My wife and I visited this establishment for lunch over the holiday weekend. Amidst the staffing difficulty being experienced at the time our server took great care of us, the drinks were spot on and the food was good and filling. The restaurant itself was clean and had a friendly atmosphere. We both chose a signature salad after having a 3 combo appetizer and left a lot fuller in the belly than we expected to be. All in all it was a decent time.

Our waitress was wonderful. The drinks, appetizer and meal were delicious and filling. We enjoyed playing the trivia option at the table.

The server was excellent. The food outstanding and the price very reasonable. Took my wife out for our date and we had a wonderful time she had never eaten there before and she loved it. Thank you for a wonderful time.

Amqzing service today. Very quiet and fast. We picked a great time. Servings were big and taken home. Amazing job to the staff, fast and friendly.

Great Saturday, night outing after an evening of football. Our server Dakota was extremely attentive, friendly and spot on with our orders. The food was delicious. Thanks to Dakota, we were able to enjoy my son's birthday cake and honor our Veteran, Mom after dinner. Appreciate your taking care of us Dakota!!

Update: Another outstanding visit! Happened to stop by in Veterans Day. Free Old Timer with Black Beans vs Fries 👍🤓 Service was Fantastic ✌️ Might have been my best visit ever? We happened to hit between busy times, it was very nice not being crowded... We sat at the bar. Our server was Great and timed everything perfect. I have to tell you eye really liked the healthier menu items, great chow without ruining the diet. Everything was Great, not really overpriced and served Snappily 👍🌶️🥳

Food was hot and fresh. We had the chicken bacon ranch quesadillas ,onion petals ,bacon cheeseburger ,fries ,broccoli and warm skillet chocolate chip cookie with ice cream. I was expecting this place to be horrible due to past experiences but it was surprisingly good. Our waitress was ok key with food and drinks. Nice job chili’s!

Food was good, restaurant clean. The waitress was not fully attentive she talked over us trying to order. She messed up one order, didn't inform me the 3 for 10 chip appetizers was bottomless.

Love eating at Chili's when visiting the area. Always get the triple dipper. Always a little too dark, and I feel they are trying to hide the fact that it needs a good cleaning. I take my own cleaning package and wipe the table down and always dirty.

I had an unfortunate incident from uber eats where my first delivery person stole my food. The restaurant apologized and remade my order from scratch at no additional charge to me. Excellent service.

My wife and I came in one evening and they weren't busy at all. No wait lines, though we waited for nearly 10 minutes with no host to show us to a table. The bartender saw how long we were waiting and showed us to a table. We were seated near the kitchen and I was hearing cussing, rap music, things about personal lives. One employees was sitting on the floor, in the doorway texting on her phone. Service was very slow, food was not great. I had a $25 gift card. We both ordered dishes that were under $15 a piece, we didn't order any appetizers or dessert and I still ended up paying $30+ more for mediocre food. Will definitely not be back nor will I suggest this restaurant to anybody.

Having staffing issues today I guess. So many people waited to be seated. With a lot of tables empty. And the host seemed confused and lost. Hope gets better would like to try this place sometime. Many of us just walked out.

Service was okay, but had to wait for a while a few times. My food was a bit on the burnt side, and we had to send a plate back for it to corrected twice. Overall not horrible, but not great.

I have to say this was nasty this burger was so gross it immediately made me ill. Our server was no where to be found so we paid and left I would have rather not gone here and probably won’t ever again be warned this did not taste good at all.

This was my first time eating at this Chili's. I got the bacon rancher and its was tasty as always. The service could have been a little better but they service was still pretty good. The staff was kind and helpful. The bathrooms were big and clean.

Food was great as usual. Atmosphere is always comfortable. Service was a little slow, but I feel that was due to a lack of staffing. More people need to get out there and take these open positions.

Food and service terrible! Chili cold as if it came straight from fridge. Also they refused to honor gift card. Card had $25 balance and was verified online on Chili's website. Server had attitude. Manager was rude and argumentive.

Its a chilis you know what to expect. I usually like the shrimp tacoes, but they cant do them at this location. We had a take out order mixup that they could have handled better but nothing. In dire need of management.

Sink faucet leaked all the time. Pool not well kept, wouldn't swim in it. Mediocre beds. Limited free breakfast and seating area too small for size of hotel. Won't go there again.

I went today around 2:30 (avoiding the lunch rush). I ordered the rib eye (med well) w/broccoli & street corn. The rib eye was tough, chewy & no flavor/seasoning WHAT SO EVER. The street corn was so bad it was almost dehydrated. Also my med well steak was very much well done. On an up note the brocolli & cheese fries I had for an appetizer was good! I WOULD NOT recommend this place at all!!! The waitress was awesome tho!

Food is so bad. To make bland mashed potatoes such as this, you have to have no love or care put into your cooking. Our waitress was super sweet and made sure to check on us often. I believe her name was Melanie. She was super nice and probably would have fixed whatever I asked I just didn’t want her to have to do all of that. Just don’t recommend this Chili’s food to anyone. Drinks are good. I think Melanie was also making the drinks and she knows how to make a cocktail. Nice and strong!

10 of us, four adults and six children had lunch here after visiting Chief's training camp. Our server was really good and patient despite one of the kids spilling a pitcher of soda. Our food was accurate, timely and hot. Other patrons welcomed us to St. Joseph. Great experience.

My mini burger was great... The mozzarella sticks were outstanding and HUGE, however, my chicken was very grisly and inedible.

We are from out of town, we waited 10 minutes at the front of the restaurant, to be seated. Then we waited another 10 minutes at our table for a waitress, while 3 of them stood in the back on their phones. Manager? Maybe they should have one there every shift. Service would have been fine if they were actually working. It’s wasn’t lack of staff, it was lack of working.
