orderers
beware!
I
use
Subway
quarterly
for
catering
of
a
meeting.
I
use
the
online
ordering
feature
and
have
never
had
an
issue.
In
January
2023,
I
ordered
$180+
in
catering.
First,
when
I
went
to
pick
up
the
order,
I
was
asked
to
pay.
Payment
is
requested
through
the
online
ordering
platform.
I
stated
I
had
paid
online
but
the
cashier
said
the
order
said
it
had
not
been
paid,
so
I
paid
on-site.
Then,
once
I
reached
my
destination,
every
sandwich
was
a
cold
cut
combo.
I
had
ordered
(2)
create-your-own
sub
platters.
Each
platter
was
supposed
to
have
a
turkey
sandwich,
ham
sandwich,
colt
cut
combo,
spicy
Italian,
and
Italian
BMT
sandwich.
We
received
the
correct
topping
platters
and
side
items,
but
it
was
disappointing
to
have
all
the
same
sandwiches.
Finally,
received
my
bank
statement
today
and
was
double
charged
--
once
online
and
once
at
the
store.
When
I
called
the
store
and
spoke
to
the
manager,
I
was
told,
"I
don't
know
what
happened,
but
I
can't
do
anything
about
it."
And
then
told
to
have
a
nice
day
and
CLICK.
So
I
proceeded
to
call
the
online
catering
company
used
through
Subway's
website,
and
am
still
in
the
process
of
having
the
charges
reversed.
What
a
mess!
I
understand
mistakes
happen
and
I
have
been
thoroughly
happy
using
Subway's
catering
in
the
past,
but
to
be
told
"SOL"
with
no
resolution?
Very
poor
management
and
customer
service.
