Online orderers beware! I use Subway quarterly for catering of a meeting. I use the online ordering feature and have never had an issue. In January 2023, I ordered $180+ in catering. First, when I went to pick up the order, I was asked to pay. Payment is requested through the online ordering platform. I stated I had paid online but the cashier said the order said it had not been paid, so I paid on-site. Then, once I reached my destination, every sandwich was a cold cut combo. I had ordered (2) create-your-own sub platters. Each platter was supposed to have a turkey sandwich, ham sandwich, colt cut combo, spicy Italian, and Italian BMT sandwich. We received the correct topping platters and side items, but it was disappointing to have all the same sandwiches. Finally, received my bank statement today and was double charged -- once online and once at the store. When I called the store and spoke to the manager, I was told, "I don't know what happened, but I can't do anything about it." And then told to have a nice day and CLICK. So I proceeded to call the online catering company used through Subway's website, and am still in the process of having the charges reversed. What a mess! I understand mistakes happen and I have been thoroughly happy using Subway's catering in the past, but to be told "SOL" with no resolution? Very poor management and customer service.

Bought 4 Oatmeal And Raisin Cookies And One Had A Brown Long Hair In It. I Called To Let Them Know (Twice) No One Even Answered The Phone. The Two Girls Were Very Nice Though..

listen i never post reviews but i ordered a subway melt and it was THE WORST THING EVER. less is more bc my sandwich was filled to the brim that i could barely pick it up w/o it falling a part. not only that but the bread was SOGGY as hell. top it all of it was thrown into the bag like nothing and i feel very sick after eating it. i paid $11 for it im not having it go to waste but man that was not pleasant in the slightest. please do better :(

Today I got free sandwich for the meat slicer promotion I got in there before 11:30 was not crowded didn't get an attitude but my mom went 20 minutes later and she did get an attitude lol they said they were all out of sliced meats only had turkey left... Go figure

Can’t complain about our experience one bit. Subs toppings were really fresh and bread was as well. Restaurant was clean and staff was friendly

If you’re on the phone, you can’t order here apparently. The service was not very good, very rude. Although the guy that checked me out was really nice. The person that made my sandwich was quite rude.

We got in and out pretty quickly and things seemed efficient. Service was neither friendly nor unfriendly. I would not want to dine-in at this location as it's small and most of the tables are up. You would be quite close to customers waiting for orders. Our rotisserie chicken sandwich was very good.

Well we ordered online thinking that would speed up the process a little bit and I suppose that’s what we got for thinking. It took twice as long because I ordered online apparently and they gave me Turkey in my chicken wrap, didn’t toast the second sandwich, put on white American instead of pepper jack and I even asked like hey man are u sure that’s not white American instead of pepperjack and he insisted nah man it’s pepperjack. Oh ok. Put tomatoes on it. Didn’t have the Italians herbs and cheese bread. Just not good.

Food and atmosphere all good. One of the employees needed a hairnet, hair hanging off hat, in face.. all I could think of was, jeez, I hope he doesn't get hair in my sandwich.

Looks like somebody is unwilling to honor their commitments…

My sandwich is always made with extra love! There is always entertainment from the staff thanks Stacy for making my lunch break interesting everytime

Worse service i have ever had in my life. Order a ham and cheese footlong had 4 pieces of ham on the sandwich. We will never come back to this dump

I love Subway. They cook for me at least once and some times twice a week. The one in Coloma MI is the best.

I was at st Joe mi subway 11/17/22 and My grandchildren and myself were never treated so horrible ever in my life The older was absolutely horrible and the younger girl was somewhat better But if you can’t get people who can treat customers CLOSE DOWN Also older woman wiped her nose with the gloves she was wearing how disgusting

Overall good food appears clean with polite staff. Going with 3 stars at this point due to online ordering process. Last few times I have been I have allowed extra time past order completion, but each time the food is not put out for pickup and is sitting behind the counter. It defeats the online ordering process if you still have to wait in line for the pre-ordered food. Will see how it goes next time.

I don't eat at Subway much anymore, but the service and quality were top notch IMO!! The only thing not at the top was not having the bread I prefer!

Most all staff are helpful, clean, and friendly. Clean restaurant. Nearly every sandwich is superb!

My review is quite tardy but I wanted to give a shoutout to someone that provided tremendous service. The order is quite complicated for my mom and it was done with ease. Aleksa Barenie deserves her flowers even if they were from May/June. Additional comment: On Nov 19th 2022 I stopped at Subway to pickup sandwiches after a long stressful day on the road. I was assisted by Grant who went above and beyond. This location is absolutely top tier. Bread is always fresh and everyone is so pleasant.

The Subway in Benton Harbor has the freshest bread. It always smells good when you walk into the restaurant. The ONLY problem that needs to be fixed is their customer service. As a standing in line customer, they will have you wait until they are done preparing a Door Dash order that was requested. This will have a standing in line Customer WAIT between 10-15 minutes to get served. They have 2 employees plus the owner, and ALL of their attention goes to the online orders, and you as a Customer would have to wait until they're done . That's Bad Business. They need to have 1 of their employees work on the online orders, and the other ones provide service to the Customers whom are standing and waiting in line.

We ordered 3 platters for our nephew’s wedding day. So that the grooms men and brides maids could have a snack while getting ready for the ceremony. The boys had a double meat platter and the girls and family had regular meat. All sandwiches were excellent and having all the veggies on the sandwiches made them super delicious!! We were very happy and all of the attendants enjoyed them. Thank you for providing this excellent snack for the families and friends of the Flanagan/Maxe wedding party! I would highly recommend this Subway Sandwich Shop to anyone!! Krista M.

Only one or two tables were available to use as the rest was stored in a corner. Dont plan on eating in!!

Huge shout out to the two young people working at 12:30 PM on Thursday 6/23/22!!! They had a line out the door, probably unbeknownst to all of us an unbelievable amount of online orders, and yet kept their composure being completely kind & professional!!!

Very disappointed in this Subway this time ordered online they took my payment. Headed out to pick it up get there and there is a hand written sign saying they are closed for the day. Very disappointed. Waste of time, gas, and money. Don't think I'll order from here again. Use to be our favorite Subway 😞

Worked a subway for years & this is by far the worst I've seen. Dirty floors, dirty tables (the ones that were available, most seating was put up) no hair nets or hats, you could tell the rug was just mopped around instead of being picked up. The chip rack (lacking many options) on the make area has a severe build up & the list goes on. Cleanliness is not a priority here. Will choose a different location next time
