As usual this Freddy's was clean. As usual the food was very hot. As usual the the Original Double had a very beefy flavor to it. As usual the bathroom was clean. And as usual it was very crowded at lunch. They had a person doing nothing but cleaning tables. However, none of that is the main reason I stop at Freddy's no matter where I'm at. I stop because it is dad-gum-good!

Always good when I get the chance to stop here. The burgers are great, and so is the patty melt. The hot dogs are very tasty especially on their special grilled bun. And who doesn't love the Freddy seasoning and sauce?? Probably the best fries in town! Price wise it's right on par with most places, especially for the quality you get. I'm glad Freddy's came to town!

The food was good and fresh. Service was exceptional. I was especially impressed by the cashier who smiled very genuinely! After a long last four days, their smile made my day!

Simply put this was the best service we've had at any quick service food restaurant!! Everyone was so friendly!! The food was fresh and delicious!! I could not have been happier and I've been back several times since then and they've held to the same standard every time! Great job and 2 thumbs up to All the staff and to the managers as well!

French Fries were fried to perfection…I love that they’re so thinly sliced .. steak burger was delicious with two thin patties that had crispy edges .. and the pumpkin pie concrete custard.. can I just say that you’re hooked after one bite 😋 I’m not much of a fan for fast foods .. but I’m going to be finding a way to bring one to my hometown in the Panhandle of Florida 😊📸 Holley’s Girl Photography

Freddy's steak burger melts are the bomb, and their fries are the best. We always ask for as much fry sauce as the law will allow!!! Lol their custard ice creams are really good but pretty pricey for such small servings. But over all this place is my teenage sons favorite.

I really just want 2 take a moment and let everybody know my last experience at freddys in manhattan was great food was fresh warm and delicious the ice cream was really great also it was refreshing to get a meal from fast food and not complain about 1 part at all sorta even reinstilled my hope in the food industry....long story short thank u 2 the workers who do go to work and care while they are there u are appreciated

Amazing customer service! It was very windy and hard for them to hear my order so when I realized it was wrong they immediately made it right. Would definitely recommend.

The burgers are practically made of nothing but salt and seasoning. Service was glacial speed. Prices at Freddie's are becoming out of reach for us. We'll look elsewhere.

This place is still good but the quality has declined the longer they're open hopefully there'll be workers cycled through that give a damn. You know take pride in your work don't just collect a check!

Freddys brought the heat and smashed meat. Everything was Phenomenal! The Onion ring’s really good. It’s hard to find a good Onion Ring outside of a Mom and Pop Diner. The Burgers with special Sauce was super juicy and good with all the trimmings. The shakes and concrete very Milky and full of flavor. And the fry sauce compatible with any side or Burger. Customer service was Excellent. The Gentle men helped me switch some things around to suit our preferences and saved us a few dollars. Definitely Give Freddy’s a try. Sooooooo Good!!!!!

I went through the drive threw,I ate a beef hotdog very good and filling. It was @ $7.00 and hot . The toasted bread on the outside was the part I liked most . I also had a small fry that was hard to stop eating.

You can't get any better... everything is fantastic especially their frozen custard. It's a good thing I don't live close to one because my waistline would seriously suffer!

Enjoyed my patty melt and cheese curds which I thought were better than Culver's. Had a strawberry concrete mixer which I thought was only so-so and lacked flavor. Culvers much better frozen custard...imo

Floor was sticky, but food was good, ice cream cookie sandwiches were either previously melted or smashed. Could of been cleaner compared to other Freddy's I've been too. I liked the Freddy's bike hanging from the ceiling though!

They have good burgers and fries! Only my 2nd time there, but will be going there more and sooner than later.

The last 4 times I've eaten here have been some of the worst fast food experiences I've ever had. Fries were like they were 2 days old, the veggies on my burger were wilted and tasted old, the cheese was like plastic. I didn't even eat the meal, just those initial bites. This is usually my go to place for a once or twice a month fast food burger but man, it's gone downhill.

Got the order wrong. Then the manager told us he didn't make it after the fact because we told him not to. Young manager lacking basic understanding of customer service. Crew was very inefficient to say the least

Somewhat industrial dining area. Food is good, but be sure to specify what you want on your burger. I find their mustard and onion combo odd for a standard dressing. French fries are thin and crispy, definitely good. My wife really likes the shakes

The grandchildren told me they would rate this place a 10 out of 5. Best burger, fries & ice cream they ever ate.

Food is generally pretty good. Service is what is disappointing. The person taking your order is never friendly. They do not greet you, and when you pick up your food they do not talk to you wither. Just shout out a number.

The restaurant was clean as were the restrooms. The men's room had a diaper changing station. Staff members were friendly and worked quickly and accurately to complete our order. The drive thru seemed to be moving quickly as well. We ordered two of the double California style cheeseburgers and they were delicious. We also got a hotdog, fries, and a drink. The fries are always outstanding. They are thin, crispy, and heavily seasoned. The fry sauce is delicious!! This chain is very kid friendly. We did not order ice cream this time, but there are so many options to choose from and they are delicious as well!

If you like steak n shake, you'll like this place. Definitely not a typical fast food burger.

I am a Manager at another restaurant and applied for a position. Got an interview offer and took time off my current job. When I got there the Manager tells me that she has no record of my interview. Then goes to pass the buck and say it was the recruiting websites fault and admitted it was not the first time this has happened. So it is a known issue that is not fixed. So then tells me that after wasting my time and hours I took off, to go to another site and apply again. I have to say this place is very unprofessional and no care of wasting peoples time and wonder why you are hiring and can't keep employees. One good thing is I'm better off not getting the job and working with people who don't really know how to manage. I don't know about the food but would not recommend anyone applying for a position there.

I went today after having drs appointments all morning. The staff was super friendly, my food was served in a speedy manner but also was fresh and delicious! I asked for some fry sauce expecting to get like 2 and the sweetheart at the window gave me 5 ( she's the real MVP lol) my food tasted delicious! Over all highly satisfied with my vist. The parking lot was clean and from what I could see of the inside it was as well!! Will most definitely recommend to others and will return! Thank you guys for your amazing service!

First time getting a chocolate shake, I didn't like the taste. Fries were good while hot and the burger was ok. Drive thru was slow with just 2 cars ahead of me

Food was delicious as usual. Girl taking order needs to pay attention. She asked if we wanted a Sunday or concrete… I replied a Sunday and she entered in concrete. Asked for the new bbq bacon burger as a single and got a double with no bbq sauce.

It's a sad, sad day. Currently looking for a new favorite hamburger place, since Freddy's serves pink slime and not real meat. My husband's burger was SO red it looked raw. That's NOT real meat and no one can convince me otherwise, certainly not the overbearing little punk who wanted to argue with me, nor the manager who claimed that it was the new meat supplier. And they didn't even give us our money back. We paid for an inedible meal and didn't even get an apology.

Drove through for coffee, which they didn't have. Got a small sundae just to say I tried it. Very nice staff, got the order correct, and easy access to the highway. Recommend for desserts, I guess...

We usually never have any problems, and today when I went and picked up our order at the counter I ask for some Freddy's sauce, the guy gave me 2 small containers. Then I ask him for more and he was happy to go get me some and he was stopped by another gal worker and she said we only give out 1 sauce per fry order, really. Then if thats the case, either out the container back out on the counter or make the container of sauce bigger, because some people like using the sauce for their fries and to put on our hamburgers. Really doubt if we go back to Freddy's again, we will go down the road to 5 Guys.

Use to love this place but it’s gone down hill in the cleaning department. I can never find a clean dining table, seat, floor area even around 3:00pm in the afternoon! The floors are so sticky too even in the bathroom! The food is still good! Just be warned when dining in.
