I noticed there are a lot of bad reviews on here about people having to wait for extended periods of time (in the drive thru) or getting home and the food is cold. Frankly, my wife and I just ate here and we had a great experience! We did have to wait a few minutes for our order, but it looked like there was only 3 employees working, their drive thru had a bunch of cars, and the girl who helped us was real friendly (considering how busy they were) and apologized for our wait, which was not a big deal. We both got the new BK Ch' King (1 plain, and 1 spicy w/cheese). Both chicken sandwiches were prepared (as ordered) and served to us hot and fresh! Please remember, before you rip on a place - especially a fast food or fast casual restaurant, keep in mind many of these businesses are extremely short-staffed right now. Be good to the employees who are there, because they're likely having to cover multiple positions.

Every time I order a double cheeseburger I only get one slice of cheese and usually the fries are nasty One of the worst places to have lunch

Food was thrown together sloppy display. The restaurant was slow inside as well the drive through so there wasnt any reason for it. Tastes good though. The place was pretty dead. No music just the noise from the kitchen. The ladies were great though. Service was quick, friendly, knowledgeable, and came with a smile. Thanks girls Came for breakfast what a sour visit. New management is doing great on service but come on, the prices, the size of the food, now diners have a 30 minute meal time? There "quality" sign says they make everything to order so that it's fresh but if you look at the other photo clearly they are making variety of sandwiches ahead of time, and then check out the size of their burrito next to my sausage biscuit, wow what a joke!

It's bad when people are outside begging for money. It's all over town, but here it was down right scary

Because of the convenient location, we continue to try and try this restaurant.. about once every six months or so, we forget how crummy the last service was and we try again. Without fail, we are always left disappointed. The wait times are ridiculous and the food is substandard. The employee turnover must be insanely high as no one there ever seems to know what they're doing. The new renovations they did a few years ago look so nice, but unfortunately those updates don't translate into a quality dining experience.

Don't waste your time. The lady taking my order kept interrupting me. Waited for ever on cold food, that literally tasted like absolutely nothing. The fries were so old my dogs wouldn't even touch them. Save your money and go else were!

The customer service is extremely bad!! I was told I needed a coupon code and when I was looking it up ( because I didn’t realize I needed a code the guy said, “shit” and they were not even busy. I guess he had to get back to picking his nose or something important like that. So I left went to a different Burger King.

The food is stale, over cooked and sloppy. Most of the time, a certain crew gives off the worst attitude, even if you're being respectful, they still disrespect you. Hopefully the health department can do a thorough check and clean the place up. People call this particular Burger King the trashy one and for good reason.

Sometimes I get a veterans discount but not consistently. I’m told that they don’t offer that discount!

It was like night and day walking into the Burger King on Saint Joe Avenue . They had really went downhill. BUT HAS MADE a remarkable recovery

They had me pull around the building "we're waiting on fresh fries" he said. Well why did I get old fries that we could barley eat!? And I thought that the rodeo burger had barbecue sauce on it.. apparently not! Not going back.
