Ordered two burger with no pickles after a 16 hr day…thank for the pickles…you idiots definitely need a raise of minimum wage huh Guess Ray Charles is the head chef

You're better off skipping this location and driving an extra mile up the Belt to the next one. At this location you have a 50/50 shot if they'll even be open for breakfast and less of a chance of getting what you ordered. This location's staff is always angry and rude, if they are open, and act like you've interrupt something. Plus the other location is a lot cleaner, the staff is way more attentive and they're actually open when they say they are. This morning I stopped for breakfast at 6:10 and no one was working yet, but all lights and signs were on. When I drove around to leave there was one or two sitting at a table in the dining area. This was my last time trying to get something to eat at this one. Judging by the reviews this location has a lot of issues.

Spent 23 minutes waiting on a 20 piece nugget then they wanted to pull me off to the side. Must have cooked in the nuggets in 4 to wait that long for them. Not to worry I watched as they walked around waiting for the food to get done. Was nice spending my lunch break in the parking lot. Thank you team

Was given wrong soda, and drive through person said we had to keep it, she couldn't take it back, even after telling her we did not have room for it. Got both kids meals wrong, gave us 1 bbq for kids meal, and 0 for 10 pc meal even though it was ordered.

This particular McDonald's is a joke in my opinion. VERY RUDE and lazy employees on the third shift, and I don't care what time I go through the drive thru the ice cream and frappe machines are ALWAYS being cleaned!! I used to work at a fast food place myself and first, it doesn't take much time to clean those machines and second, the employees where I worked would always say the same thing if they just didn't feel like making an ice cream item. Management there really needs a new overnight crew!

One of the worst for door Dashers. Excessive wait time. I have been standing in the lobby for over five minutes and no one has assisted me at all. One employee walked right by me without acknowledging me. It hurts my deliveries. Update on horrible service. I had a door dash order they couldn't make because of a system switch that would take 15-20 mins. I parked and had to cancel my doordash but immediately was assigned a new one. Within five mins. I drove through to see and guess what? No mention of update. This isn't the first time. They use it as an excuse to turn away work. I really hate that this is one of the only places open late for doordashing

Started off in the restroom stuck there was no toilet paper or paper towels. I texted for help. Staff still help 3 more customers before bringing in toilet paper. There seem to only be one staff taking orders for the drive-thru and taking orders at the front!?!? This is the McDonald's on an interstate that makes no sense whatsoever!!! As I placed my order I said a #1 with a regular Coke and fries."do you want to make that large?" No I ordered a number three regular with a Sprite"do you want to make that large" No if you would listen I said what size I want. The fourth meal I ordered was a large and he still asked me if I wanted to make it large! One of our burgers was with no pickles, The note was on the box no pickles but there were still pickles on the quarter pounder. It would have been better to have just skipped over this M'd's all together.

While mcdonald's has always been known for their delicious French fries, they lacked in their regular hamburgers , fish and crispy chicken sandwiches. Today the burgers were so thin and overdone. Hard to eat. The fish and chicken were overdone too. The only good thing was the fries. Hard to think such an icon has food like that.

For the first time I choose to have a sausage McGriddle. Never again for me! For my taste it was way too sweet. The service was speedy and the order was accurately completed.

I pulled into the drive thru and was 1st in line in the right lane. I was told they would be with me in a moment. This was no problem until two people pulled into the left lane after I arrived and were both waited on before me. Still not a huge deal, but when I finally was waited on, I had to repeat my code for my online order several times, and they kept repeating back food orders that weren't mine. I finally get to the window, and they want me to pay again for my pre-paid online order. This wasted even more time. I finally made it to the final window and am given my two coffees( yep! All this for two coffes!) Both had the lids barely on, and I'm glad I noticed because that could have been a painful mess. I get home with my coffee, and it was not what I ordered. I wanted caramel and cream in one of the cups of coffee. I may understand if it's a complex order, but it was not. It's just a frustrating way to start the day! Waisted 15 minutes in the drive thru for my order to still be wrong.

Not worth it. Waited over 15 mins the drive thru. Window clerk kept yelling to the back where are my orders. Shift manager could be seen leaning on the counter on cell phone. Order was wrong and cold. Made another lap and waited again. New food was still wrong but at least warmer. Fries were tough like they threw them back in the frier to heat them up. I know it is McDonald's, but geeze.

This is by far the SLOPPIEST sandwich I have ever unwrapped from any McDonald's. It was disgusting. The second one wasn't quite as bad. I used to consider this the best McDonald's in St Joseph.

Asked for a large no.3 with no onions and a large drink. Apparently a large is the size of a medium and “no onions” translates to plain, any condiments? Nope, just meat, cheese and bun! This is the 2nd McDonald’s that clearly needs better management and employees!

Arrived at 10:55pm in drive thru. No one came to the intercom. Decided to go ahead and pull forward to window. Waited an addition 40+ minutes. Due to the design of the drive thru, we were stuck and could not leave the line.

Very dirty store. Awful customer service. No lids or napkins at drink dispenser. Asked to speak to shift manager and was treated poorly. Waited 20 minutes for 3 sandwiches and fries. There was a little girl waiting over 30 minutes for her food. Had the group I was with not said something to the manager she'd probably still be waiting. 10/10 do not recommend!!!

Double the tax! This McDonald’s is a rip off. Quarter pounder meal $9.58 on their stated on their sign, comes out to be $12.56. When I brought this to the brain dead cashier’s attention she’s like “I didn’t press extra buttons” and did nothing about it. I didn’t want to go to McDonald’s anyway, walked out. Ate at Arby’s instead 👍🏼

Bought the buy 1 and get anther for $1 mcchickens and added cheese to them with 2 med fries and came up to $14. But they was fast and service was friendly and the order was right so i can't complain too much. But if you order off the app you do get better deals. Which i didn't this time because i was in a rush. I will next time tho.

That was a disaster whoever was working that time didnt know anything about anything, literally combined 3 different orders from 3 different customers together, all came out under the same table mumber, and customers were trying to figure out which one is which, one of the customers was there before us and his order was tangled with us and another customer, this guy and his 2 kids waited for at least 20 mins after us and the 3rd customer got our food and he was there before all of us, and he end up leaving with his kids without eating, even our food came short and took forever, i would never go to that specific McDonald's again.

The food was amazing. However, if you are going there and you're on a business trip and you need to expense your receipt, they are unable to give you a receipt. Even when they know receipts are not printing, they don't let the customer know before placing an order. Very frustrating.

Food is ok. Had a cheese and onion enchilada with rice. Had way too much cheese in and on top. Sauce is a bit too salty for me. Rice bland was a bit hard. If you like Tex-Mex, Taco Bell. You will enjoy it here. If your looking for Authentic it about 60%.

Make sure you repeat your order 8 or 9 times. Kids taking orders don't listen and manager did nothing to fix. Go to Sonic across street.

We walked in and my young daughter barfed all over the floor. The staff were incredibly compassionate and a kind employee cleaned it up right away. You all are good people. Thank you for being so gracious on our stressful day.

It is said that this McDonald's is open 24 hours a day, but on multiple occasions in the AM there is nobody to take orders. The drive thru is supposed to be the only way to order during this time but when you sit in front of the order screen nobody responds. Today I drove around and saw an employee duck down to hide from us so they don't have serve. Pretty annoying.

Rude lady at counter this morning. There's a way to tell people you're closed. If your lobby is truly closed lock the door and don't be rude about it. Since your lobby isn't open since the door clearly was, neither is my wallet.

They served us Cold soggy greasy food. We took one bite and were immediately DONE ! When I confronted them,, they accused me of trying to get my family a free mesl and they only gave me half price back on our purchase,,, they offered no apologies,, just rude sour faces. If you eat ay McDonalds,, test your food immediately & count your change. Screw them !

Caitlin was extremely rude and disrespectful when I informed her that I had a problem with my order. As a manager you would think she’d be more professional. Thank you Savanna for stepping in on your day off to fix the issue during Caitlin’s cowardly behavior. I’ll definitely be informing the corporate office.

This McDonald's should not get any stars. Terrible. Service is rude. Messed up my order twice. While waiting 3 other customers came in from drive-thru with mistakes in their orders. By this time I just wanted to get my food and go. I got home and not all the food was in the bag. Chicken sandwich was horrible. Took one bite and had to spit it out.

Just tried to get food here and one of the several young kids(teenagers or early 20’s) hanging around outside said they were closed. When I said my phone showed open 24 hours, he mumbled something about people not showing up and he wasn’t going to run place himself. I got the impression that they just didn’t want to work. I had to edit review after reading other reviews. This place definitely needs some firing done and new staff hired.
