Never have luck at this McDonalds. Don’t go to McDonalds much because something usually goes wrong. Decided to go back for one more try because we were in a hurry. My wife ordered on the app and we picked the food. In the pic you will see how I got the fries. They are expensive enough and can’t even get a full box. Why would the employees think this is acceptable? SMH! Of course the only receipt I have is this one. Never got the one with the totals.

I ordered a Big Mac & medium fry. My burger was really good. Although it seems like McDonald's burger patties have gotten smaller over the years. Or is it the buns got bigger lol. Good quality & quantity of fries. I think everyone is upset because the drive through takes forever, & most times it does, but this location is always understaffed. However, my food is always fresh! 🍔🍟👍😋

Slow drive through, even with 2 lanes it still took nearly 7 minutes to get to the order speaker and another 5 or 6 to get to the window. Then, after paying, we had to pull around to get two coffees and a sandwich. Crazy busy place!

Not a fan of the food,the service wasn't the greatest,but the group of older gentleman in the corner having breakfast made the place feel like home. Great atmosphere

Very poor customer service from Manager and Associate. I had been waiting a long time for fries after getting my tea right away. Others who ordered after me got their complete meals before me that included fries. When I asked if someone could check on my fries and gave them the order number they yelled from the back that they were going to break and not on the clock. I then asked for a manager and explained the situation and she told me that if I didn’t like the wait then I could go somewhere else… so that is EXACTLY what I’d did….that was the last $7 you will ever get from me! Poor quality employees and it shows! Never got my fries and spilled my tea and left…had 6 people walk out of the restaurant right behind me as they saw and heard the same thing!

Literally the worst McDonald’s in town! Always waiting way too long got a hard burger from here last week not worth it at all. And as a DoorDasher I hate picking up orders here literally waiting in the drive through for 10 min

Waiting, waiting, waiting. Came here for a quick bite. Did not happen. The poor guy working was doing his best but everyone was mad it was taking so long. Very short staffed.

Food was fine. Service was also fine, could’ve been better but overall fine. The play place, however, was absolutely filthy. Everything was sticky, including the places climb, there was trash and food debris in the dining and play area, and there was a hole in the toddler section my daughter kept tripping on. It’s clear the play place doesn’t even get wiped down or swept. I rarely go to McDonalds so this sealed the deal of never going back.

Wish I could give less than one star. Every. Time. Im here there’s something either missing, cold, or just wrong. I used to work food service, I understand mistakes happen but everytime?? Teach your employees how to pay attention, this is extremely frustrating.

It doesn’t matter what time of day you order food at this location, you will always have to wait an hour! They are super slow and you can hear them cussing and listening to heavy metal music loudly on their phone! I really feel like there needs to be some corporate pop ups disguised as customers at this specific location!

No sense in ordering from app they don't start it till after u get there then rude after you ask for it
