We were in the drive thru 45 min...order was wrong went and banged on the door..nobody came..called...it never rang just hung up immediately...sitting in the drive thru now to get the rest of our orders...no straws for 2 drinks...shake machine of course was broken...forgot our burger and your chicken nugget sauces...we will have cold food for 30.00 and over and hour wait...at 11:45 pm. Would give zero stars but wont let you!

I’d give 0 stars if it was an option! There’s trash literally everywhere. Every single table is nasty. Glad we went inside because they didn’t give us all of food. The quarter pounder was cold and the McDoubles were burnt and was like taking a bite out of a salt block🤮 At least they didn’t mess up the chicken nuggets.

This is one of the coolest Mc Donald's I have ever been to! My son loves the play area. We drive out of our way to go to it on the way to KC!

I hope this is the future of the golden arches. The interior is warm and inviting, and the staff is a cut above the competition. I highly recommend a custom sandwich. Not only do you get unlimited fries, but the ingredient choices are a higher quality. I will definitely eat here again.

So much for being 24/7. St. Joe is worthless when it comes to fast food. Workers in the building. Lot full of cars and they shut off all the menus for drive thru. Seems like no one wants to work these days.

While visiting STJ I stopped here to pickup breakfast for my family. Wow, I can’t recall ever seeing a nicer looking MCD! Beautiful store and friendly staff.

Seems like the order is almost never correct, or missing items. Also for this store to have 2 lanes to order, it takes way to long to receive your food, it seriously takes a good 20mins for you to receive your food which is ridiculous. Especially when it's supposed to be FAST-FOOD, in which they lack the concept of FAST. Then when you try reporting a problem, or have a complaint. There attitudes become 10× worse than they were before, which there attitudes weren't all that great to begin with.

Ty I think was his name. Took my order at the first window around 7:20 am. He was great help. He was very nice and very patient so nice he made my day. Seems like a hard working guy and deserves to be recognized!

Well I’m definitely not going here for breakfast waited in the drive thru and couldn’t get anyone to take my order after 15 minutes I pulled up to the window and knocked someone came over and said they weren’t ready yet. Why is this 24hrs if you can’t order anything early in the morning

Drive through on a trip, they were the least busy. Dont know how, but the Big Mac didnt have a sesame bun and it was sloppy. It was pretty mcnasty to me. Kids ate the meals, made hats out of the boxes and the toys won as always. The people working were kind, fast and didnt fumble the order. McDonald's is what mcds does, mess up the stable options that still heartburn like the old data. Btw i hate giving bad reviews

Pretty darn fast in the AM. Lunchtime came and again my order quickly arrived. Being from the South Side of St. Joseph so when I dine in it’s like a class reunion.

Nice looking mcdonalds. Employees are lazy. Wont sell me coffee at 0330 while im vehicle- less. Open 24 hours only if you have a car. Elderly employee was rude explaining this, while smoking outside. Just a coffee. Too lazy.

The person working at the window was friendly and polite. The food was honestly prepared better than other McDonald’s we have been to. I’m giving this place 5 starts because they were honestly a good part of our trip to Arkansas

This St. Joe's McDonald's may be one of the best I've been to. Very clean, fast service & good breakfast.

I ordered online and when I went they didn't give me a grimace shake and they didn't give me sweet and sour and I tried it a few weeks ago and I am very mad I didn't get it also my grimace shake was like white and purple marble they wrong size and no whipped cream I am very mad and do not recommend

One star for sure. Did curbside pickup and waited 30 minutes and actually had to call the store and speak with the manager to see what’s going on and he was rude! Told me they were working on it. I had 2 mcchickens and a large fry. 🙄

McDonald’s on the north side of town is one of the best in town! I gave four out five stars because I had ordered a Frappé but was unable to get it because an overnight employee had punched the machine and broke it. — I was given a substitute because I had ordered online and it was still available to order through the app. The nuggs are always fresh and curbside is always speedy!

Tried to order a couple of mocha frappe and some sandwiches for a crew my husband works with and was very rudely told they were out of mocha. So they lost at least a sixty dollar order and as a person who frequents this mcdonalds due to its location I haven't been back. Usually don't have any problems, but whoever it was in the drive made me feel very unwelcome like I was bothering her.

This location has struggled for well over a year with order accuracy and timelines. Employees over the intercom at the drive-thru are not very friendly and when numerous people have to step inside to get part of their order fixed, the employees act put out or as if you are not a large concern to them.

Their breakfast crew is gret, the evening crew not so great. Its Mcs so you pretty much know what to expect. Do not go to the south location just a few miles down the road that place is horrible.

I usually do not go to McDonald's. We went for breakfast bc we were in a time crunch. The inside is clean. The only staff we had to deal with was nice.

I felt bad for the employees. They were getting yelled at by multiple customers because the orders were taking 30 minutes +. The online / App ordering floods these poor stores with no actual system to handle the rush of orders. I hope the new employees stay with it after getting these rude customers.

My reviews to all these bad reviews about having to wait for your food you can either have it fast or you can have it fresh your choice but anybody that complains about this needs to work in fast food and realize it's not easy we have to go order by order we don't get to just pick what order we want to make first and do it you have to be patient no I'm not saying you should wait 30 minutes or whatever but I've had customers yell at me because they've waited like 10 minutes for their order if you could see our screen is loaded with orders we can't work any faster we're not machines we're humans we are right on it and we are working on it at least be kind you're not any more important to us than the customer before you all the customers are equally important you're not anymore important than that one that ordered first why don't you try working fast food and see exactly how hard it is to get everything out within 5 minutes if we did that your food would be ice cold

We went thru the drive thru and the person taking our order did not even say how can I help you… she said hello in a rude tone we asked about a meal and she didn’t answer for a while and then said one very rudely so we choose to leave. Beyond offended with how rude people are

I watched 5 cars order on the other drive through and no one took my order, I waited long enough I pulled out of line and went to Hardees.

I can only wish The Highway store was near this good. Always polite and quick. The 169 store is a mess slow and hateful. The kid with a scared lip has NO Right in the store let alone working with customers.

Honestly I came through and ordered one med frappe and when I got to the last window the person working handing out people's orders this lady hands me my med frappe trying to wipe it off though there was a huge Crack in the cup she hands it to me knowing there is a Crack in it when I tell her there is a Crack in it she tries to quickly shove the cup in my hand dropping it treats me as if I am the problem or the reason she is frustrated! I have worked so many fast food jobs and never not once ever treated anyone not an employee or customer as if they were a problem! I don't care if you are on a corner holding a sign as your job you should always be respectful and professional!

I sat there 15 minutes waiting for an interview while the hiring manager was sitting with a group of employees talking about chick-fil-a and other nonsense. The food is good but if your looking for a job I recommend going somewhere else
