Can't order online and pay cash in store, only takes credit card. When ordering on the phone they charge more than same order placed online. Terrible way to run a business. Pizza definitely not worth the hassle

Pizza is fine most of the time. Pretty ridiculous that they still have their store inaccessible still due to “Covid.” Probably just an excuse to not keep it clean. Just saying….

Placed an order, waited for 1.5 hrs, called them for an update and was informed order was on route to be delivered. Waited another 1.5 hrs before calling back....to being told they forgot to make our pizzas!!!??! Then...stated it's too late to make a new order... So needless to say, we ordered elsewhere for dinner at 10:15 at night. Super disappointed in this seemingly established pizza place. Will not conduct business with them again....at least not at this specific restaurant.

I really love this place and location but man if they would stop messing my order up I'd really appreciate it. I didn't spend 50 $ just to drive there twice... also they never seem to offer up anything in return as compensation, not that I'm looking for a freebie but dude I spend 50 every time I come in and my order seems to have some kind of issue most times and Never a credit or anything really , other than "if you drive back we can make it right".... not sure if I'll give them another chance I'm Pretty tired of this. Meanwhile 3 years later I still have not returned to this establishment forget you Jets I go to Domino's now bro they sometimes mess my order up but they make it right give me a credit something they're not oh sorry good luck bye Jets

I loved my pizza. It was really good ( bbq chicken) but the Greek salad I ordered was old and soggy . It was obviously not fresh at all. Some of the lettuce was brown and soft not crunchy. Like it had been warm. Will never order a salad again.

We've Been Ordering Pizza 🍕And having Delivery For Years from St Joseph MI Jets without Any Problems. (We live Near Benton Manor Apts)But today they're telling Us They Only deliver to businesses. 🤔Since When? Oh I know when.They don't Want to Come into the Urban Neighborhoods Anymore. But Will Only take delivery orders from Whirlpool. Mind you it's miles past the area further out💅🏾Pay attention Benton Harbor. These are our neighbors across the river showing they're True Colors.

I’ve ordered food delivery from them in the past all of the time without any problems but recently out of the blue for no reason they always say they don’t deliver to my address. After I place my order over the phone, they’ll call back a few minutes later saying that the manager said they can’t deliver to my house. I’ve done nothing wrong and they can be weird at times. I think it’s just prejudice and discrimination that’s all.

Horrible experience every time! Call in an order they say I didn't. Orders are seldom if ever right. And how TF is a pizza cold literally 20 minutes after I ordered it ? Won't be back ever again as I tire of their garbage service, food, and constant gaslighting of customers.

They have a deal, $25.99 for a large one topping pizza, breadsticks and a 2 liter of soda, he let me use a superbook coupon for buy a large pizza get one free with the deal and I was able to get a salad too. So, for 2 large pizzas, a salad, 2 extra ranches, breadsticks and a 2 liter, it was less than 40 bucks. Can't beat that! Plus they are always friendly !!!

The order says no olives, no green peppers and half mushroom. We got half mushrooms, half green peppers and half olives. After waiting 45 minutes for a wrong delivery I didn't feel like chancing another 45 minute error. 2nd pizza I've ordered visiting family in Mi coming from AZ and 2nd wrong pizza in less than 6 months. It's in the trash if anyone wants to come get it. After reading other reviews I wish I'd seen them before I was taken in by the ad in the hotel. Beware readers, this place is nothing like they claim to be. Save your money

A far as Michigan goes with pizza, it's the best we found so far. Coming from Chicago we are picky about our pizza! Detroit style is the closest we found for crispyness and flavor. Expensive though! Especially with a family of 7 its over 50 bucks. Smh everything is!

I have been coming to this Jets location for many years and they have always been great. Today in particular they were top notch. The person who took my order made a mistake and entered my gluten free pizza as a cauliflower crust. When I came for pick up I double checked (you can never be too careful with allergies). When I realized it was incorrect I mentioned it to the person cashing me out. She put in a corrected order right away and didn’t try to make me pay for it. A+ service and a quick resolution.

THE VEGGIE CHICKEN PIZZA WAS AMAZING! THE SALAD WAS SO COLD, FRESH & CRISP. THE DELIVERY DUDE WAS SO FAST & TOTALLY COOL.

Our food was ready when we arrived. The staff was fast and friendly. As always, Jet's pizza is the best Detroit style pizza around! We also love the antipasto salad. This location is take-out only.

We recently rediscovered jets after a long hiatus. We really enjoyed the sauce on the pizzas. To me, it is the sauce that makes or breaks a pizza and jets nailed it. You cannot go inside and must call when you arrive, but this actually heightens the experience since you get to wait in your car and they bring it out, but I also get a chuckle from the guys coming outside and yelling names. Haha, good times.

Best pizza in the area. Always Consistent in flavor.

Called to order on Sunday July 17th. A young lady answered and abruptly said " it will be at least an hour". I said ok not a problem we ordered large round pepperoni and salad. She then repeated it would still be an hour. This was 7:24 pm . We arrived with hungry children to pick up our order at 8:35 exactly. The guy said ok ill be right out. A young man dark hair came out and said "we had a issue with your order." I said ok, what. He said " well you see we have a lot of customers not pick up there order so we don't have your pizza". I'm like " what ?" He said bc they were close to closing. It said they were open till 9pm. This was obsurd no customers were there, and they should have called me!! She could have told me they were closing early. Something but instead we had just got to town and now had starving kids, that were very upset. Seriously disappointed with our first visit to this area.

First time for this pizza at my son's recommendation. A deep dish 3 meat and a cheese it was very very good.

Haven't ordered in a while. This is how I remember JETS! Timely, professional on the phone, and the "back in the day" great Jets pizza. Keep it up!

Couldn't find a way to just look at the menu in hole with the prices like when you open a menu in a restaurant, so the only way to find out the prices is to place an order online and keep adding and removing things if you don't like the price, so I'll just take my business elsewhere that's a shady practice on that website.

Pizza was good and ready quickly. I was surprised to see you couldn't go in but not a big deal for us. They brought it out to your car.

We had a small wedding & reception on the beach for our daughter in July2021 . They were fantastic. They brought everything we needed to the beach . Everything was beyond our hopes. Thank you so much.
