I personally haven't gone here, but I get a gift certificate from here for my wife's birthday, Christmas, mother's day, and anniversary. She loves it and is still excited when she gets her gift. The front desk staff is always helpful.

I really enjoy this spa. Book early, not staffed for last-minute appointments, but what spa is. They will try to make every effort to get you in at your desired time

Everyone at this location has been a joy to work with for the past three years. I feel like a valued member every time I go in. I've tried a variety of services here and worked with many technicians and have never had a less than pleasant experience. Their membership programs make their services a lot more affordable, and they offer so many services I keep coming back. I would definitely recommend them for any aesthetic needs you might have.

Nice, caring and competent people work there! Also, their prices are very competitive and they have 20% off sales on a regular basis. Judging by the success of their classy open house yesterday evening, a lot of people feel the same way I do!

The ladies at the front desk are amazing!! They all go out of their way to make sure I am well taken care of! They call me if an appointment opens, so I can get in the much needed personal care. They also allow people to book out appointments months at a time so you can get it on your schedule and allow time for resting and recharging. For services I get massages most often and Joani is my girl! I can go in totally stressed from my day and be calm and relaxed after a session. She will work on target areas if you just let her know what hurts or needs attention. She will also tailor it to what you like if you communicate that as well. I appreciate the great listening and support she offers from listening to my crazy day and current stressors. I couldn’t recommend this place more!

I had lip filler with Autumn. I was very nervous as I had this same procedure a few years ago with a plastic surgeon and had tremendous pain and swelling. My experience with Autumn was vastly different. Was there discomfort? A little, but she was ever so careful and made me feel at ease. The swelling has been minimal and the results were even better than I’d hoped for. She is AMAZING!

I adore this spa! The staff is professional and engaging; the environment is beautiful and relaxing! When you need a break, this place is a definite must!

I had a wonderful 90 minute massage with Tracey. The pressure was just right and she made me feel very comfortable. I have already made another appointment!

I have had everything from a massage to filler to facials here and I cannot recommend them enough. Extremely inclusive, professional and easy to get along with. As a trans woman it’s hard to find quality care with accepting staff and this is THE place to go. This place doesn’t feel like a business it feels like a home. For any LGBTQ+, POC, disabled, etc individuals, this IS a safe place for you. Everything I’ve had done is of absolute quality and each and every staff member is thorough with their provided services.

Worst massage I've ever had. I scheduled a deep tissue massage but what I got was lotion roughly applied all over my body. The parts I requested she work on she barely touched. To top it off she ended with me face down so I left with lovely imprints on my face from the head rest. I would not recommend this place for a massage.
