group. We appreciate having a place to gather and celebrate as a big family.
