I have always wanted to try them, but I didn't think they had gluten free options... Well too my surprise they have quite a bit. Even their Alfredo is gluten free, which you can't find at any other restaurant. Not even olive garden has that option. I had the lasagna which doesn't come in gluten free, but my husband has celiac and has to have gluten free. I was able to order him a to go meal, which was amazing! The food was better than I thought it would be and I would definitely go back! The bread stick are delicious and my mom and I really liked it. For being a fast food type restaurant it pretty darn good!

We come for the breadsticks and order food to go with them. No Fazolis near us so we stop at one whenever we can on our travels. This one was very clean. The food came out fast and hot. The server was excellent at checking on everyone, clearing plates and tables and did it cheerfully. A team bus came in while we were there. They had apparently ordered ahead. Tables were ready for them and food was brought out quickly without slowing down orders for the rest of us. Amazing!

The food here is good for an Italian fast food place. I get the ultimate sampler and share with a kid or 2. We tried the pepperoni breadstick bites which where pretty good. The breadsticks here are always endless. If you work for mosaic, they give free drinks as long as you have your badge with you. The kids really love to eat here. The staff is nice and the food comes out quick and fresh.

Great deals for $6 lunch. I left my iPhone by accident and these nice employees kept it for me until I came back. It’s always nice to have some honest decent people left in this world. Thanks 🙏. The breadsticks were fresh and place was clean.

Wow I hadn't Been to Fazolis in Year's. What was I thinking? Our Cashier slash waitress. Did an amazing Job. Food was Crazy Hot and fresh. Brought everything out. And gave extras. What a great experience. Definitely will be back. I would Highly recommend dine in and try the Lunch special for $6.99 with all-you-can-eat Bread sticks.

Brandy and staff were super helpful creating my specific order for my kids. They were very friendly and went the extra mile by individually packaging the breadsticks for each kiddo. Very impressed and will definitely be back!

This place was PACKED! They had 3 buses of Special Needs adults while we were there and they were amazing! They got everything quickly and efficiently, we’re very polite even when slammed with customers. They kept the dining room kept up through it all as well. Overall it was a great experience!

We had a great experience here, service was on point, as our dishes were delivered quickly and everyone was polite and kind. The environment is typical as there was a basketball team here, which we loved, brought back memories of high school and traveling with teams. Keep up the fantastic work! Above and beyond a more expensive establishment.

I guess they don’t come out and grind the cheese on your food anymore. They only gave me two breadsticks. None of the food has much meat in it, even if you get Lasagna or Spaghetti with meat sauce. It’s good if you want fast food Italian, the Lemonade is good. I only put 3 stars because I’ve had better service there in the past.

Just a quick stop on the way home from Florida. It was very nice to be able to get out and stretch the legs and eat pasta.

Love that they bring food out to your table now. The bone -in chicken wings are amazing! And those bread sticks are great as usual. Restaurant was clean. Staff was friendly. Good value for the money.

Thomas worked with us being our first time he made a few good suggestions waited for our opinion on the drink and made sure everything was to our liking. Thomas made sure we felt welcome and treated us with the upmost respect and hospitality. My boyfriend, who is a cook, says this is one of this is some of the best food he has eaten in a long time. Fazoli’s has most definitely earned a loyal customer not only because of the food but because Thomas, went out of his way to be welcoming and helpful throughout our experience. We sure hope our opinion helps and my boyfriend says that Thomas is a rare find employee. We owe you a huge thank you for the hospitality and the effort in making excellent food.

The customer service was amazing! They were eager to inform of the specials. They were attentive to us as parents with small children by bringing a highchair, bib and bag at the end for our leftover boxes. Food was hot and quickly served.

The food was hot and fresh. Employees were very friendly and efficient. They were nderstaffed, so the wait to order and to receive our food was longer than usual. Despite being understaffed, they checked on us a few times and brought out more breadsticks.

The staff was nice and helped out when they could their one waiter named Tarl was very nice and definitely made the whole experience that much more better. Definitely keep him around!

Hot food & they were quick about it. I had the loaded fettacinni and mozzarella sticks with a side of alfredo. Super cool guy took our order and a very nice girl brought the food out to us. Very curteous... I dig that!

I think that their breadsticks are better than their much more expensive competitor in this town. Their staff is polite and they we enjoyed our meal very much. We plan to bring a group of special citizens there this week and they are very accomodating to special needs people.

Our server Amanda did a phenomenal job, she constantly brought us breadsticks and made sure we were satisfied with our orders!

They closed all the Fazoli's near me years ago...it was a favorite place of mine to eat. I saw that there was a location in St. Joseph (where I was traveling to for the day) and I had to stop there for lunch. It was just as good as I remembered😋 It made my 7 hour drive to get there, worth the trip👍 I had baked ziti and meatballs, with those delicious garlic bread sticks...Yum-O!!

Fast and friendly service with awesome (all you can eat) breadsticks and delicious pasta during our dine-in experience today.

Normally great service and great food. Today however I went in 10 minutes after open and finally walked out because I couldn't get waited on. There was staff member in yhe lobby, 2 outside smoking, and the manager that did say "hello" and walked off. My son asked the staff member in the lobby if they were taking orders he said yes but they just opened. Manager then came up to the register and started punching things in trying to avoid eye contact. I said to my son that we might go somewhere else loud enough for them to hear. He still didn't acknowledged us even as we turned away. There are plenty of other placed close by that are ready to serve customers when they open.

Such a nice place to eat with the friendliest staff. Such a nice change from a few years ago, where management was verbally abusing staff in front of customers. Now both managers and staff come Check on you to see if you need anything. Very out of their way kindness, and really heart felt.

Tommy is always so professional and helpful. I look forward to going through the drive thru and seeing him because he is never short of perfection! The customer service has improved SO much in the past years! Thank you Tommy for the best customer service!
