    Terrible food. Frisco sandwich not grilled. Frisco and Big cheeseburger were warm. Patty for the big cheese was not broiled. Onion rings rock hard. Should have known when it only took 1:45 to get the food. Go someplace else.

    Went for a late breakfast. As always the food was delicious. Taste, temperature, 4 Stars! The atmosphere was just average but the service was not good at all! The manager was working the window expediting, never once acknowledged us, was yelling at the kitchen staff and was clearly flustered! Once the cashier finally decided to take our order, there was no apology about the wait or anything, just "are you ready to order?" And asked for a name and gave us our total. Oddly enough our order came up before guests that were waiting longer than we were. We both enjoy Hardee's a lot but we may reconsider dining in at least at this location the next time. Manager clearly needs integrity training because a manager's job is to coach, motivate and train, not belittle.

    Flat out fastest drive through experienced in some time! Friendly faces, super fast as mentioned and quite Tasty 👍 Obviously wasn't cooked fresh for me, but was warm enough to Chow 😳 Seemed like $5.19 was a little high for 3 little strips with ranch, but it seems like Everything is these days, and it was the perfect snack. Hit the Spot😊 Good Job Guys ✌️

    I am not a customer for this location because of how I have been treated as a doordasher who enters the store on behalf of a PAYING customer. This is just ONE instance of poor service. I arrived for my customers order at 10:15. Order was set to be ready at 10:17. I go inside and am told "It'll be a while" half an hour goes by and my customers order still hasn't been started, but every customer in drive through has been taken care of as well as other customers inside and other dashers who came to get orders for their customers. My customer placed and paid for his order BEFORE any of the people in the drive thru and at 11:00 the order still isn't ready. The woman running the front couldn't tell what food was what in y'all LABELED wrappers. She was pulling cars forward telling them their orders weren't ready, but then admitting loudly that she didn't even know what their order was. Clear disregard for PAYING customers because they didn't come to your location and instead needed their order delivered. This is the experience every time I pick up a door dash order from this location. Meanwhile the cook was back there complaining about having to make more biscuits and wanted the woman at the front to stop serving breakfast before 10 because he didn't want to make more biscuits. Listen to your cameras and you will hear everything your customers and representatives of other customers heard from your employees.

    I have to say that Hardee's does have really good fast food, their breakfast are really good. But the drive thru is so very very slow. It cost $36 bucks for 2 burgers and 2 chicken sandwiches nothing else no drinks or fries. But they were big snd filling. Good sandwiches! Thumbs up

    Waited 10 minutes to place an order. Woman waited for another customers order to be cooked before she would do anything else. The other counter person was too busy filling the straw dispensers to wait on a paying customer. Walked out,won't go back. One day people will realize customer service is what makes a company sucessful.

    Was there for breakfast and got the #1 was very good but for the price was little high for what you get.(that's inflation for ya) but still would recommend though good flavor and tots where fresh.

    Staff is very angry at each other. Lost our ticket so had to reprint and start again. Only ones there when we ordered. Needs some management.

    Management definitely lacks customer service. While ordering at the drive thru she was rude and lacked all patience. Before I could even finish my order she gave me the total and apparently turned off her headset. Wait took forever and they messed up my order. When I was handed my food she did not say a single word. I feel like an inconvenience to have wanted food.

    Had to hear a manager go off of employee about a pet peave.... Fries was recook...chicken strips was old .... the hambur meat is Grey. I should of went across the street to eat at that the other 🍔 place. Will not be back.

    Years ago I swore this place off because it took them 20+ minutes to get me the food. I thought I gave them 1 star at the time and after several recent trips here for breakfast I wanted to upgrade my score. I don't know about lunch and dinner but their breakfast crew is the best.

    This is this second time I’ve reviewed this Hardee’s. I do not understand how they can be this slow!!!!! I move it down from 2 stars to 1 because it is so bad!!! You might be wondering why I came back… I had to with because I am working for DoorDash. It truly needs to be shut down. Very slow, there were multiple cars in front of us waiting for their food to the point I thought we wouldn’t be able to reach the window to pay and get our food. Our food was cold and they almost messed up our order but I caught it before we left. 2 stars because the staff was polite.

    Does anybody ever say something like, oh I don't know, "Hi." Or "What can I get for you?" Or "Welcome to Hardee's." Apparently not. Just a blank stare and silence from the order taker. Nothing else Is it hard to say hello? Seriously. After about 15 seconds of her silently staring a hole through me, I almost asked HER if I could help HER. Jesus. THEN Ihad to listen to all 7 employees talk about pee on the girls' toilet seat while I was eating. Classy.

    Only 2 working felt bad for the young lady out front struggling. Had to wait for fries and we were only ones there in line at drive through as Lobby was closed. Husband asked for horseradish sauce didn't get anything in our bag not even a napkin. My fries were completely dumped. Food was hot, drinks were watered down didn't taste right. She did apologize for taking so long however it was obvious she was frustrated and struggled. Would have been nice if she would have added condiments, napkins, horseradish sauce, a smile.

    Horrible customer service. They got my order wrong twice, when I asked for a refund, the first guy said they can't print refund receipts(rudely, I might add), then another guy came to the window and politely said he could, but then he just reprinted my initial receipt and I didn't receive the refund at all. I confirmed through my bank that no refund was processed. The General Manager needs to clean house at this store.

    Tried to use this coupon today in St Joseph Mo two of their employees told me they stopped making it over a week ago. I was not offered any substitute . They do have a sweet hot honey chicken sandwich advertised on the store window.I asked for the managers number and they said they can’t give out any numbers.Their employee was rude and refused to answer me last visit when I asked if I could get two chicken waffle sandwich’s at coupon price. I love Hardee’s food but the service was bad

    We went in on 9-10-22. We were there before lunch so we waited until they would serve burgers. When we walked up to make our order the woman that was running it turned to her right and began a casual conversation with the other workers standing around. Non work related conversation. We left and eat somewhere else. We will not go there again. That is the second time that they act like they don't care about customers.

    I will never visit this location again! I'll just wait until I go back home to pittsburg, KS where they treat you better. Tried to order three 4 for $6 deal through the app was gonna order in advance since it takes me 15 minutes to drive to this location. They wouldn't honor it at the store and the app wouldn't let me order said something about can't order 30 minutes before close it was 7:50pm! Who closes at 8. The one back home was 24 hours and they treated you better.

    worst Hardee's ever. French toast sticks for my son were hard as rocks, husbands monster biscuit was so greasy and my bacon egg and cheese biscuit hard and only 1/2 piece of bacon
