    Food was hot fast and correct. Best waiter ever. Middle aged black man. He was on top of it. Loved the strawberry and banana pancakes. My steak tips could have had a bigger portion but the steak Omelette was nice sized and tasty. Again great waiter.

    Ordered the chicken omelet with hashbrowns and cheese and wheat toast. The omelet was awesome and tasted great no complaints there. The toast was dry no butter on it but was good with the jelly they had. Hashbrowns with cheese were pretty good. Little underdone but done enough to eat. Service was little slow maybe understaffed. Had to wait awhile to get seated. Other than that good place to go for some breakfast. I'd go back.

    Visited IHOP for a sit down breakfast after church. Staff upon entry were not smiley or very pleasant but our waitress was really nice and accommodating. Their bathrooms need some work. The food was decent and filling. We've had better but it was fair.

    Flies are everywhere! Sticky bathrooms and tables, could've been cleaner. Also I wish there was a custom dish, but sadly one of the new waiters said there was none.

    I enjoyed breakfast while listening to my favourite 80s song "Hold me Now" by Thompson Twins 😍 The food in the 2nd pic is a breakfast sampler. The total was 22.35$ not bad. I'm pleased. Got a haircut 💈 before breakfast so my day is off to a great start.

    The gluten free pancakes may be at risk for cross contamination for gluten for celiacs but the staff is more than willing to clean all the surfaces to limit any exposure and have special gluten free tools. The original pancakes taste the same as the gluten ones. The staff is super friendly and really helpful. Mylee and the chef manager, Freddy, really deserve a raise and the tip we gave. Frank came out personally to ease my worries. Highly recommend. Yes they aren't FDA regulated but they're still careful. Freddy is awesome at his job and walks around to check on how everything turned out personally and checked on us personally to assure everything was perfect. I told him it was and he said it's what they aim for. Go to Ihop. We got my pancakes, a country steak meal for my roommate and two milkshakes which causes them to get a big tip. 🤗

    The parking lot and entry way was very dirty. The whole place could use a good deep cleaning. And the water stains on the ceiling should be repaired. We almost left after seeing the dirty conditions. The waitess was very nice. The food wasn't bad/Not the best. I thought the prices were pretty high. There weren't very many people there for 6pm on a Tuesday night. That should have been our first sign not to go there.. I don't think we will return unless the make some major changes.

    Pancakes were good but waited over an hour. Manager apologized but it still took forever. Ended up taking stuff to go. Even took forever to put stuff in to go containers and we started eating in the car and the food was cold. Manager was friendly though and gave us 20 percent off due to the wait.

    Had the country fried steak breakfast. Ate the eggs and hash browns first, they were good. The pancakes were cold and I had a hard time cutting into them. Had to take the steak home. When I went to eat it, seemed like it was full of gristle.

    Absolutely a disgusting place third time in hoping that it was just a bad visit the last time, but third time seems to be the charm.... All the dishes were dirty. We had to clean our own table and booth even after asking to have it clean food everywhere on the floor. It was so disgusting we left without finishing our meal.

    The hostess was slow to seat us. (10 mins) Once we got to our table, we didn't see the waitress for another 10 mins. She took our drink order and 10 mins later she came back with our drinks. We finally ordered or food, which we waited 45 mins for! If you're in a hurry or have limited time, Don't go here.

    My wife and I have eaten at the St Joseph IHOP several times during the past 4 months. We have always had good, cheerful service and good, warm food. The dining area has always been clean. We especially enjoy "Bill" as our Server. I had heard of past shortcomings from friends, but we have not personally seen anything but friendly workers serving IHOP food.

    The past few times here have been a disaster with the service. Our server gave us a glass full of lukewarm water, no ice, and strawberries at the bottom when we asked for strawberry lemonades. Another server came shortly after and offered to get us the correct drinks, which she did, but that strawberry water was a kick in the gut first thing. The same server also denied having turkey bacon and customizable omelets, and I know IHOP serves those. This server seemed new and did not ask anyone about it, despite me assuring them that it's something we've ordered often. I also ordered a house salad as a side - I'll leave the picture of it. It was a very unpleasant experience, and to top it off, they very uncomfortably joked about needing $100 as a tip. Another time, I went out with friends and our server was very friendly, but seemed very new, as well. They took our drink orders, did not write any of it down, and came back 5 minutes later to ask what our orders were again. We were a party of 5. This server also passed items to us by reaching directly across one of my friend's faces. Literally inches away from their nose. Multiple items... I understand being new, but that is very unprofessional and very uncomfortable. Unfortunately the food isn't quite good enough - to me, at least - for me to want to come back to this environment. We've given it multiple tries, but the service doesn't seem to improve. The only redeeming thing for me are the drinks - I love the strawberry lemonade and the new splashers, when they are actually made correctly!

    When we pulled up we should've turned around and left. The weeds next to the building were the first clue. No other cars were in the parking lot. When our family met us there we decided to go in and the entryway was dirty, the employee was standing there. It would be nice if they were cleaning the windows, sweeping the floor, just cleaning up the place. Some of the silverware was dirty and I'd say we will never go there again. The food was mediocre.

    My husband wanted to go here Christmas morning and have breakfast so we did. My husband never got a refill on his drink but I did. It was busy so maybe the server was a little overwhelmed. The food was amazing.

    The only thing good was the service by the waiter. The facility smells like backed up sewage, numerous flies, and just an overall uncomfortable ambiance. Chicken and Waffles - Cold with two borderline undercooked chicken patties cut in half instead of four actual chicken tenders. Eggs Benedict - basically flat boiled eggs with cold sauce, cold hashbrowns, and cold ham. The waiter was very understanding and empathized with the quality of the food. Unfortunately, his day will suffer because the cooking staff fails which will not please the customer. This restaurant used to do great, and I'm willing to wager it now underperforms what it used to significantly. IHOP, whatever happened to food quality and cooking to match what you advertise? Grade: D

    Food was good but we ordered salads. It could have been colder and the avocado could have been better. Had over ripened and was slimy and brown on edges. The restaurant needed a good cleaning.

    Surprisingly bland for an IHOP! The waitress was stressed because it was busy, but by no means was the store full (which tells me they're understaffed, even at slow times). I hope they give the wait staff adequate support in the future, cause I could tell the waitress was upset about not being able to juggle everything we needed

    The staff was extremely pleasant and most importantly, the manager, Freddie Brewer, was very patient and accommodating to me as I tried to navigate the menu to make healthy food choices. I was able to have a healthy and savory meal! Thank you! Will visit again when I come back in town!

    Christian was our server and she absolutely killed it! We had a party of 4, and her cook walked out on her. She kept her composer even to know she was upset. Filled our order. Cooked our food even! Took us a long time to get our food, but she absolutely killed it. She needs praise and prayers and a freaking raise!!! Can't believe the cook walked out!! She killed it! Yell should be thankful to have her as an employee!!!!

    Today I had the best service and food I have had at this restaurant in years. IHOP has had memories for me since childhood. I do miss the pigs in a blanket, but that is a sentimental thing. The Manager and wait staff were very pleasant, and helpful.

    Went on an off time (2pm Wednesday) only 4 people in the whole place. To me that would give staff an opportunity to clean. This restaurant needs to be shutdown for a DEEP CLEANING or the management and staff need to use their time wisely and deep clean while they are slow. Food was fresh and server was super nice. It took 3 of my hands wipes to come clean on the seat and divider edge.

    My husband and I ordered food for pick up , he got all the way home and we were missing a sandwich. We tried to call for 20 minutes after he got home and their phone was off the hook. My husband ate his food so it wouldn’t get cold. My husband drove back up to ihop to get the sandwich and the manager ( no name tag) refused to give it to him until he produced the bag of food and accused him of lying that we didn’t get the food and wouldn’t refund us for the cost of the missing food.He told my husband there wasn’t anything he could do because he couldn’t prove we didn’t get the food. What a joke! Horrible costumer service! Will never go back!

    The food was good. However, we want to commend our server Bill for the great job he did and attitude he displayed during an unexpected rush. He was greeting guests, serving, and bussing tables, all while maintaining a friendly attitude. He is the kind of employee restaurants should strive to keep.

    Ordered to-go. Should've checked before leaving but get home and this is what my order looks like. Hash browns aren't even cooked, and pancakes dont even look remotely like how the cinn-a-stack pancakes should look. Claiming they're under new management... clearly isn't anything to brag about. Horribly disappointed and would not eat here again.

    I hate leaving bad reviews as I work in customer service as well and always try to understand that we are all human and things happen…. But this was one of the absolute worst experiences at a restaurant I have ever had. We had a larger group of 9 but It still took 20 minutes for someone to come to our table for a drink order and when we did get the drinks the 2 strawberry lemonades were nothing but water with a little strawberry syrup In the bottom. It was disgusting. We ordered our food as well and was and it took 40 minutes for it to come out which I am just chalking up to it is was nine dishes and it is what it is. But in that time we had the hardest time flagging someone down for drink refills. Some of the orders were wrong and the did at least fix the one that was completely a different dish than what was ordered. This was all just horrible service but what made me the most upset was that in the middle of finally eating after waiting over an hour our server was bringing the checks and asking for payment. We waited for food and service and we couldn’t even get half way through the meal before we were being pushed for payment. I would have been more understanding had they been busy but there were what appeared to be 4 servers and maybe 8 other tables other than ours.This use to be a nice place with good food and service, but after this experience I will never come back.
