I
placed
a
delivery
order
last
week.
The
dasher
picked
up
our
order
and
immediately
cancelled
it.
Called
the
store
for
a
refund
and
was
told
I
needed
to
contact
doordash,
which
I
did.
After
an
hour
on
the
phone
they
said
a
refund
would
be
received
within
three
business
days.
A
week
later
and
nothing
had
been
credited
to
my
account.
I
call
doordash
again
and
they
say
I
need
to
contact
the
store.
I
called
Casey's
again
and
got
the
run
around
from
the
assistant
manager
who
refused
to
give
me
her
name
and
hung
up
on
me
several
times.
After
her
refusal
to
address
the
situation
or
put
me
in
contact
with
someone
who
could
and
my
fourth
time
being
hung
up
on,
I
called
corporate.
Upon
which
the
issue
was
resolved.
I
love
Casey's...
This
store
just
has
worthless
managers
and
has
me
to
a
point
where
I
will
never
order
from
them
again.
