Breakfast was nasty! will never eat it again. Sausage is to firm/hard and very over spiced with pepper. Chicken Biscuits are over sweet. The biscuits and gravy was just Soso. The sandwiches are small and over priced for the quality. Expected better.

It's my favorite Wendy's in town! Been getting a spicy chicken for many years! The staff is always friendly to me, & my food is usually fresh! The size of the spicy vary & today it was gigantic!

Long line in the drive through, charged us for the wrong order, waited for around 10 minutes. The drive through workers were very nice and pleasant but the blue-haired manager told the workers to “give them their food and get them out of here” very rudely.

The food tasted like it was made hours before I arrived ,just awful.....,I ordered a double cheeseburger w/bacon, fries, and a drink . When I got it the bun was hard like it had been left out uncovered and the meat was cold not even Luke warm, I hate to complain but I did take that back and ask for a hot cheeseburger,the girl looked at me crazy and said what's wrong with it ? I asked her to please make me a fresh cheeseburger. She said ok I'll bring it out and tossed the other one in the trash , 3min later she had another one exactly the same .I guess the grill wasn't working that day . I didn't complain , I just wasted 6 dollars on a lunch I couldn't eat !! Definitely not Wendy's I remember. Won't ever go there again. Do not waste your money. The tables were dirty and floor was too .

Last time I probably eat at this location; on the back of the receipt there's a QR code to submit a review and how your visit was, I submitted wrote what I perceive to be a thoroughly honest review and then basically the manager comes out as I was leaving basically preventing me from leaving and then accosting me to try to get me to change with the review like I've seen everything but this is some like communism stuff. This is America and we have free speech and if they're going to basically try terror tactics to scare away reviewers that says something about the restaurant

Sausage biscuits n gravy??? Over $3?? HORRIBLE VALUE!!!! get 1 biscuit and not even 1/4 of a sausage with, light gravy??Mcdonalds has all of that w/o gravy for $1 with 4 times the sausage. Horrible value. Next time I'm thinking breakfast, I'll just leave Wendy's out of the equation...

If you need a quick bite to eat the 4 for $4 real hits the spot. You get a burger, fries, chicken nuggets and a drink.

We ate here on 7/10/22 while traveling from KC back to Omaha. The teenagers working here were extremely efficient at their job. Very polite and helpful too. One of the best fast food experiences we've had in a long time.

Food was hot and fresh. Pumpkin Spice frosty was great for the first couple sips but was cloyingly sweet after that. But over all everything was great.

Newly remodeled. The food was delicious and piping hot. Customer service was great. Everything was very clean.

Wendy's flavored sandwiches are the best. They are very zesty and tasty. And they have perfect fries.

Do not place a mobile order at this location, they will skip over your order and have you wait. Service was piss poor, didn't even receive a small frosty for having to wait an extra 15mins for my order

Food is always good and ready quick for a fast meal. The 4for4 and biggie bags are a great deal and never break the pocket book.

I'm a dasher and this Wendy's is one of the speediest and kindest stores to interact with. Shout out to Jess and crew for not making a big fuss about me dropping one of the drinks. Y'all warmed my heart tonight. Great energy.

Typical fast food chain. Not my fast food burger,but the customer service was hands down 5 star service.

Great service today and every day. So fast and order was perfect, as usual. Thank you for being one of the only fast food restaurants that are still fast and still serve actual food.

Overall pretty nice restaurant friendly staff good food and stays busy and that does a lot.

Bad experience. Only ordered drinks/ drink order was screwed up, girl dropped card and got attitude from team working.

I did drive thru. My only complaint is the breakfast sausage isn't really kid approved. The honey chicken biscuit is tops

If I could give 0 stars I would. Very rude staff, Order made wrong, Order taker wasn't listing and talking to ppl behind us, code machine not working so we let manager know and was told THEN CALL COKE ITS NOT MY PROBLEM, she then tried to make it better by replacing our drinks, wrong sauces were given, missing half of our Order, and nobody helped to try and fix the issues. This is not the first time this restraunt has done this to myself and my co workers.

Food is very good..price and quality flavor is better than Mickey Ds.. But i can't think of any place worse than Mc Donald's..

Very rude and snooty employees. Got rude with me when I asked which frosty was which. Told me to dig around on each persons cup with a spoon because they didnt know.

i came to this wendy’s after they had just closed and i really wanted a 4 for 4 and this girl names niyah was so sweet and still gave me the good and even gave me a large fry!! thank you sooo much

I don't go out to eat that often but my grandsons had gift cards to Wendy's so I took them there. I was surprised to see each of their orders come up to about $14 a piece! So much for gift cards anymore that you can use more than once! Also, the music was way too loud. We had a hard time having a conversation just sitting across from each other at our table! The cashier also had trouble hearing my grandsons tell her what they wanted to order as well.

Ohio transplant, the original home of Wendy's. I enjoy eating at this location. It is clean and the staff is friendly. The strawberry frosty is GOOD!

Stopped in drive thru for a Frosty and Fries. The line was very long but the person working the drive thru was so nice and pleasant, we didn't mind the wait. When we got our order the fries were fresh, hot and delicious. I don't mind waiting when the service is so good.

Went through drive thru as the lobby is closed for remodeling, ordered 1 sausage egg and cheese biscuit sandwich and 1 bacon egg and cheese croissant sandwich cost of $6 and some change, got home and opened bag and wife asked what I ordered and told her but she didn't see either sandwich 1 was a sausage biscuit only sandwich was dry and my sandwich was a chicken bacon biscuit and if we didn't have other things scheduled I might have returned but we didn't have time. You want $15 hour for someone to throw a sandwich in a bag without any consequences then pay attention to your entire job's from start to finish or stay out of the kitchen area and clean table's. Sandwiches were dry and tasteless, glad you made a sale and don't care.

Service was quick, even tho the girl working the register couldn't be more uninterested! You could definitely tell she did NOT want to be there.. We ordered the baconator and was not asked if it was to be single or double. Ordered the Dave's double add bacon there was no bacon. No receipt offered.. Food was hot and fresh, so no complaints there. Store was fairly clean

Ordered food 40 minutes before close and when the driver got there they didnt bother making my order! lazy service if you ask me.
