First off St. Joseph has the worst fast food restaurants around! Don’t leave without checking your order at this Wendy’s! The guy who does the drive thru is a straight up jerk. He has a constant tone of annoyance. If you don’t want to take orders get a new job! Also, I love it how they mess up and don’t even apologize! Customer service nowadays is completely lacking!

I don't eat fast food as much as other people but when I do, Wendy's is one of the two restaurants near me that I will go to. Unlike my other choice of fast food restaurants, I have never had a meal that wasn't exactly what I ordered. I rarely order burgers at fast food places so here's what I have to say: The Hot Honey and Spicy Chicken sandwiches, in my opinion, are the BEST chicken sandwiches at any fast food restaurant in the St. Joseph area. As far as a breakfast sandwich, nothing touches the breakfast baconator and they have biscuits and gravy so, needless to say, I highly recommend this location (Niles Avenue, St. Joseph, MI)

The lobby seems to be closed permanently, so drive through is the only option, that way it's harder for you to see if your order was correct. I've been here probably a dozen times in the last year and my order has never been made properly, but if you went back to complain, you'd just be hollering at a bunch of high school dropouts who couldn't care less about customer service.

I don't know her name; but the women who runs the drive through at night is always so sweet and generous. Need more people like her in the fast food industry. Kudos. Came around through the drive through last night and she was more than welcoming.

I went in Wendy's on Dec 2, 2023 afternoon and at first I thought it was closed because it took about 10 minutes before someone came out of the kitchen to take my order. As I stood there, my first thought was how sticky the floor was as I paced waiting for someone. Then I started to look around the place and noticed how dirty the food counter was. Along with the wait, that made me decide to leave. But, just then, someone came out to help me. So, I ordered. One item I ordered was a soft drink at the self-serve machine. It was one of those machines that only had one dispenser but offered several drink flavors. As I surveyed the machine, I was totally amazed how dirty it was. I got some napkins to protect my cup while I filled it with ice and pop. I was then given my food (a chicken wrap) and ate indoors. Later that night I had a terrible bought of diarrhea. I can only assume it was food posening from Wendy's

The drive thru at lunch time is very fast even when there is a long line

My order got messed up but the manager Jenny made it up to me and had a great attitude. 👍

Food quality and service is always great, Just wish food Temp was higher always seems just warm boy always hot and I live very close by.

wendys is usually inconsistent with their food but our meal hit it out of the park this time. so, I give this wendy's an overall good review. it's only 4 stars instead of 5 because the cashier got our order wrong...and we had to repeat what we wanted several times and the order was still wrong...I would definitely check your order before you go. but the food quality as this wendy gives them an A- for me. my fiance gave it a B+

2 pidly strawberries on my salad does not qualify a strawberry salad. Its sad and they are mushy. Also took too long to get service while everyone stood around talking in the back we called and no one came. The young lady who did come back from the lobby to help was a sweetheart.

Just left Wendy here in St. Joseph worst serve ever. How you let a customer in the store and say u don't think we open on the inside. So I left and went somewhere else to eat. Poor customer service too early for that.

Tried the new fish sandwich saving you the disappointment. Is was cold and tasted 2 days old, typical Wendy's. Stick to salads, potatoes and frosty.

Looked dirty and not kept up in cooking area and at the counter. Sitting area was OK. Food was typical, but you wonder with the area behind the counter looking like it hadn't been cleaned in forever.

Don't waste your time or money. The food and the service is awful. At this rate we won't have a Benton Harbor Wendys. If you want good food and service drive to St. Joseph or Niles.

Got the baconator and my favorite from Wendy's a large Frosty but you know what you got to spend a lot of money at Wendy's now because their medium and small are really both smalls and then they're large is a medium, I'm really disappointed I know you guys are getting hit because the inflation but that's one of your biggest sellers and ice cream is cheap makes me not want to come there because it's ripping you off but I guess that's the name of the game and the fast food now!

Looked at the line at McDonalds and said nope. Came right over to the Wendy’s drive thru and they had my meal out to me in a split second. It was way better than the place across the street. Wendy’s for the win.

Prices charged don’t match prices on menu. Very icy parking lot. Front door still broken. Good chili, though.

Staying at a local hotel wanted Wendy's but they're only accepting drive up orders no walk to even though there's multiple employees in the lobby the sign on the door says short staffed.

On July 3rd. You have employees sitting down eating in the restaurant ignoring customers at the drive threw a hour before closing. At least update your hours if you are going to have people drive over to get food lazy bums.

This was the 2nd time I've been there and gotten a hard burnt crispy chicken. Went back to see if I could get one that was not burnt & the guy asked if I wanted another sandwich because he didn't think he could make it any better, smh. I've been to other Wendy's where it was made perfect and apparently this Wendy's don't know what they doing.

Burgers are VERY thin. They keep getting smaller and smaller and because of this are dried out. Not the best fadt food burger that they were for years. The pickle slices were as thick as the burger.

You could tell the food was old, burger wasn't even warm and the fries were horrible. The drive thru lady was nice though

Horrible service, was the only customer there at the drive thru (because they weren't allowing dine-ins) and I ordered a chili with cheese and sour cream and some food for the kids. Parked to eat with them and I didn't get some of their nuggets, pop was all over the cups, very messy and I didn't get a spoon, sour cream or cheese for my chili. They told me I had to go through the drive thru just to get my 3 items and that I couldn't just walk in to grab them... there was 8 people in line by then.

Was the only car and still waited in the drive thru for almost 10 mins. And the burger wasn't that good. Have definitely had better past experiences.

I was the only car in the drive thru. I waited patiently for my order. The young lady was nice but the food was not. The fries were burnt, like they cooked them twice as well as the nuggets. The burger looked as though it had been chopped and put back together. I phoned the restuarant (they're open) but no one answers the phone. Very unacceptable. I wouldn't have waited for fresh food if needed.

Friendly staff and Mr. Bobby deserve a medal for getting me off a stall marker. Didn't know it was a exit to the right of the driveway and it got stuck under my car. The gentleman was eager to help,even brought out a dolly to lift it from underneath my vehicle. We had to use the car Jack to assist us. We went there for breakfast. So everyone who enjoys Wendy's then should go there. And give praises to Bobby. That's what living in America all about kind people that helps you no matter what. And I want to thank the Manager for letting him help me too. God bless you all.

I have gone to this location 3 different times, and every time I have gone, they have messed up my order. They have forgotten at least one Entree item each time I have gone. I will NOT return to this location. 😠

For the most part, it was accurate. They were fairly quick as well.

I love Wendy's. They have a pretty large menu, with many inexpensive options. If you don't mind a wait, stop by!
