out of bread at 6pm on a freezing cold tuesday? make more bread? lazy.

The (pregnant) lady on the front counter does not know how to make a sandwich. People eat with their eyes and I was beyond disappointed, that's putting it in a nice way. Someone needs to finish training her seriously. All the toppings are there but she folded them on the outside of the sandwich😞....that's just one of the sandwiches.

When your job is sandwiches how do you run out of BREAD? I will say Kylah + Craig were super sweet and apologetic… definitely keepers! (Which is why there are 3 ⭐️⭐️⭐️… But I’m extremely annoyed with management that they left 2 teenagers open to being in a situation they could not help/do anything about. My online order could not be refunded or even given as a gift card because there was no one at “level 4” in the building to do that, and a manager was not answering their *home* phone…

Waited for my door dash order for 20 minutes!!! They were in the back talking about Jersey shore, not working!!!

Went to the drive through, got the totally wrong bread, and half the toppings. No receipt. Have to think employees are doing it on purpose. Didn't even get napkins. I feel like the employees are giving us an FU

Slow. Non friendly employees. Went in at 11:30am was 3rd in line after 15 min. Person in front of me started to order 3 subs. After seeing how long it took for the first person i walked out. Oh yeah drive thru had only one car. This location keeps having these issues

I feel the N. Belt Subway's is the best one to go to. It's always clean n veggies fresh. You get what you order there!!! 4 stars only because like many places it's the employee's ethics, professionalism, or attitude they display!! This night the young lady was a 10!!👍🙂

No bread and won't make more in 3 in the afternoon...... atmosphere is okay but a mess around on the table and floor...... service already know that I told them that I'm Deaf and they keep on talking even I already show them my phone that I'm Deaf and has an list of ordering on my phone's note.......they need to do something about the worker there is bad and rude December 28, 2023

Prices need to be lower. Bread needs to be softer. Went at lunch time and it was dead
