am
not
a
customer
for
this
location
because
of
how
I
have
been
treated
as
a
doordasher
who
enters
the
store
on
behalf
of
a
PAYING
customer.
This
is
just
ONE
instance
of
poor
service.
I
arrived
for
my
customers
order
at
10:15.
Order
was
set
to
be
ready
at
10:17.
I
go
inside
and
am
told
"It'll
be
a
while"
half
an
hour
goes
by
and
my
customers
order
still
hasn't
been
started,
but
every
customer
in
drive
through
has
been
taken
care
of
as
well
as
other
customers
inside
and
other
dashers
who
came
to
get
orders
for
their
customers.
My
customer
placed
and
paid
for
his
order
BEFORE
any
of
the
people
in
the
drive
thru
and
at
11:00
the
order
still
isn't
ready.
The
woman
running
the
front
couldn't
tell
what
food
was
what
in
y'all
LABELED
wrappers.
She
was
pulling
cars
forward
telling
them
their
orders
weren't
ready,
but
then
admitting
loudly
that
she
didn't
even
know
what
their
order
was.
Clear
disregard
for
PAYING
customers
because
they
didn't
come
to
your
location
and
instead
needed
their
order
delivered.
This
is
the
experience
every
time
I
pick
up
a
door
dash
order
from
this
location.
Meanwhile
the
cook
was
back
there
complaining
about
having
to
make
more
biscuits
and
wanted
the
woman
at
the
front
to
stop
serving
breakfast
before
10
because
he
didn't
want
to
make
more
biscuits.
Listen
to
your
cameras
and
you
will
hear
everything
your
customers
and
representatives
of
other
customers
heard
from
your
employees.
