pizza
online.
Got
a
text
that
they
was
baking
my
pizza
but
it
should
have
been
for
a
5pm
pick
up.
So
somewhere
it
got
messed
up.
It
wasn't
even
5
min
after
the
order
was
placed.
I
call
the
store
and
told
them
what
had
happened
and
asked
if
they
would
remake
it
later
as
there
was
a
issues
and
lines
got
crossed
somewhere.
The
manager
was
very
rude.
Raised
her
voice
at
me.
Said
she
is
not
writing
off
$70
in
pizza
because
I
don't
know
how
to
put
in
an
order.
I
explain
it
said
5pm
when
I
ordered
it
but
something
happed.
She
said
she
didn't
care.
I
would
not
get
a
refund
or
new
pizzas
at
5pm.
I
asked
for
her
name
because
she
was
rude
and
raising
her
voice.
She
said
she
didn't
have
to
give
it
to
me.
I
would
not
recommend
this
place
because
if
their
management
don't
understand
how
customer
service
works
or
how
to
talk
to
customer
then
they
should
not
work
with
customers.
I
work
with
customers
daily
and
if
I
was
to
ever
talk
to
one
of
my
customers
that
way,
I
would
be
fired.
If
there
is
a
issues
or
something
happening
online
or
a
miscommunication
I
would
gladly
fix
it.
$70
dollars
now
which
is
probably
like
$30
their
cost
would
equal
more
money
because
that
customer
will
keep
coming
back.
